I moved here a few months ago, and this was my first visit to this mall. All the pastries and the aroma of the coffees invited us to come sit and enjoy. To choose just one pastry was difficult so we got three.:) We had to have a cappuccino and iced matcha to go with them. Nothing disappointed . Pastries were flaky. The whipped cream was yummy and the fruit was fresh. The staff was friendly for the most part. But the best part was a cappuccino and Matcha. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, and honestly, even if the food were great (it's not), the staff alone would be enough to ruin the experience. Every single employee I encountered was rude, dismissive, and seemed like they couldn't care less about being there. My hot chocolate was basically flavored water. I've had better results mixing a packet of Swiss Miss with water at home. When I asked if it was made with milk or water, the cashier silently pointed to an unopened gallon of whole milk and looked at me like o was an idiot. I asked again, and she finally said "100% milk," but the taste told a very different story. Nothing tasted fresh. The cannoli was the worst I've ever had, and one pastry I bought had an old, spoiled raspberry on it. When I pointed this out and asked for a replacement, an employee took the pastry and ate it right in front of us. I've never seen anything more unprofessional or inappropriate in a food service setting. Between the terrible food and the shockingly disrespectful staff, the fact that we paid over $50 , and the mediocre food, this place is a definite no for me. read more

Everytime my bestie visits we have to go to the mall for our Capucinno catch up and pistachio croissant. This is our favorite bakery in the mall, and it has such a wide selection of pastries, sandwiches, breads and desserts. A nice reward after you shop, or to get you energized to shop. Great service! My friend and I tried this on a whim after we were finishing up at the mall. We just tried some pastries . They all looked delicious and some fresh. Service was quick because they are in the mall as you're about to enter or leave the mall. We tried some things and majority sadly we were not fans of; I would definitely go again and choose wisely but for us we bit into each one and thought, either interesting or that it was just ok. All in all I'm glad we tried it because I probably would have never tried it; I go up this mall frequently and have never been here until now. What a delightful surprise Rosetta Bakery was to find in the Mall at Millenia! My DH and I decided to wrap up our trip to Orlando with a stop at the Mall at Millenia. We were perusing the food court when hubby came across Rosetta Bakery and came to find me to show me this little gem! We decided to indulge in a snack and ordered the 4 Cheese Focaccia, a Chocolate Eclair and a Pavlova. To our surprise, both the Eclair and the Pavlova had *chocolate* cream inside them, not your standard Bavarian cream. The chocolate filling was dense and rich, quite delicious! The pizza square was satisfying and savory, hitting all Flavor notes. We will be back next time we are in town. read more

New Italian bakery at Millenia Mall food court. As a person with lots of food allergies not my call but my family loved it. Very big selection of sandwiches and sweet treats. Lots of cream which is common for Italian bakeries. The prices are high but everything is very fresh and if that's your taste you'll surely enjoy the experience. Lots of sitting space and the interior is very nice and welcoming. ONE HUGE MINUS there are no prices on display so you actually gotta ask about each particular piece you're interested in. So many bakeries out there. For $10 for this supposed special mini crossaint with mostly cream and some strawberries was not worth it. There's no prices and the people who are working right beside it say it's $5 or $6 and the people ringing it up say it's a special. Out of all the selection, it's a special. I think it was a waste of money but it's already ready to go. It's in the food court and it has a space for tables and chairs so not just a little spot in the food court. Lots of selection of sandwiches and pizza and coffees, but I'll surely pass now. This bakery has two locations in South Florida and is an Italian bakery. I couldn't believe how people can be treated completely unprovoked. I'd love to review the food first, croissant was massively over filled to the point of inedible. The Nutella cookie was definitely better, after we brought it home and put it in the refrigerator to harden. The focaccia flat bread was just ok, it was warmed up, and we ate it in the food court area. The biggest issue was at checkout. The woman who warmed up the food and got the desserts for me was very nice. But at checkout, I was behind a couple that seemed like they only spoke Spanish and the lady whom was the cashier seemed fluent as they conversed very friendly. She offered them a tray as they only had 3 items. I had 4 items and a bottled water. When it was my turn the cashier seemed annoyed at my presence and looked me up and down in a rude manner. Completely unprovoked, I legitimately go out of my way at all times to greet everyone I come across in a genuine kind manner. So I was very confused as to why I was being treated that way. And, considering the couple before me was offered a tray to carry their items, I figured I would be too. Nope, I was one person with 4 food items and a water. And when I in a sincere polite manner asked for a tray please, then again greeted with an unwelcome facial response like I was annoying her again with my presence. It was wild. She was perfectly accommodating and friendly to the Spanish speaking couple in front of me, then I show up and is completely different. I won't assume as to why she acted the way that she did, but it was completely unnecessary and unprovoked. I will be spending my time and money elsewhere. Years ago when Panera Bread departed this Mall At Millenia food court space, anything in this space has either failed to initially begin or simply failed. This may finally be the exception. The pastry choices can be overwhelming (or they were for me) and the service in this very clean dining locations was top-notch. Yep, it is a bit pricy for attractive pastries, but I accepted that. The coffee beverage was tasty and my sweets choice was excellent. They are still new and will learn to adjust to their tourist shopping audience. Ah, Rosetta. A spacious, well-lit bakery in the middle of Millenia Mall. Now I imagined myself sinking into a chair with a good cappuccino and a pastry, basking in the fleeting illusion of European café culture--until reality slapped me in the face in the form of a burnt, undrinkable coffee. Let's talk about the crime scene in a cup that was handed to me (cappuccino). It was extremely bitter & over-extracted. I took a sip and immediately questioned my life choices. Politely, I asked for a remake, because surely, this had to be a mistake. I thought, maybe they forgot to clean the machine? Idk, I really was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt ‍ The barista--let's call him Mr. I-Know-Coffee-Better-Than-You--remade it with the exact same level of incineration and then had the audacity to ask, "Are you sure you didn't mean a latte?" My guy. My guy. Don't mansplain milk-to-espresso ratios to me. I ordered a cappuccino. I know what a cappuccino is supposed to taste like. And this? This was a war crime against coffee beans. To make matters worse, instead of checking if the second round was any better (spoiler: it wasn't), he just walked off, shared a laugh with a coworker, and left me alone with my charred disappointment. Bad customer service and bad coffee--a two-for-one deal Now, to be fair, the desserts look incredible. They really do. I tried the mini pistachio raspberry tart, and okay, credit where it's due--it was fucking delicious. Would I return? No. Would I recommend the coffee? Also no. This is a cute cafe inside a very fancy mall. There's plenty of seating, including outdoors. They have a lot of good looking pastries. We didn't order any, but they seem to be on the pricier side. However, they make them fresh. You can actually sit on a stool and watch the bakers at work. We ordered a cappuccino and a vanilla oat milk latte. The cappuccino was excellent with nicely foamed milk. My wife enjoyed the vanilla latte. Service was friendly, and pricing for the coffee was on par with other gourmet coffee shops. read more

No no no no no. I do mean no. Cappuccino , sandwich 1 almond pastry and 2 little pastries. $30. Not not not worth it. Price values not there. Coffee was over extracted and very bitter. Very very very slow service. Then after select and given your items you wait and wait for a very long to check out, then when you are at the register you can finally order your coffee. And you get to wait again. And the menu billboard is around the corner from where you are standing to select your food and receive it. I had no idea there were other menu items to select , until I checked out at the register and looked up. The sandwich and pastry was good but not worth the exorbitant price. This place is located at the entrance to Millennium mall, it opened just a month ago. Beautiful atmosphere and display. Very large assortment of delicious pastries. I had a regular croissant and an apple strudel, both very good. The cappuccino was excellent! We also had a chocolate cream puff which was slightly above average, and an old fashion cream puff. The cream and whipped cream tasted canned. We also had two bottles of water. The breakdown was: Soft Chocolate Cake: $6.40 Cream Puffs ($3.30 each): $6.60 Water (3.90/btl. 16.9 oz.): $7.80 Orlando Tax: $1.35 Total: $22.15 For this amount you could have Longhorn's lunch special $9.99 and feel a lot more satisfied. This is an absolutely beautiful cafe in an unlikely place: an indoor mall food court. Located at The Mall at Millenia in Southwest Orlando, this cafe is near the entrance, so with large windows, there's plenty of natural lighting. It serves gorgeous pastries, tarts and other baked goods, along with pizza, sandwiches and beverages. There's even an open kitchen area where you can see some of the food items as they are made. It's so hard to choose from the array of options, but I ended up going with a pistachio croissant for $5.75. The flaky croissant had a lovely crisp on the outside with a super soft interior just packed with a pistachio butter. I was a bit surprised with the texture at first because I was expecting more of a custardy filling. But this was thick, more like the consistency of a peanut butter or Nutella. It was delicious, tho. Not too sweet but fresh and yummy. It's big enough to share it you don't want to overdo it (I ate the whole thing myself and it was a bit much). Keep in mind, you should ask about the prices because there are none posted. That said, I can't wait to come back and try the fruit tarts or pizza. read more

This was our first visit to this local bakery. Overall the visit was "just ok" maybe slightly leaning towards "disappointed." The service was sub-par, they didn't even have butter for us to put on our croissant or sandwich. The service personnel were slightly rude and standoff-ish and the food was just ok. Overall lots of room for improvement for this business to be able to sustain itself. Unfortunately we won't be back and prefer to visit some other local bakeries instead. read more

Short chubby guy working there is never cordial to customers and is extremely unprofessional. He always looks miserable and just doesn't want to be there. We have been to this bakery a few times since it opened and most people working there were respectful except for this one rude guy who's always showing a lack of enthusiasm at what he does. Food is average, pastries are great though a bit pricy. We will not go back unless they seriously improve some of their employees' customer service skills. read more
