Went to the post office Monday February 9,2026 to mail a package. I didn't have my own box so I got one of there's. I wasn't sure how the tape went on the box because i haven't mailed a package in years, I ask the worker behind the counter named Kay for help and she responds very rudely with, well most people know how to tape a box, she says the tape is on the box, so then I ask for a pen and her response again rudely was I don't have one, your gonna have to find your own, move over there and fill it out. How rude do you seriously need to be over a customer asking for help on a box! I also spent 30 minutes in line while she about 6-7 people in line and never once called for anybody else to help. I will not return if the workers have to be so damn rude over asking for help. read more

Firstly, the sewer smell INSIDE the building is horrendous. Always long waiting times, long enough that my lungs hurt from standing amidst the sewer fumes. Never enough employees working the counter. The customer service employees working the counter could not move any slower. This place is terribly mismanaged. read more

My wife has decided to gradually sell everything in her closet. I'm exaggerating somewhat, but not by much. She has a little business going through Poshmark, which means I take a lot of trips to the post office. I have tried other post offices in the area, but this is consistently the best. The Mount Clemens post office has been closed three times due to Covid already. It's closer to my house, but it's about 50-50 it will be a wasted trip. The chesterfield post office is generally good, but the dropbox in the lobby area is currently broken. This is how I drop off packages many times, so this is a problem, too. Besides everything being in working order, the business hours are extensive so you can get your packages scanned the same day. They are currently limiting five people in the main lobby at a time, but it moves reasonably quickly. The outer lobby area is very well equipped and well-maintained, with the ability to print your own postage as well as a fully functioning dropbox. Most crucially, packages you drop off in the 24 hour lobby after hours are generally scanned the next day. This is significantly better than most places are doing these days. And, despite the pressure of being in this line of work, everybody I have dealt with at the counter has been professional and friendly. I know my packages are in good hands when I bring them here. read more

Horrible customer service. I wanted to know how much it would be to ship a large letter to anywhere in California because I am starting a business and wanted to know how much to charge customers for shipping. The rude lady sitting behind the counter in front of her computer asked what zip code in California. I said any zip code would be fine. She said she didn't know any zip codes in California. I asked if she could look one up and she said no! A young lady standing behind me with a toddler in her hand said she would look one up on her cell phone. I felt so bad. A lady who works for the Post Office and is sitting in front of her computer couldn't even look up a zip code for me, but a lady in line behind me did it on her cell phone. I love my mail carrier Tanisha since she started about 4 years ago, I get every piece of my mail and have never gotten one piece if anyone else's, and the people thar work at the post office are super nice! No complaints here. read more

I regularly have to go to the post office, I usually use the kiosk which is convenient and literally is the fastest way to get things done at this location. The downfall is if you have to actually go inside the location it's usually a nightmare as far as the wait. They often have 1 person working, 2 max so if it's a busy time you're there for-ev-er. The staff here is generally friendly to encounter once you finally get to them, I've only had issues with staff attitudes on occasion depending on who it is - this has been rare. Also be prepared for the awkward parking lot if you do need to go in, it's difficult to find a spot usually. Overall it's decent, I recommend learning the kiosk if you don't know how to expedite your errand. read more

Great post office.. not much of a parking lot but a nice big drive up drop in mailbox when you need to drop and go. Inside is 5 areas or windows with employees to assist you for your mailing needs. Usually when I stop in there alone or with my Mom there are 3 employees working which is good. They carry alot of variety of current postage stamps and supplies. Also a nice big lobby to assist in the mail or weigh items to use self postage. This location to me beats the Clinton township location on Garfield at canal rd. Being a past Roseville resident from the 80s this location has always been here, well organized. Happy employees, fast service and our family go to location when cruising Gratiot along the way in a day of many errands. Like My Mother, like daughter!! Roseville still Rocks read more

This place is the worst. They make up excuses because the lazy carriers/unqualified supervisor doesn't want to pick up on line scheduled pick-ups or work in general - Then when you complain they won't do their job, they then won't deliver packages.They claim "no deliver access" or some other B.S. excuse. Bad attitude that starts at the top with the UNQUALIFIED (some diversity B.S. quota) Post Master & Deliver Supervisors and permeates all the way down to the janitor. Fire them all and start over with people with out a chip on their shoulders. This is why Amazon despite getting subsidies dropped U.S.P.S. Too unreliable. read more

I think this is a great post office. I don't think the parking lot is the most user friendly, just because it's a bit small and narrow. Other than that, I have always found the workers to be extremely helpful and even willing to go out of their way at times to help me out. read more

I recently moved into the Roseville Michigan area! and was getting my mail every other day which was fine, I then had a piece of mail delivered for the former owner on Friday. I placed it in my roadside mail box with a raised flag letting them know of mail pickup. Today is Wednesday and still waiting for it to picked up and some important mail to be delivered which was mailed out last week Tuesday from my job here in Michigan read more

Roseville postal carriers will refuse to deliver mail if you don't empty your mail box daily. Never had any problem with the staff at the post office read more

They definitely get things moved out and mailed but they always seem to be short on counter help when it's busy.

This post office is horrible my mail that I paid for which was priority mail was 14 days late to the customer as a result I received late fees I went to the post office an tried to report there substandard service they stated it wasn't there fault they had no idea what happened it could have been anything didn't care about nothing that I had to say,I also told them I was missing a bill that I saw in my informed delivery service that I signed up for online,they told me to ignore the informed delivery service I signed up for it doesn't work, WHAT? This is there service that they provide online so that u can see what mail your getting I never seen a post office sooooooooo irrespossible in my entire life,if I could give a 0 star I would but it's not availabl, I have to deal with this post office for the duration I guess I'm going to have to reach someone up in higher rank read more

SOOOO phenomenally horrendous. Unless, of course, you'd like to see what a TERRIBLE work ethic REALLY looks like. They take for ever.. they treat you like your being there is a burden to them. There are a select few that aren't too bad.. but when I can't use the DROP-OFF bin, because I need my package scanned and in the system so it updates my customers that it has been dropped off- it's ridiculous. I dropped a package in the bin TWO DAYS, before it was scanned.. did I mention that it was a Tuesday at 11:30am? Yeah.. Thursday at 9:40pm, it was FINALLY in the system.. I can't stand anything about this location!! Just to test it out, I went to the other PO by my house.. it takes a little longer to get there, but when I dropped my package in the bin (ALL of my packages are prepaid.. so there's no filling out paperwork- etc.. I'm always ready to go) 4 hours later- it was scanned and in the system. I always give the benefit of the doubt, as much as I can anyway.. and dropped packages in the bin- SEVERAL times.. ALWAYS the same result. Why not schedule a Pick-up? Mainly because my mail carrier isn't the nicest- and behaves more and more poorly with each scheduled pickup.. Today, Thurs. Oct 6, we received no mail; however, 4 pieces in our mailbox was for our neighbor on the right. Husband called today to complain and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Joe at Roseville Post Office who said he would take care of it. (SURE) Last week neighbor on the left brought over our mail that had been left in her mailbox. A while ago left outgoing mail in our mailbox which contained a check for a bill payment only to find it hours later laying on the ground in our driveway. Also, carriers do not seem to know what a sidewalk is for as they continuously cut across our lawn after several complaints to the Post Office. My husband has complained numerous times and went to Postmasters office at Roseville Post Office and nothing has changed. Perhaps it is time to privatize mail. read more

Awful passport service. No one answers the door after ringing several times. When you go to the counter it's as if you are inconveniencing them to make you an appointment and then when I told them that their phone number wasn't a working number, It was my fault it is listed incorrectly on every site I searched for it on.
