The paperwork says they are called Ann Arbor Automotive and they are the service department attached to the Hyundai Dealership. I went there today to have a recalled part replaced. I was assisted by John Dunfee. He was very courteous and even suggested a place to have breakfast while we waited. He told us it would be done in an hour so we went to breakfast and came back. We were a little early so he escorted us to the waiting room where my son was able to be entertained by watching the men work on the vehicles through a large window. Are car was indeed ready within one hour. The checkout process is very smooth. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service at this location and the efficient service.
