This man will hook you up. He understands and specializes in classic car restoration. Going over my receipt now, I see he gave me all the parts at his cost. He only charged for labor!! After going over what we needed he gave me great advice on insurance companies special for classics and for the parts he wasn't working on (transmission). He told me about a place and explained why they were the best (but we will save that for a different review). He really wants to help you with your car. Her car was drivable and she continued to Michigan but we wanted to see if the external damage to her fender was the only real concern and that nothing under the car would cause a problem for her on her return trip. We went in, and the guy at the counter was beyond helpful. He listened to her tell her experience, came outside in the high heat and humidity and looked at her car in the parking lot. He got down on the ground and slid under it, repositioning a plastic guard that was loose and hanging down, and said things looked otherwise ok. Just the cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. We offered to pay him but he declined. She is on her way to Texas now, and we are so grateful for the service and kindness we received. Would recommend and would return.

He fixed my bumper that was partially torn and falling off my car for under $200 when all other repair shops were quoted me over $1000 and most were in the $1200-$1600 range. I was so grateful I bought him a giant steak burrito from Big Ten Burrito. He had bought the repair shop location from unscrupulous owners in the past and he moved from Ypsilanti. Whenever anyone needs autowork done, I tell them to go see Dan. You can't even tell my bumper was fixed, he's that good.

The truck is broke down so we sent out another.' I said 'okay, what's the eta for that one, then?' He said 'an hr.' Nope. I told him to cancel, that it was bs, and I would call someone else. He said 'well, as i said our truck broke down.' I replied 'good, saves me from paying for your crappy service.' Then he sent a laugh emoji. Unacceptable. They could have told me after the first 20 mins that the truck was having issues, yet they just kept stringing me along. You are providing an EMERGENCY SERVICE for people who are paying you, and not only are you not going to communicate effectively, but you'll laugh at people who are stuck and frustrated???
