So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. My recent visit, I needed some pain medicine, over the counter. I just had an outpatient surgery, and needed something to help minimize the pain. I grabbed some Advil that I can bring with me. I marked in the app that I'm bringing my shopping bags and the app does instruct to place the bags where the items are to be placed. What bothered me is that the runner did not put the items into the shopping bags left on the passenger rear seat. What a joke! The young man just started depositing all the goods on the rear seat. Just do the minimum and leave. I took the gallon of milk, the two half gallons of soy milk off the rear leather seats and into the rubber floor mat. These youngsters do not know how to deliver excellent service.

She was trying to make a payment and then, immediately after, use her card to buy our merch. Let me just say--it was a timely transaction and very public. However, our cashier was the opposite of judgmental. She was kind. Honestly, truly kind. [Amy, are you a Christian?] My mom was shaking, embarrassed, and trying to just get out of there. I stayed calm, coaching her through it and explaining that it was fine. Amy kept apologizing, saying sorry, and going above and beyond to smooth out the chaos. This is that part of humanity you hardly get to see. Forget customer service awards--Amy, you deserve a big blessing. Nordstrom Rack should be so appreciative to have you. She was weirdly abrasive, not friendly, threw my items on the counter with no regard, loud and just overall was not a good person to interact with. Maybe she was autistic and didn't know how to socialize? Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows. When I asked for the pen to write my store credit total on the card (normally they do this every time you cash out) she gave me, she practically threw it at me. So I threw it back at her after I was done with it. After the obvious uncomfortable interaction, she just walked off. Basic customer service was atrocious as soon as the buyer filled in.

While driving in, it really only looked like there were about 20 here. Stater Bros is the biggest one. A few of the businesses here are the grocery store, medical offices, restaurants, an Educational Center, and some other miscellaneous stores. I think one of the more popular places is The Early Bird. This restaurant is what brought me to this plaza. There is plenty of parking, so that shouldn't be an issue. And, it's free! I will probably be back in the future!
