I have to say that the employees at this outlet are way friendlier than my local outlet over at Arundel Mills. I was greeted at almost every store that I went into. Since Lakeforest Mall closed years ago, this is the closest mall to my parents who live in Germantown. I like to shop here when I am in the area.

At the main entrance they had a table full of earrings and other jewelries with sale signs. This is definitely a great way to draw people in!
