They have a lot of Nautica, one of my beloved brands, in the shoe section. But one of the loafers is missing--truly a travesty. They're affordable, too. I also discovered a new brand called Jack Roger because I saw a cute fluffy pink slipper that I feel would be comfy wearing indoors. Another highlight was finding Abercrombie's Away perfume. Despite the fact that a bunch of Hollister men's colognes were misplaced, I can't believe I finally found one from the Away series. Who ever was working on 7/23/26 WOW ALL the workers are super stressed . Bad attitudes. I felt bad for the tall blond. She was holding her head and stressed out as another coworker told her something . Cashier who helped me super ugly attitude . SUPER UGLY ATTITUDE. Extremely disappointed and honestly concerned after visiting this Ross location in La Habra. The store had multiple obvious safety hazards throughout the building that should never be ignored in a retail environment. I observed: * A fire extinguisher blocked by shopping carts, making it inaccessible in an emergency * A metal barrier/pole left on the floor creating a serious trip hazard * An open wall access panel exposing piping and unfinished structural areas accessible to customers These are not minor issues. This is basic safety compliance. Stores that are open to the public -- especially high traffic stores -- should be maintaining safe walkways and accessible emergency equipment at all times. What was most concerning was how visible and avoidable these hazards were. It raises concerns about overall store maintenance and management oversight. I documented the conditions and have already contacted Fire Safety and OSHA for further review because someone could genuinely get hurt if these issues continue to be ignored.... This place needs to declutter they have to much crap in that store compare to the one in Fullerton/La Mirada those are way nicer. But the prices are pretty good can't complain about that the service there it just depends on the person some are friendly and welcoming then theirs others that just look miserable with themselves. Ross. Oh how I used to love you. I'd always find a few gems and in a very inexpensive price range. Now, and I'm not sure if it is all Ross stores or just this one, but there's not much selection and most items are crappy quality too. As I browse through the hair/bath products there are very few that actually have the lid or sprayer on them still. Broken, expired. This used to be my guilty pleasure was to head to Ross and find treasure troves of all sorts of things. Now the store is a mess, racks are barely full and the aisles are unclean. Has online shopping caused this? If so, you will not get business back like this... up your game Ross. You will lose this battle. Super disappointed in the last couple years of visits. I went to go buy a few things for a gift and I love Ross. They have such great deals but it was because that one cashier was very rude. Made my experience a bad one. Why? She was rude. Didn't smile. Didn't even allow me to grab my things before calling the next customer. She only had to wait a couple seconds and then say next. She needs to wait till a customer grabs her things and walks away and then call next. She was just in such a rush and miserable. Maybe she was having a bad day. I don't know. But with what's going on in our country, I took it personal because she was a white woman. Very young adult. Probably in her twenties and the majority of the customers were Mexican. I like ROSS. I like the Brand names I can get elsewhere but more than half off here! And it's the same exact item sold at those full retailers or malls. Not the ones they brand for ROSS. I especially like getting the Brand name athletic wear/gear. They are also good for last minute snacks/candy (don't buy China or Mexico candy) and tech stuff like phone chargers and phone cases, however I did notice a decline in stock for them. Anyways, aside from that I'm not too sure how I feel about the Loss Prevention people. I remember when I first saw them...it felt weird and strange... I know there's alot of theft in Ross b/c I used to work with their corporate...but still.. Does that really help more so than just putting them on the floor to help organize and help people? I feel like more floor staff would be as efficient. Also this location always have lines wrapped up like you're in Disneyland...especially on weekends. Cons: 1) Long lines 2) They literally just throw clothing inside the bag...wish they would do a basic fold. 3) THE STICKERS! Especially on the shoes and just about anything. Looking at the other reviews, I agree w/most of what they are saying. But compared to the one located at the Quad in Whittier, it's a lot bigger, a tiny bit cleaner/organized and selection varies. Not one of the better ones I've gone too, I tend to fall in love with the humongous one in West LA next to the Grove, because it's ginormous and got acres of shoes and woman's clothing. But were not talking about that one are we? This Ross serves my needs. I go to the LA Fitness few stores down, so if you get there when it opens, it's caketwalk as long as you know what you want and get the heck out before the scavengers and slobs come shopping and throw stuff around, hog up the aisles, grab the hanger of a cute top you also had your hands on and saturate the line to the cashier w/their entourage of familia and peeps. I wish I was exaggerating, but sadly I'm not. They have cute clothes, shoes, some variety of athletic shoes when they get them in, sports wear and household items. The little section w/workout gadgets has good prices on their wrist weights, etc. For babies and children it can be hit or miss, most of the time miss. Men's sections is okay. Purse and accessories, bath and beauty is limited and most of the time picked through. But if you get there when they get shipment, your lucky to get your hands on it before they get ransacked. The line to pay can be a pain if you go after the morning till close. Go right when they open during Christmas or you'll regret it. Dressing rooms are also hit and miss. I'm a fan of when they have cute items when I need them at the right prices. But other than that, meh.... Kind of like back in the day when you had no choice but to go to Kmart before Target and Walmart came out, but I am in no way comparing this to those stores, they do have tad bit better quality and prices are way cheaper. To Ross Management: I hope you will retrain one of your employees (Associate # 210067). Worst and rudest customer service EVER. I bought a blouse and pants today and the CSR (Associate #210067 on transaction # 3831) was unbelievably brazen and unprofessional. She literally bunched up the cotton blouse and smushed it into the bag. I quietly took it out to fold it. Then she says with an attitude, "You don't want a bag?" I told her I did and that I was just folding the shirt. Then (I kid you not) she actually crumples up the pants and smashes it into my bag! THEN she says, "Here, you can fold that too." Yes, this actually happened to me today at 12:37PM today. I wanted to say something to her but there was a LONG queue of other angry and impatient customers so I just left. Associate 210067: please learn some manners! This Ross also only operates 1-2 lines to handle a massive queue of customers. This is my 300th review. This store might be the most visited clothing outlet that we go to. Mrs. loves a good deal. I used to have my reservations until I witnessed a same manufacturer item marked $27.00 at a brand name store priced at $4.99 at Ross. It was very disappointing to see the markup at brand name stores. Pros: Deals all the time. Inexpensive on goods. Abundant parking. Cons: Patrons throw stuff on the floor. Poor employees try to re rack items but there is only so much they can do. It should be on the patrons to not leave a mess. Since this place offers us savings, we will be repeat customers. read more

This a good place to find dresses for all occasions, maxi dress, knee lenght dresses and can be worn to work, weddings, Sunday Church, travel or just relaxing dresses. This is my go-to Ross simply because being the nearest to my home. If you see a Christmas dress in July buy it changes are it wont be there in November or in December if its a good deal, it's yours. If you need to return an item make sure you Keep the Receipt otherwise you are out of luck they are going to depreciate your item to the lowest price available they don't care. They are always well stocked and when you're searching you will know when you find the special item it's like a treasure hunt. The AH! moment!! the must take you home moment. They don't have a website where you can think um! I'll go home and order on the website you, no you don't have a luxury here. Good place for seasonal fashions, Shoes, home items and comforters in a bag, it would cost you 150.00 like other stores. Here they are $34.99 for a comforter in a bag, sweet! Household items, Christmas gifts, and my go-to before going on vacations. I don't fell guilty donating or giving away my clothing items, because I know I didn't pay full price. Throughout the year that I have been shopping at Ross they have changed a lot of the plans of where they keep things. I like changes and sometimes changes are always needed. I'm glad that they come up with new ideas to switch it up a little and honestly good for them! If none of you have ever stepped foot into this store, it is a place where many women/girls will come in and buy loads of stuff for a cheaper price than going to the mall. I have found kitchen utensils good for baking and cooking. One of the very essentials to have a running kitchen. They also have cutting boards for a really good price if you need to buy them. The clothes are loads of it. They have many different brands and styles so you have to try them on. Thank goodness stores like these have fitting rooms. I wouldn't know what to do with myself without it. Shoes are one of the things that I'm not very found of buying at stores like these due to the fact that many times, they don't really have my size but I forgive them. :) It's a popular size. The store is filled with magical goods, you just got to and hunt them down and be very patient. Sometimes you will get it and other days you won't. This is one of the better Ross locations. It's clean, well-organized, and offers shoppers a large variety. DON'T complain about long lines if you go during the weekend. That's a given. The staff does the best they can to move the line quickly. Hence, you probably won't see many employees out on the floor. Do you want staff walking around or helping you pay and leave? You want to go home. Loss prevention are nice people who are doing their job as well. If you can't respect employees or other customers, do us all a favor and shop online! DO try going in the evening on a weeknight. It's much less hectic. I especially love coming here to buy new workout clothes aka athleisure wear. Shoes are also a score if they happen to have something cute in my size. But seriously this Ross location has some of the CUTEST home decor items. I find Ross to be a no-frills shopping place. I normally go in to buy my undergarments. It's not like it needs to look sexy as I already do all on my own. They have good pricing if I did have a need for other items to wear but then I'd rather go somewhere else. Service at all Ross places have always been subpar so I'm not there to make friends or socialize. I'm just there to buy and leave. We stop by here on Monday 22nd around 7pm, the cashier that help us had the worst customer service and a bad attitude. My husband ask her something about the pricing of some shoes and she went on about she had no idea about the pricing and complaining about she wasn't on the schedule to work that day and management was forcing her to work. First off all, if your unhappy with your job, that's not my problem go and do something about it, but don't complain to the customers when they are asking you a simple question. I am not a fan. The woman working the fitting room was simply rude. I asked if she would watch my clothes that I wanted to try on while I used the restroom. The woman gave me a very confusing and jumbled answer; something about "out of order" and "cleaning." I figured I wouldn't be using the restroom at this point, so I would try on clothes. As soon as I set them down she told me to move the clothes I set down on the rack because she needed it for other customers. She then proceeded to walk back to the bathroom, and that's when I noticed a big smudge of feces on the floor right outside the bathroom door. She grabbed some toilet paper and kind of thew it on the floor--trying to wipe it up with no luck. She then called someone to bring over a bucket of water. I don't care how much soda I had before walking into the store, you couldn't have paid me to use that bathroom after this. I decided to try on the clothes I picked out and go about browsing after that. On my second trip to the dressing room I walked in at 10:24, one minute before the dressing room closed. The same woman wiping up the poo told me "We close in one minute. You have less than that to try these on. We still have to have time to close and put everything back." This is the interaction of the night that upset me. Less than one minute... Seriously lady?! You're telling me that I have less than one minute to try on 4 articles of clothing? I understand you don't want to be there any longer than you have to. I also understand that I made it into the dressing room at the very last minute--literally. However, I do not understand how these two reasons justify you being rude to patrons and severely lacking any customer service skills. The woman who entered the fitting room directly behind me also got the "less than one minute" speech. While this Ross has a decent selection of clothes (they earn 1 star for this alone--but for nothing else), organization is lacking and customer service is terrible in the fitting room area. Their buyer's choices are the only thing that may have me coming back here again. read more

I come to this Ross at least once a month because it's close by. But I must say they need more staff on the registers. They can start off by taking out that greeter that says welcome to Ross and put him on a register. Pretty ridiculous with a check out line that's not moving. Step up your game ross! I know a new Ross is opening up on imperial and santa Gertrude. Don't know if they are moving locations or if it's just a new Ross. Hopefully it is a new one so I don't have to return to this one.
