From the outside I was expecting so much more! It looks large but nice inside, it's a smaller store. They have the same merchandise as other locations - kitchen gadgets, pantry items, pots and pans, small pieces of furniture, clothing, bedding and bath, pillows, seasonal and some beauty items. But the store is very messy and the customer service not helpful. Stopped here while passing through the area but wouldn't take a deliberate ride here. read more

Awful service! I had to return couple is items and they didn't want to refund me because one of the tags wasn't on it. There was another tag on it but wouldn't accept that, I even had my receipt. Bought a lot of bags worth yesterday - got home and realized the next day that I was missing items. Went to find the receipt - not in the bags. Went to the store, described the items, they were behind the counter in two bags. Store would not give them to me even though I explained each item and I don't have the receipt! $70 worth of things. Told me to call back and speak to the main manager tomorrow - which I will, but just ridiculous! read more

I wouldn't purchase any type of furnishings here. My daughter purchased a stool, lasted 4 days and broke. Didn't keep receipt. They won't search by credit card and date of purchase -- like other stores. My daughter is now out $, learned valuable lesson. read more

Looks great through the doors and windows! I live nearby and I've been waiting for it to be completed, but I haven't had a chance to go just yet. However, walking by it looks clean, well stocked and bright. I'm going to try to get in before all the shoes are mismatched, things are thrown about, and it starts looking like an actual Ross. Awful customer service. Worst I've probably ever dealt with. I've worked customer service for 8 years and I can't even understand how it could be this bad. I've had a lot of poor exchanges at this Ross but bad enough to say something until today. I picked up a blanket to look at and the sensor/alarm started going off. After about 3 minutes of it beeping an associate came, physically took it out of my hands and walked away with it without saying a word to me. I waited assuming she would bring it back but when she walked past me a few minutes later into the break area she didn't say anything so I told her I still planned to buy it. She told me "okay? Well. It's at the front so you can go look at it there." Another associate over heard that as she walked into the back and told me he would be back with the item. I could still hear her in the break area being pretty rude to other employees before she announced she was leaving for the day. I get it, her day was coming to an end and she was tired but you don't get to just be rude and completely slack off because it's the end of your day. When I got up to the registers I decided to speak up and tell him what happened. He ignored me and just nodded aimlessly. Told me my total then told me to grab my receipt. Not a goodbye or a have a good day. The security person apologized as I left. It's the little things in customer service that may not seem like much but they matter. Do better. These are tough times and it's not hard to be kinder to one another. I've never believed someone would need to be "trained" for customer service but this place could really use it I guess. read more

There is nothing wrong with the store but the manager is horrible. She yelled at my sisters when there was no need to. She raised her voice when she could've asked nicely to stop. Just thought I would let people know. Like I said the store is fine white great prices. read more

Since the dressing rooms are closed couldn't try on items I wanted. Store told me I could return what I didn't want or that did not fit for up to 60 days. Visited store 2 or 3 times after that. A shirt I bought didn't fit right and I wanted to return it but forgot it when returning to store once or twice. Finally remembered it within the original 60 days and took it back. It still had the store tags on it but I lost my original receipt. Shopped and got about $50.00 in new items to buy and asked to return the shirt at check out. The shirt was NEW and had original tags, had been tried on once, and ROSS would only credit me 49 cents (FORTY NINE CENTS) for a shirt I paid $14.99 for thirty days ago that I couldn't try on because the dressing rooms were closed. UNBELIEVABLE - I used to love this store but I won't be back and I live in Sherwood where the store is. I kept the shirt - it's worth more than forty nine cents on ebay! read more
