This store is located in the midst of much excitement being around all the other stores like HomeGoods and TJ Maxx and of course, the outlets. So naturally I was excited to go into this particular Ross. Interestingly enough, I didn't find much. I found two items which is strikingly low for me. Both items I found were great finds for wonderful prices: a dress blouse for $10.99 and a pair of Bebe athletic pants for $9.99. There looked to be a decent shoe selection but each time I went to look closer at a pair that I liked they were a size not mine in the wrong section so I gave up on that quickly. The line was pretty long when I first got in, but the cashiers were moving quickly so that wasn't an issue with only two being open. read more

The shoes are defected and the girl at the register wants to find Brianna the manager to get the full price. Then she takes a half hour. Briana walks by and starts doing her own thing. Then the cashier I'll keep anonymous as she's 16 so she said. Asked us to please leave the cashier and get back in line. Absolutely not... I have other items that A. Are not missing price tags and B. I want to take the items I can now. It's 8:15pm on a Friday I have other errands to finish. She tries to get the managers attention "Briana" and is ignored! Its a huge store. It's conveniently located on the outdoor outlet mall. You have easy access to all other name brand stores as well. They have a huge selection of clothes sorted by departments and different main brands. I recommend and possibly will be back if I'm in the area read more

Not even worthy of 1 Star. This place is disastrous and a huge trip, slip and fall hazard and MORE importantly The staff members laughed when I said their bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!! And said they only have a janitor who cleans up once a day in the morning. This place is Open till midnight most nights and and the security guard said that it is not a job description of the staff to restock the toilet paper and clean up the shit on the floor. read more

As I was checking the items that were been marked down at the summer kids stuff I notice that the employee had her cart with sandals from Tommy Hilfiger. I went to see them and she told me right away that those were for someone already. I notice the price was marked down with the pink sticker. So I asked her if I was able to order stuff with her and she proceed to tell me no those are for someone. Even though that was not my question. As I was walking away she yell at me "HELLO" and I look back and she was ok you can take one. I was sooo confused. I guess since they are marking stuff down they get to keep what they want or if they want to sell it to a customer read more

I've been to a lot of Ross stores and this has to be one of the best stores. The store was clean and to my surprise the shelves were organized and there wasn't stuff all over the floor. The wait to cash out was super short compared to many of the other stores. It was nice to find that they toys were still in the box. I am perplexed as to why a parent would let their kid ran wild opening toys. read more

First visit for me, since I come from a place where they don't have Ross, so when I saw it I had to go in and check it out.. I have a feeling its hit or miss, just like the TJX stores, which it sort of reminded me of, except the clothing was of lower quality.. I saw quite a few home items I would have loved and did buy some clothes, would have bought the home items, but I'd already bought too much in the outlets and would have needed a second suitcase! this is a store I'll make a point to visit whenever i'm in town or see one somewhere because you never know what you'll find. Employees were friendly, store wasn't the cleanest but it also wasn't dirty.. very busy as well but the line moved fast and the cashier I had was friendly. read more

Whenever I travel and forget something at home, Ross usually has what I'm looking for. In this case, it was compression socks and a travel pillow. I had to dig to find what I was looking for but I found both items. This location is chaotic, disorganized and dirty. The employees on the floor looked miserable and ready to go home. We were begrudgingly shown the section of where 'we might' find the socks. The women's hosiery section was sparse and needs to be restocked. The luggage section had inventory strewn all over the floor and it was hazardous to walk through. There was a long line of maybe 20 customers, but only 2 cashiers. 3 more employees working the floor came to help with the line. I was last in line, and 2 of the extra cashiers, walked off when the line dwindled. Of course as soon as they walk off, there were 10 more customers behind me in line. Ross, please hire more in store staff. ALL of your stores always have long lines and usually 2 cashiers working. The past 3 Ross locations I've visited were in disarray, please take pride in your store! 1 star for having what I needed and 1 star for the sweet cashier who rang up my purchase. read more

Unfortunately this Ross has very few selections of anything. I've been to other locations and they have been wonderful. Not impressed with the variety of items. On my most recent trip, I actually found a large rug, and it was in my cart, paid for it and as I was leaving, the "security" guy said, No carts outside. Ok, so as I struggle to get the rug from my cart and into my hands...him and the manager are just looking at me, no help, no nothing. They aggressively pull the cart from under the rug, I drop it and they just look at me. So not only was that disrespectful of them, but then I over heard the same manager guy swearing to a female co worker, "f" this and "f" that. Never will I shop here again. read more

I found a few things I like in there, but I did notice that it was not well organized in the kids department. I will stick with the one in Palm Beach Gardens. read more
