Amazing owner and service- we had a pipe break on a Friday, understandably they could not come out until Monday but with a 1 month old baby not having water for 3 days was not feasible. After calling multiple other places, I called back and asked if there was any way they could come today because we have a baby and no one else could come out. I paid one plumbing company $50 to come out and tell me they had no idea where my leak was and I needed to call a leak detection company. The estimate for that was $1,000 and the plumber quoted me $3,500 to fix the leak after it was found. Rodesco plumbing came out for free, crawled under my house, found my leak and then fixed it for less than $1500. A week later a crawl space remediation company found another leak. RossCo plumbing was there 30 minutes after I called them, had the problem fixed within 90 minutes and gave me a break on the repair (charged me %450) since I had just had them there the week before. Professional/timely/courteous/reasonably priced. Looked for a plumber through Yelp to install a new main shutoff valve and correct an incorrectly installed shower faucet. Richie Ross, the owner of Rossco, responded immediately and offered a free in home estimate (larger companies charge for this). He immediately identified the problem with the shower and didn't even charge to fix it, as it was a very quick repair. Turns out I needed a new pressure relief valve as well as a new main shutoff on the 40 year old water line because the water coming into the house was 120 psi rather than the recommended 60 psi. Richie and his apprentice redid the whole thing, offering a very fair price and a welcome senior discount. They completed the repair quickly and showed me how to turn off the water. After they left I realized I had been billed twice for the tax. Called Richie and he immediately corrected it. It's great to find an excellent, service oriented and honest plumber. I needed a gas line installed from my furnace to a new gas stove. It has been a painful experience until Elliott and John from Rossco came over. They were awesome! I'm a woman who knew nothing about the job except the installer must be bonded and insured. The first plumbers were respectable and gave me a lesson but their estimate cost over $100 and the estimated price very high. The second guy said he was licensed and bonded but when he showed up I found out he lied. It was bad! Then just when my tension was high Elliott and John arrived to save the day! The estimate was free and the price reasonable. They did an excellent service! They took me through the process step by step. The water turn on/off valves in the townhome we purchased used compression fittings that were beginning to leak. Rossco replaced all the valves at a reasonable cost. While the initial service was expeditious, when I contacted again Richard scheduled an appointment at a mutually agreed upon time, no showed the appointment, and also blocked my number after sending three texts to schedule. I can't help but feel like this was because of a mistake that was made in installing my shower valve where the output pipe was placed so close to the tub that a tub spout didn't fit. Maybe my luck is changing. Finally, I have had a good experience connected to an unpleasant event. A couple of days ago my downstairs toilet started to back up without provocation. I found my plunger and tried to unsuccessfully get the toilet to function. I then called a plumber. The first plumber came to the house and was not able to get the toilet to work even after vigorously using a snake to unplug things. He said that I needed to get a plumber who had the tools for this kind of job. I called Rossco Plumbing last night to arrange to have someone come out to check out what was going on and to give me an estimate as to what the job would involve. Jared and Ethan arrived when I was told to expect them to be at my house. The were professional and friendly from the minute they stepped into the house. They listened to what I had to say and then explained to me just what they were going to do to try to figure out where the blockage was located. They gave me an estimate as to what the work would involve. I thought the repair would involve sticking a long snake down the access hole and pretty easily clearing the plugged area. I was completely wrong about what was required to do the job properly. Jared and Ethan had to remove the toilet and then , after using some sort of fancy tool, they had to go under the house to do more work. I have no idea just what they had do to to the pipes when they were crawling around in a tight space. The job took approximately 3 hours to complete. They cleaned up the areas where they had been working. These two fellows knew what they were doing and did the work required to fix my toilet. I will not hesitate to call Rossco Plumbers if I need more plumbing problems fixed. I am very satisfied with the work they did for me. read more

I called RossCo yesterday to tell them I had a slow-draining toilet. He offered to come same day (wow!) but said the next day was also open and better for their schedule which was just fine for me. In fact, I expected to wait a few days at least, since it wasn't an emergency situation. They gave me an arrival window of 10am - 12pm and Jared and Jake showed up right at 10am on the dot. They were so friendly and courteous. They figured out the problem quickly and they were in and out within 15 minutes and charged the fairest price I think I've ever been charged for a plumbing service. The big guys will rip you off and charge a few hundred just for coming out to diagnose. This is why I always come to Yelp and find the small businesses! Lots of integrity here.
