Water heater went out on a Sunday!!! needed the whole thing replaced =(. We called around a few places and they wanted to charge an extra fee just because it was Sunday!!. I found Rossman Plumbing on a group site on Facebook. He had great referrals. I called him and he sent out an employee within 45 mins. No Sunday fee and they were the lowest bid by almost half the prices quoted! They explained everything in detail and what our best options are. They made a stressful situation an easy fix. I got a professional call that he was on his way with an eta which was a great start to the experience. When on site he was very professional and polite by explaining what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand and answer all my questions. Called and requested a quote for plumbing issues for a business. Was easy to get an appointment and they were on time. The 2 young men were very friendly but did try and upsell while there. After the appointment I made a mistake and sent an email to them that should have gone to my boss about them trying to upsell. The owner of Rossman Plumbing saw this email and instead of calling and trying to find out what the problem was he decided to send me a text message on my personal cell threating to hurt my company because we were bad mouthing his. We had a bad leak under our kitchen sick. David from Rossman plumbing came out fast and we found out of pipe erroded and was leaking in the kitchen. David. Mr. Ken Zimmerman and So Cal Property Management are hands off when it comes to damages done by their contracted plumber Rossman Plumbing. Long story short, the upstairs unit had a water leak flowing into my garage. Rossman Plumbing (without my consent) came into my property and cut an approximate 3 ft by 3 ft hole in the ceiling of my garage. Once the leak was located and repaired, Rossman Plumbing was paid for fixing the leak from the above unit at fault but failed to repair or advise So Cal the drywall damage to my unit would need repair also. In attempt to get my drywall fixed, I contacted both So Cal, Rossman Plumbing and the tenant at fault, who either dismissed my concern or failed to respond. A year later, I had to pay $250 out of pocket to fix the drywall damage that Mr. Zimmerman and Rossman plumbing claimed to not be "their responsibility." read more

Then they charged a service fee of $112 for coming out which would have been fine if they made it aware to me. I had a slab leak which can be a nightmare. I got three bids and Rossman was the lowest and $500 less than the highest. Tim came out and explained what was wrong and what was needed to repair it. He was the most knowledgeable of the three and a straight shooter. First class professional and good communicator so I knew he was the right choice. He and a helper came out the next day and worked hard all day to re-route the plumbing through the walls and ceiling. The workmanship was top notch and although it was dusty and messy cutting drywall, they covered everything, swept up everthing and carried out all the trash when they left. We've had Rossman plumbing out to help with some problematic sewer lines over the past few years, they are always on time and super quick to respond to any call. When we finally decided to jet out the lines and install a liner on part of the line to stop the tree roots from getting in, I was pretty upset (to put it mildly) when a week later, we had the same issue, and our plumbing backed up again. David Star came back out to reassess the problem, and patiently walked me through the whole sewer line, taking time to show me on the camera, and guide me through my options for repair. We own an old house with an interesting sewer system, and David really took the time to uncover exactly what the problem was, and multiple ways which we could attack it, and honestly went above and beyond to help fix our issues. So disappointed in the quality of the work and the price I was charged. All new construction, all I needed was to have a plumber set all the finishes. Less than one day's work and Steve and his helper couldn't get it right. Had to call them back 3 times and in the end I ended up fixing what they had done. Brand new stone tops and they couldn't get the faucets to line up, told me the holes were off in my tops. In less than time it took me to get the tools to move the faucet I had done what I paid them to do. I don't like being lied to and I felt I was overcharged. read more

I had Rossman Plumbing at my home in Sept. and they fixed my warranty part on my water heater, however there were two parts that came in the box the Gas Valve replacement and the pilot assembly replacement. I was unaware that both parts came together until last week when the pilot light on my water heater went out and I had no hot water. I called the water heater company and they said it was under warranty still and I need to contact my plumber, so I called Rossman back and told Rudy the issue I was having he asked me to call the water heater company back and see if they will send me the part and he will work with me to have someone put it in. The water heater company said the plumber had to get the part, however both parts come in the same box so I should have the part if the gas valve went out 4 months ago so I told Rudy this. Rudy then proceeded to tell me that he thinks that my part which came originally with the first part in September is still in plumber's truck(the plumber that did the work) could I send him the serial number so I text him the serial number immediately. It took two days and no response because plumber was supposedly sick. I told Rudy does it really take this long to check a serial number? I still don't know what happened to the supposed part that was in plumber's truck. I told him that it seemed like some type of scam was going on. Rudy informed me that he would get the part and put it in no charge. He said he would call me when part is in hand. Last Friday 2/8 I got a call arranging an appointment for Tuesday and told part would be in hand on Monday. I scheduled appointment for Tuesday between 9-11 a.m. and no one showed up and I received no phone call. I called Rossman at 11 a.m. on Tuesday and was told that the part just arrived a few minutes ago I was not happy because no one called to tell me that they did not have the part and I had my father waiting at my house for the plumber to show and no one came. I asked to talk to Rudy, as he is one of the managers and told him I was not happy because no one contacted me to tell me that the part didn't come in Monday and that no one was showing up between 9-11 a.m. on Tuesday and his response to me was to yell at me and tell me how ungrateful I was that he was doing everything he could for me and he was even paying for my part (don't understand why he had to pay for it as it was a warranty part) and I was "still not happy". I asked him why he was yelling at me and I was lucky I didn't have to take day off work and had my father to sit at my house and wait for them. All I was asking for was common courtesy and let me know that the appointment needed to be change for the afternoon I did not need to be yelled at by Rudy I am still the CUSTOMER! My HOA has a contract with Rossman and that is why I hired them in the first place because I thought they were going to be a reputable company but after this I will be telling my HOA about this incident with this company. read more

BUYERS BEWARE !! PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING!!! I wish I would have read all the reviews on this company before I hire them so in that respect I partially at fault for what happened to me. After repeated scheduling and rescheduling no show after no show which should have been another red flag for me when going about hiring a professional company but being in the desperate position that I was in I gave them the benefit of the doubt after repeated no shows and no calls. So I finally get them out to my house I had a leak in my front yard they began to tell me that they would have to dig up my entire yard to replace the entire service line they told me that the water could undermine my entire property I decided since they were the professional to go with their recommendation they told me it would only take about 4 hours they shut my water off and for two days I was without water again repeated attempts to get them out there failed they would not return my calls I was actually told that I wasn't the highest priority that they had other calls before me that they had to tend to emergency calls they called it will wait a minute hold on a second wouldn't me the homeowner be considered an emergency calls after you've had my water off for 2 days? Anyways I'm not home the day they decide to come out to fix the problem they call me and let me know that everything is fixed in the water is back on so I get home I find the water is on and the trenching my yard looks like a couple of high school kids past my grass back I also noticed that the ground still has a lot of water in it which at the time I didn't think much of because there was a leak 2 weeks later the wet grass is still mushy so I called him back and they tell me yes that is normal it will take some time to dry out so a month goes by the grass is still mushy I decide to get a second opinion and I call out another company they come out they dig up the area where it's still mushy and to both of our surprises the old service line is still connected Rossman Plumbing charged me $2,700 for a complete service line which they did not run this company is a complete fraud please read all of their reviews before hiring this company they are very unprofessional and upon further investigation I find that the company has only existed for five years the quality of their work and their unprofessionalism reflex that greatly they do not have the plumbing experience necessary to be working on people's homes buyers beware this is a dishonest unprofessional company read more

Unsatisfied with end result. was charged $529 to fix a leak in my under sink filtration system. Leak was not fixed, had no hot water. Came back a week later, turned out he forgot to turn my hot water back on, the leak was due to hose not properly fitted back, he tries to say that I have mice, but there's no chew marks. Anywhere... Well, after replacing the part, he fixed it in 30 min. Cleaned up the area pretty well. But forgot to check my water pressure. Tried to charge me $259 but when I asked if he was charging me on hot water issue, he lowered it to about 180 or something. after about a week, needing to fill a large pitcher... Discovered that the water stream turns into a tiny slow trickle. So mad. Everytime I use the kitchen sink, just triggers how ignorant I was not to first learn more about the issue and put so much trust in pros. Just felt duped... Completely. Please learn from me. Rossman plumbing came out because I had a problem with the back yard drains. The first hard rains of El Nino my backyard looked like a pool they put a camera in there and found the drain. It was under six inches of mud and two inches of grass. They cleared out the drain, installed a new cap so it would not happen again and my drainage system works great now. They worked quickly, showed up on time, got the job done and after they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I would recommend and will be using them again if I have any other plumbing problems.
