Cody did a good job in communicating with me about my clogged sewer pipe & did take some stuff out of the pipe itself but after the day was done we still had the same issue ($358) so our house was flooded again...4 days later we had Manuel use the camera & explain that there was no way anybody ran the snake from our guest house (which Cody didn't do a good job in doing) bill for the camera was ($250) and we still had a clogged pipe...so for any future customers be aware that some jobs aren't guaranteed. We had a emergency with our plumbing we returned home to find water everywhere on the floor. We called several different plumbers and Rossman Plumbing Company showed up within a half hour. The technician Dale was fast to turn off the water to the house. Dale quickly determined it was a slab leak and cut the drywall and the copper pipe to put an emergency cap on it so we could have water to most of the house. The next day showed up on time and worked with our insurance company and us to do a rerouting of the water pipes. Dale did an amazing job he's was always letting us know the process as the job was going very fast and clean at the end we had hot water to our house. What an amazing experience we appreciated his fast and clean work and thank him and Rossman Plumbing I'd definitely recommend Dale for any plumbing issues in the future. read more

Sorry... not recommend this company. This company the phone call lady was friendly and has nice customer service...but the onsite service soso... i called them for shower valve leaks service. First time 09/02 the pro came ask for $350 to replace the shower valve with new one to fix the leaking issue. After negotiation we paid $300. He left the site to buy a new valve, come back and install it. The next day after the silicon seal completely dried up... we turn on the shower valve...the leaks still appear. So I call the company lady again for recheck up service. This time a different pro come on 09/08... and it was Sunday morning...he seem very unhappy to work on Sunday. He only here for around 5 mins and just tells us to tighten up the shower valve...and he left without fixing anything...not even open up to check. We been using a bucket to gather the leaks everyday ever since.. finally i called them a again for recheck. The pro came on 09/24 and this time he quote us for $900 to open a hole from my kids bedroom and replace the entire shower plumbing... I don't know what to say... if they couldn't help me fix the leaks in the first place. Then I won't even spend that $300 for nothing... because the outcome the same.. the shower valve still leaking. read more

Rossman to the rescue, again! Ended up hearing that oh so familiar sound of air bubbles coming up the line in each toilet with nothing draining. From there I ran out to the clean outs and sure enough we were backed up. Called in to RP, Shannon greeted me and with much concern took our info, which was in the system already, so within minutes we were scheduled with a window. Steve Skinner showed up albeit a bit after the window but I knew he was on another job because Shan called saying it was going to be a lil longer. No worries, we were home, Steve got there, immediately addressed the issue, snaked us out to the street and even cleaned us up with a commercial grade disinfectant. My service could have easily been recovered today with simple acknowledgement and an apology- that's it. My complaint was simple, basic and easy to recover. Got a bid from them for garage sink install. Came out to $1700. that's right $1700. The highest bid I had prior to that was $450. Price gouging at its finest. I don't easily give five star reviews, but Rossman Plumbing did right by me. It's tough to find a competent, punctual, professional plumber who charges a fair price. My shower pipes were rattling loudly when we turned on the hot water, and my tankless water heater needed maintenance. So I checked yelp, and decided to give Rossman Plumbing a call since they have a good rating with more than a dozen reviews. They took my call, set an appointment, arrived within the appointment window, and actually listened and had a conversation with me when diagnosing the issues. The tankless heater got the maintenance needed, and they installed water hammer arrestors at material cost only! So now, my shower pipes sound better, and my water heater isn't filled with calcium deposits. Total cost for the work was $271.87. Honestly, this kind of service should be 3-4 stars, because they did what they were supposed to do, but that kind of service is actually pretty rare. I'm just glad the problems were solved without further damage/cost. read more

Very disappointed. I had an emergency leak in my home and I called at 9am and they scheduled for a window of 2-4pm arrival for a tech to come out and repair. I get a call from them at 2:20 stating that their techs are running over and won't make it until the following day. How are you going to call after the scheduled time to say you need to reschedule. This not only wasted my entire Sunday waiting around but it was then too late to have a tech come out from another company as they were all booked out. Horrible customer service. Rossman last year replaced a sink for us, so when we had a new problem with a leaking sink valve we called Rossman again. David Starr came out yesterday to evaluate. He found a few other leaking valves around our house. Today he returned to do the work. Everything is good now. Davis is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Updated review: Crew did get here. Dale diagnosed the problem immediately and came up with a proposed solution and price, which I thought was very reasonable. Crew was fast & thorough. Was impressed with the cleanliness (drop cloths, etc.) and speed. GM called and apologized promptly with explanation that they were shorthanded today and earlier job was way more complicated than first believed. While I still believe a better estimating system is needed for times, the crew did show up the day of the issue, did fix it to my complete satisfaction, and at a very fair price. So while not perfect due to times, the guys really did know what they were doing and I am back in business to do our business. That, combined with the immediate follow-up, Rossman will continue to get my future business and recommendation. Review is for business practice. Scheduled an appointment with Rossman Plumbing. Received confirmation email that tech would be at my home between 10-11. Called at 11 they said it was supposed to be between 10-12. Called at 12 they said tech having issues would be between 12-2. Called at 1:37 as no update they said still having issues be another hour or so (now 2-3). Called at 3 said tech still having issues would be between 4-6. Asked if any other techs they said no. Plumbing owner lives in my city but only has one person in area according to them. Very unfair as unrealistic updates prevented me from calling another plumber to get our home serviced with water. I understand crap happens on a job but a late time going from 11am to 6pm is entirely unacceptable. When the plumber does arrive he will be on overtime, stressed, and worn out from a full-day already. Kept us on the hook to keep the business. To me an honest company would say "hey, we got caught up in a job we didn't know we were getting to and it will be a long time. If you get another plumber we understand". We used Rossman for a prior plumbing job, which we were very happy with their work. We felt confident to call them again for additional work. Very disappointed and unhappy with their work. They left the job with the toilet barley functioning. I called them to let them know and they scheduled someone out on Saturday to fix the problem. I am in shock with what I just found out.. I had them coming to fix my restroom 2 months ago in the mall in my unit, they told me $700 which I paid because they told me it's commercial it's cost expensive and they recommend for me to do the camera which is extra and I said I'll pass. Now, very similar thing happened and I called them again because they are the only one I knew and I thought I trusted them that these are good prices. They called me to say I need to pay them $2150 ( which they said it was after discount and the original price is $2700). I didn't know how to expect this but I did from frustration. I ask Steve how much was for the first day he came by (apparently what he did was to close the drain or something like that and that he needs to come back with the camera and to do the rest another day) and he told me $435 and when he comes back for the camera to see if there are any broken pipes or whatever I need to pay $1715. Thankfully I am out of town and I asked them to come back once I'm back and in the meantime I'm sharing my thoughts that it sounds too high with my friend over the phone and my friend told me this whole story shouldn't be more than $600. My friend was randomly in the area with his plumber friend, they came to take a look meanwhile I'm not there and he said the whole story to fix including camera and everything is $300 and not a dollar more. The guy has a small company, has license, insurance and has it all, but the difference is that he is 100% honest and I can't believe they asked me to pay $2150.. BE AWARE!!! read more

A plumber we had originally contacted did not show up so I can to Yelp. We needed to add a Water Softener loop in the garage. Dennis was the plumber who came for the service. He was on time and very courteous. The best part was Rossman Plumbing was able to get him over in a couple of hours after the call. Dennis got the work done the same day and even though it was late in evening he stayed until 10 pm to get it all finished. Prices were reasonable as well. read more

Awful, awful service. I cannot stress this enough -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They WILL rip you off. Maybe not on purpose, but definitely because they are not knowledgeable enough about their own profession. We recently had work done on our roof and unbeknownst to us, the roofer's truck had rolled over our front lawn, causing one of the sprinklers to break and leak. This caused the city to shut down our water until the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, we do not live in this house so we had to rely on a plumber to correctly identify the issue and get the water back on as soon as possible. Even more unfortunate is that we called Rossman Plumbing. Eddie came and instead of correctly identifying that the issue was just a sprinkler leak, he decided to charge us $2,500 to change the ENTIRE main line of the house. He talked about breaking the cement and all sorts of nonsense because according to him, there was no way of identifying where the leak was coming from. Trusting that he knew what he was talking about, we agreed to his terms and told him to proceed. But unfortunately again, he STILL couldn't do his job and kept calling and wanting to increase the price for additional work. My poor dad decided to drive down from NorCal, where we currently live, to SoCal the next day to address the issue in person. Eddie was rude and defensive, not letting my dad get in a single word. When my dad saw the situation for himself, he kept asking Eddie to start where the broken sprinkler was, but Eddie kept refusing and raising his voice. At one point, he even threatened to lock the entire water source to the house so our tenants would be left without water indefinitely. Things got messy and my dad was forced to call 911 to stop Eddie from shutting down the water completely. A police officer came and even HE sided with my dad. So Eddie FINALLY decided to listen to him and start with the sprinkler. Low and behold... that was the issue!! So what could have only cost us less than a hundred dollars ended up costing us a whopping TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. All because Eddie is NOT qualified to do his job. He was even asking my dad which main pipe to connect to because he couldn't tell the different ones apart. My dad isn't a plumber but he figured the one with the red handle and date had to be the one... why couldn't Eddie do that if his JOB is plumbing?!?!?!??! My dad paid him the full amount he promised because he is a man of his word. But be warned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want fast, EFFICIENT service from KNOWLEDGEABLE, honest servicemen. - - - - - - - - Edit to the review, to respond to Matthew's claim. It is sad you cannot accept responsibility for what happened and are trying to discredit me and my dad's honest reviews of our awful experience with your company. I've used Matt Rossman Plumbing many years ago when our mainline water pipe broke in our condo. They were great getting us back to normal. Now I've had a nagging issue with the toilet since it was new and I finally called our Association and they got Rossman out to diagnose and solve my problem...a Construction Defect...a 12" frik'n ABS pipe shoved into the main sewer line. With their fiber optic cameras they pin pointed it and made a plan to fix it. "David the Star" technician performed surgery fishing the obstruction out as it balanced in his fish tape. Problem Solved... Then he had the nerve to clean up and make my bathroom look like new...What a way to run a business...! I had a wall leak. 4 bids and Rossman was the lowest bid by far. Steven S. came promptly to my location, assessed the damage, and provide me with all of my options, including what was the best option if he were locate further damage or if further repairs were necessary. Steve S. went above and beyond. He was able to hook up the water heater away from the damage, so that we would not be without hot water while the water damage was restored. Professional and highly competent, I was impressed to see first hand his skills of not only repairing the damage, but also explaining how the water heater, gas, piping, and cold water line all interact. Steve S. was able to answer ALL of my questions with a straight forward and accurate answer, so that I was able to get a grasp of the situation, front/back/left/right, and so forth. The quality of the job was excellent, and Steve S. was adamant that he would not put his name behind questionable work product, and it showed. Steve S. made an otherwise highly stressful situation into a learning experience. I enjoyed his positive attitude and demeanor, and he showed that no matter how difficult a situation may appear at first, there is a solution and a way to get to the solution, and to never give up. I have used Rossman Plumbing in the past and the 2nd time they were at my house back in Feb 2017 - the work I was charged for somewhat left me with a negative attitude towards them. Pressed for time and out of options, I decided to call Rossman again for an issue I was having in my guest bathroom. Dispatch had someone at my house within an hour (as quoted) and my technician, Joe -- AWESOME!!! Joe was super friendly, professional and down to earth - literally here to help and quoted a fair price. Joe completely changed my mind about Rossman for the better!! I reviewed Rossman Plumbing over 5 years ago and gave them 5 stars. However, on March 13 I had a toilet valve leak into the wall in an upstairs bathroom that leaked water into the downstairs kitchen. Rossman Plumbing responded the day after I called them. Due to the water damage, "DJ" highly recommended CutNDry restoration, stating he knew several companies that used them and were happy. CutNDry has been a complete nightmare to deal with-and I would never have hired them if not for the recommendation given by Rossman Plumbing. Additionally, the technician charged me over $1600 for a new toilet and garbage disposal, stating that would also be my insurance deductible. It was not. I would not recommend Rossman Plumbing at this point, as calls to their office have been ignored. read more

Its really sad when you put your trust in a company to provide services to you, but you get left in the dark. It's hard to find good help these days. Pay $800 for your sink not to leak, but a month and a half plus three additional visits after the initial visit sink is still leaking. Just sad. Addendum: In regards to the owners reply to my review. I am well aware of what the invoice said. What is funny about that invoice is that Mike said the discharge hose leaks when the dishwasher is activated. We never use our dishwasher, and definitely did not use it when Mike was here, so I do not understand why he said when the dishwasher is activated. And just to be clear the original work was done in March of 2018....not 2017. Not sure where you got that information from. We were able to fix the problem ourselves so no worries. I had a great experience with both Trevor and Chris. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue.

We lost water pressure in our house to the point where we could not even fill the bathtub for the kids. I contacted Rossman Plumbing via yelp on a Sunday night and received a response almost immediately and quickly a phone call after my response. I didn't realize they were 24/7 while getting a phone call at 830PM on a Sunday night is amazing. I was amazed by how quick the service call and appointment was made. Onsite we had Steven Skinner and he was on it quickly. He was quick to test and replace our water pressure regulator. He was very thorough in both his work and walking throughout the house to clean filters on all faucets. He was very transparent with the work and informative in showing me what was working and not working, which is much appreciated. Prices were extremely reasonable and would recommend this company over and over again. Communication was great, received emails and text alerts throughout the process. More companies should be operating this way as it was truly a great customer experience over the phone and with their onsite plumbers. Again big shout out to Steven Skinner. read more
