My review does not concern the course itself, which is well kept, and which I have been playing for…read moremany years. However, I played a few days ago, and my group was harassed for several holes by the rangers, for no good reason. They wanted us to skip a hole, even though there were no golfers waiting on us. They claimed we were playing too slowly, although the group behind us were at least a full hole back. The rangers were rude to us and argumentative, ruining the enjoyment of our round. Then, when they came a hole later, they thanked us for speeding up, and making up the "15 minutes" we were supposedly behind. (We did not change our pace of play at all). I have been playing this course for years, but if this is how they treat paying customers going forward, I won't be back. Be warned!

The Banks Course is absolutely beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our event. It was a hot and humid day, and with a large group, there were plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong -- but everything went off without a hitch. Shari was amazing throughout the planning process, helping us stay organized and making sure all the details came together. Mike and the golf staff did an outstanding job on the day of the outing. He kept everything running smoothly and even managed to accommodate a few of our golfers who showed up a little less prepared than they should have -- including without clubs! A special thank you to Rakesh and the culinary team. We worked with him to refine the menu and add a little more spice to suit our group. The butter chicken was a huge hit. In fact, two of our members came up to me during dinner specifically to ask who we had brought in to cater the event. They were genuinely surprised when I told them, "It's all Forsgate." From registration and golf to dinner and the overall service, the entire event was seamless. Hosting an outing of this size takes a tremendous amount of coordination behind the scenes, and the Forsgate team made it look easy. Beautiful course, excellent food, and an exceptional team. PCC could not have asked for a better venue or experience.

This was our first time golfing at Chelsea Piers and it was easy to reserve a bay. We took a car share service to avoid the parking costs, and the front staff made it easy to grab our clubs to play. The automatic golf balls keep the rythm of play going. The added views make for an even better experience. My husband and son didn't mind the humidity. They played for 55 mins and are ready for another round!

The tables were setup nicely (as designed by our group). The wait staff were very professional and attended to all our needs. During the author's speaking engagement, towards the end, the wait staff started bringing out bread and butter, along with our salads. Not sure why this happened while the author was speaking, but that seemed odd to many of us. After the author ended her presentation, and we were all done with our salads, they started bringing out our main course, (which we had a choice of 1 of 4- Filet Mignon, Chicken Francaise, Grilled Norwegian Salmon and Eggplant Rollatini). I ordered the Chicken Francaise. Many of us, including myself, said it was very dry and little sauce. The same was said about the Salmon. A friend of mine ordered the Filet Mignon. It was not the way she asked for it to be cooked and was very grainy and fatty. Eventually they took it back and brought her out another one. She said it was good. For dessert, we needed to go up to get our own coffee or tea and they brought out a platter of chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies. They both had a taste of refrigeration. So that leads me to believe they were not fresh. I realize it was a large group, but they do all sorts of party events, with groups of up to 500 people. Just wanted to share my experience and hope someone at the event center reads it and makes some changes.

The tables were nicely arranged around the dance floor and we started with a very nice salad, followed by some penne pasta. Attendees were able to choose one of three entrees and the vast majority went with the Filet Mignon. My filet was terrific! Our meal concluded with a nice sundae bar. The maitre d was quite effective, keeping things moving along. Our server was nice enough to pack up 2 meals for individuals that could not attend due to illness.
