I should have left time before last when the tech did my whole entire exam because the doctor was too busy to do it. My bad. I went again on October 4th, saw a floating doctor that was filling in for another on maternity leave, who by the way was great and I will likely be going to the clinic she regularly works at-not affiliated with Lenza. I have called repeatedly in the last 5 days to ask if my glasses are ready as I was told standard 2 weeks. I left two messages-no call back. I am no longer living close to the location and happened to be passing yesterday, so I stopped. Signs on the door that they are closed, call the Newberg office if you need assistance. Called that location, no answer, left a message, no reply. The store front in Wilsonville's hours on the door now say 3:00-6:00 Monday. I then called before 6:00, no answer. All I want is some customer service for the $350 glasses I ordered 2.5 weeks ago. A call back, or someone to answer the phones. Now I just want a refund and never to be associated with them again. There is no reason to not have staff at locations, answer messages, or be open during reasonable hours. To me this is a result of a bigger problem. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if I don't hear back by the weeks end. **Update, called again, reached McKenzie who assures me that my glasses will be ready Thursday or Friday. When I try to explain my frustration, he says they are short staffed and there's nothing they can do about it. I suggest calling people back and if that's not an option hire an answering service or don't have an outgoing message. "Yeah, ok, well then you have a great day", then he hung up on me. I schedule a Wednesday appointment on a Monday (got in really quick) and was very impressed by their professionalism. The clinic staff was sweet, they made the place feel comfortable and took care of what I needed on the paperwork side. It seemed like the clinic was a little short staffed and people were covering other positions, but overall everyone did a nice job. The doctor (Dr. Kevie Kawasaki) is an OD and she was so welcoming and kind. Her presence and grace to just make everything better in the clinic without blinking an eye was very obvious. Seeing a doctor in the clinic who isn't afraid to also be a leader and do it all was pretty great. It was clear no job was below her and she just wanted to better the space for everyone. When I got the new glasses ,I could not see things near me in my car. My screen, text, etc. So I said I think prescription wrong. Went in and they said we will check with the doc. Doc said told you that would happen. Uummmm no you did not. I wrote a owner /manager ,she said we believe our doc not you....Two:bought brand new Oakley glasses and they brought out with a cheap Nike plastic glass holder. The first time I got a nice Oakley case. I emailed and said my second appointment went really well but cheap case can I get a Oakley case? Unfortunately no response. Third: Oakley glasses had a issue with the ear sleeves wearing out. I called and asked if I can buy parts needed. A guy answered and said sir your parts are all under warranty. If parts not available you get new frames!I was excited about the great service ...... never got another callback for parts three months later. So sad .

I had double vision at times with my eyeglass prescription, but I just figured it was the prescription and I didn't have time to deal with it. I was stunned by the knowledge, thoroughness, kindness, and competent care shown to my by Sally and Dr. Fang at Child's Eye Care. I had bilateral recession surgery and it truly changed my life. The clinic is for adults, too! I can't recommend this place enough.
