I ordered a small bowl, I wanted a kids bowl but he said they were for kids. The tables were a little sticky as was the drink area but nothing a wet napkin couldn't fix.

The whole experience was very off-putting and I think customers and corporate need to be aware that locations may not be honoring the promos that are being blasted out in sponsored ads. My friend and I each drove 30 minutes for lunch and chose our restaurant solely based on this offer. The food was good, but the awful customer service definitely left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, I'll go with 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 mainly due to the exceptional value of their meals. This particular restaurant is also pretty large and I can't recall if it's a typical size or not for the chain. It is nice concept (chipotle of Mediterranean) but they need to get their act together. The portions gets smaller as things finish. As we made the way, many choices were not available. The chicken shawarma (which they call chicken roti) was so-so. So was the kabab. In their ignorance they are probably also serving more or less sides. I heard a customer get into an argument. I feel for them and hope they do get their act together. It is a nice concept. read more

I have to hand it to Roti. They have a great product, VERY garlicky, which I like. The staff there is super friendly and the management is wonderful there. I frequent this place often for lunch and the food is always fresh and always good. read more
