There's no pool, but you will find a bar inside, a couple lounge areas with TV, a small 24 hour fitness center with water machine, and an outdoor terrace with seating and a few games. Upon arrival, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff greeted me and was extremely friendly and fast to service. The elevator was a bit older and slow to operate. I booked a king suite and was able to request a higher level and far from the elevator to avoid constant noise. The rooms were about 360ish sqft and have an interesting, but functional layout. You'll find that it's pretty spacious with a long couch and ottoman, partition desk that separates the "bedroom" from the living area, a spacious and open bathroom that has a frosted glass and wooden sliding door (no lock). There is a TV off to the side of the living room and bedroom but it does pull out and move side to side to accommodate for whichever side of the room you are on. There are blacked out curtains and the AC worked amazing! There's a mini fridge and microwave as well. The bed was super clean and comfortable! The bathroom is stocked with plenty of towels, a makeup remover wipe, two bars of soap for the sink, and the shower comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles mounted on the wall. I enjoyed the walkability of the location! You have everything within a 20 min walking distance or a short 1-5 min drive. Important to note: you must place your room key inside a slot adjacent to the door to power the room.

Aside from the elevator issue not being resolved during our stay, everything else was great and we would still consider coming back.

I recently rented a home through Burr White Realty and had a terrible experience with them. I've…read morereached out twice to them but they are not responding to me so I thought I'd go ahead a leave this review. We arrived to our rental house, after an almost 10 hour drive. To try to make the tight window to pick up the keys was stressful, but we made it. Perhaps a lockbox on the door would be beneficial to clients to alleviate that stress. This is not the complaint, though, just an observation. Upon entering the property, my son used the restroom and the toilet didn't flush. My husband tried to get it to flush but finally just turned off the water to the toilet as it wouldn't stop running. Shortly thereafter, my daughter took a shower and the shower curtain fell and hit her on the head. Again, my husband went in to try to fix it and the shower curtain repeatedly fell off, even with a slight touch. As we were very tired from our drive, and having to make up our own beds (another observation - when you are tired and stressed the last thing you want to do is put sheets on all the beds). The next morning I called and reported the problem. A few hours later the maintenance person showed up. I wasn't happy that I had to wait around on my vacation for him, but we had dogs so I felt I should be there. He was very friendly but his way of fixing the shower curtain was to put duct tape on it. It worked but was very unsightly. I mean, a new shower curtain is about $15 so why not replace it? He was unable to fix the toilet and said that a plumber would need to come. I got a text from the plumber stating that I needed to wait at the house the next day between 10-2. Ok, I'm on vacation for only a few days. I certainly didn't want to wait around the house for 4 hours! That's when the real complaint comes in. The customer service agent at Burr White actually blamed US for the broken toilet...twice! She repeatedly emailed me and said we broke the toilet handle. I told her that was not accurate and sent her a picture of the handle, which wasn't broken and she replied, "the inside handle". This set me off. I was very very angry to be blamed for a broken toilet when I paid close to $2000 for a few days. She was rude and completely unprofessional. I did NOT appreciate her sending these emails and even asked her to stop emailing me. She did in fact email me back stating the plumber could be there the next day at 8am. We got up early to be sure we were ready for the plumber but finally left the property, bringing our dogs with us at around 10:30am as there was still no plumber. I don't know when he finally showed up. I didn't not appreciate the condition of the bathroom. I paid for a 1 1/2 bath property and only had use of it for a day and a half. I didn't appreciate the way we were treated by the BW staff and will not be staying at a Burr White property again. I rent often from Air Bnb and VRBO but will be sure I find another property management company.

The halls could be a wee better lit, a lil' dark and eerie if you ask me! My room was 402, a room that is near a stairwell. Anytime a guest opens the door to the stairwell, it will rattle the room door causing really loud noise. If I were staying for more than one night, I would ask to move rooms. One of the better options in the area for pricing, I would stay again and I would recommend. They were clean, modern and got the job done. With that being said, they do exceed basic necessities but don't expect anything super fancy or luxurious.

Some carpet and flooring was marred. It is important to note that this place is clean, but some areas unattractive due to aging. The location is excellent. The beach is ~5 miles straight down Beach Blvd. The hotel is just off of the 405 fwy. Bella Terra (outside mall with movie theater, many shops and restaurants) is across the street. Buca de Beppo Italian restaurant is close by, as is Costco. Next door is the Old World Village, great anytime but especially good for Oktoberfest. There is a bar in the lobby and a large restaurant that offers a very reasonably priced breakfast buffet ($14.99). Beds were pretty comfortable. We didn't make it to the indoor swimming pool on the mezzanine level. Best priced room found in Huntington Beach.

(Totally wish they had more) For my vegans, the panini was good! Mark (or 'Rags') was our tour guide, and he really made the day spectacular! He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He let us choose the music in the van while we went from place to place and gave us an itinerary of what to expect before we started! He was also very nice and joyful! He also brought out birthday cupcakes for the three birthday girls!! It was very cute! He was personable and a joy to spend the day with! I only wish the tour of the winery was longer! Woohoo! Had an…read moreamazing experience with Temecula wine tours. Took the tour for my 50th birthday celebration. I had Liz as my guide and Heidi as the driver. I could not have asked for a better team to spend my wine tour with. Liz was funny, out-going, and always available to take a picture for you. We went to three wineries and each one had something special to offer. The lunch we had was exquisite. The brownie pairing with wine was amazing!!! My group had the turkey wraps, roast beef sandwiches, and the Cesar salad! Food kept us going as we sipped many great wines. I had a memorable experience and I am looking forward to seeing them again.

From the moment I called the main office Mika took my call within 15 minutes we had a beautiful Mercedes Revel RV, ready to go! It was our third year anniversary trip and we were little nervous about taking a weeklong trip in the RV, but Mika was there for us and even gave us her personal number in case we had any issues on the road. Jane delivered the RV right on time gave us the walk-through and within 20 minutes we were on our way to the Pacific Northwest. I cannot recommend chill RV more! great experience!
