    Cantina margarita

What a fantastic summer evening on the patio! Great vibes and perfect spot to spend a summer night having some good food and good drinks with good people! My house margarita was excellent. I was worried it would be too sweet with the orange juice, but it was perfectly balanced and the OJ gave a nice background flavor. The broccoli caesar salad was the star of the show, and it was plentiful! The caesar dressing was tasty and the pepitas added a nice crunch. While this could be shared between people, I ate the whole thing!! I got pollo asado tacos, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The corn tortilla was house made. It had good chew and was delicious! I look forward to coming back and getting more menu items, but the broccoli caesar... I'll be thinking about that for a while!

The hostess inside and the patio vibes were impeccable. It's a bummer that our waitress was borderline neglectful and that our food took nearly an hour to come out, even when the restaurant side didn't appear to be very full. Even though we waited an hour for our food to come out, we couldn't get our server's attention and had to find rolls of silverware for ourselves. We also had to wander around the restaurant to ask for additional sauces and to get the check because she never came back after our food was delivered. The table next to us said they had the same, lackluster experience here before and recommended Sequoia's instead.

The food here was great. We got the guac and salsa to start. The set up was unique I had never seen it before. The birria tacos I got were also delicious. The only thing was the service was not that great, servers were more focused on the bar and did not come over unless we walked there. Otherwise, great food!

Went on a busy Friday night, I'd say service was slow, but we did not mind. All of the margaritas were a hit! We all swapped tacos and they were full of flavor, as well as the trio appetizer. Unfortunately the chips were cold and nearly stale. Besides that, it was a pretty nice spot and would definitely come back to try some more cocktails!

Round Corner never misses!! This time around, I tried a fall cocktail, an apple cider tequila drink. It was so good and refreshing! Their queso fundido and papas fritas tacos were amazing, as always! Side rice was also so good! Staff was amazing, and vibes were always good!!

Always a wonderful time at the cantina! Their guac is a masterpiece and I always have to get the birria tacos! Service is always the friendliest

One of my fav happy hour spots in the city! Such a cute place in the summer with a large patio in the back! Service has always been amazing and the food is delicious. Heads up, you can't mix and match tacos but really you can't go wrong with any of them. I find the indoor dining room to be a bit too dark for my taste so I recommend sitting in the front bar area or the patio! House marg is delicious and highly recommend.

This is restaurant is really cute!! The patio area is so nice for a summer day. We first got some drinks, I got the Rosalina and my friend got the mamacita. Despite not being the biggest fans of tequila, we both really enjoyed our drinks. As an appetizer we ordered some guacamole and it was delicious! I will say though that the texture was a little runnier than I'm used to for guacamole. For the main meal I got the papas fritas tacos and they were DELICIOUS! I had a really great experience here but can only give 4 stars because our waitress was a bit slow with the service.

The patio is really cute and fun! The Mirror Mirror drink was really good and the service is good too. Be sure to have a reservation though!

Everything is gluten free!! Can't go wrong with round corner!! We got the speciality tacos at the time - I got the fried fish - they were awesome.

Absolutely terrible service and their food is not good. Bartenders are rude and snarky.

We sat outside, which was first come first serve. It took awhile for anyone to approach us but I was in the restaurant industry for some time so I surely realize it happens for many reasons ! My friend ordered two speciality drinks which we were then told they didn't have the ingredients to make those cocktails...Okay - it happens no problem . We then ordered food from the brunch menu ( also out of the first item we asked for , there are only about 6-7 items on that limited menu). We asked if the regular menu would be available that day and we were told "no not on Sunday's." We proceeded to order and consume the hot honey chicken and waffles( good but not much of a hot honey taste and be aware it's BONE IN chicken), French toast with berries ( delicious ), and the shrimp and grits (made to perfection). I ordered the Texas medicine beverage , which was exquisite! (Tequila cocktail, Pictured). We also had the Petal and Pearl , gin and procecco cocktail ,not pictured but very good as well. After we ate, we moved to the bar to grab one last beverage. Again, it took quite some time for someone to approach us, which was odd because many of the girls were making eye contact but walking by us. Finally a gentleman with curly hair came over to take our orders - thank you. We noticed people at the bar were eating wings and food that was not listed on the brunch menu. When I asked how they ordered that, they said the regular menu starts at 3 on Sundays! We were extremely disappointed our original server did not tell us this nor was enlightened that the menu was released at a later time on Sundays. Concerning. It was nice to sit on a roof top in Pittsburgh on a sunny day. They have the atmosphere done with perfection. The food seemed delectable and the beverages done with beautiful presentations. I really hope to give this place another chance and revise my review !

The atmosphere alone is worth a visit. The drinks are definitely crafted with care and have a lot of complexity, but with only two bartenders working, it took quite a while to get ours. Not the place to go if you want quick service or are grabbing a drink before another event. My biggest downside is the price point--most cocktails are around $17. They're good, but at that price I can really only justify having one. Note: They do not have food, just snacks like peanuts. Overall, amazing ambiance and well-made drinks, just expect slower service and a higher bill.

Very impressed by their craftsmanship and experimental flavors. There's not many places in this area that even attempt to do that. I love the speakeasy vibe. Super cool entrance and fun comfortable lounge upstairs. It's a fantastic place to go as an intimate group. But it's kind of small to take a group of more than 4 friends. Cocktails were made surprisingly quick even on a busy night. Everything is just really great about this place. Except for maybe the price lol but at least you're getting what you pay for in a good way

The dirty martini was fairly pungent and strong so not sure I would get it again but I'm also not big on dirty martinis so probably just the wrong choice on my part. But the food was the star of the show. We ate so many good dishes- starting with the rainbow platter. Loved the baba ghanoush and the roasted cauliflower - those were my favorite of the 7 dishes on the platter. We also ordered the labneh, hummus with chicken and lamb shawarma, and the kafta kebabs (rolled up in some sort of tortilla) which were all fantastic! If we come back (which we will) I would just order the baba ghanoush instead of the rainbow platter, all the other dishes we ordered, and maybe one additional plate. I felt like I didn't really need the Israeli salad (tomato and cucumber) or the pickled cauliflower and radish that came on the rainbow platter. The hummus was SO soft and fluffy. This was some of the best food we've had in Pittsburgh. After having lived in a Philly for 4 years, we know good mediterranean/lebanese food and I'd be surprised if you can find better in Pittsburgh. Service was also very good.
