They were very nice and friendly. The pepperoni pizza was amazingly good (it is hit and miss at pizza places these days). A few things though- $8 for a pint of beer?? Really?? That is way too high. A measly pint on tap. The other thing is, we came at lunch time. The person at the counter didn't tell us about a special they evidently had (this was on July 3) and we only found out about it while waiting for our pizza (we were dining in) and one of the other people (a lady, possibly the manager?) finished up making a sign and put it up. It was some 4th of July lunch special they were having with a personal pizza, salad and drink for a special price. Would have been nice to know about that.....the people at the counter should have let us know about it. It is quite a drive for us but we will likely be back next time we go into the area to pick up our dog's food nearby. I would give 5 stars for Kevin. He is the only reason I didn't walk out of there! His friendly, kind customer service was a breath of fresh air. We always have to wait for someone old enough to serve beer. The pizza cost is outrageous. The kid at the counter was confused and didn't care about anything or listen to us! Brought a family size pepperoni and olive pizza with tomatoes on the side . They don't do slice tomatoes anymore and gave us a 5oz container of tomatoes that doesn't even cover the whole pizza ! 40 bucks and when I complain about the tomatoes I was told that's what you ordered. I had also ordered a King Arthur which was burned and call to complain I ask for a refund they told me I had to bring the pizza back , I also noticed that they seem to have a call center for some of their locations. They are not very personable or friendly not like it was when you could call and order at locations. They did tell me on my next order they would give me 7 dollars off my next order. Just had a RT pizza delivered. One of the reasons we liked Round Table is the sauce. Pizza showed, virtually no sauce. None that we could find. Ok- my family liked the pizza we got a month ago and wanted me to try them again. It was like night and day. We tried it on a Wednesday and picked up around 5 pm this time. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. He asked my name, gave me the receipt (I'm still confused as to why I have to sign the receipt when my card was charged on line), walked to the back and got my pizza. Monday night, extremely slow service. Line almost to the entrance. People waiting at bar, children complaining about broken video games, employees all seem pissed off. One person to take orders and help children with game tickets, told kids, "they had to wait until she takes orders from adults." Group of 7 kids waiting to use their tickets. Ordered at 5:31pm and my pick up isn't ready at 6:27. Just heard a child say, "you can never trust these machines." Just heard a guy say, "it's been an hour and a half and we still haven't gotten our pizza." Heard a mother plead for her pizza because her children have been waiting a long time and they're super hungry. A child (whose money was taken from a machine) politely asked for tokens that the machine ate. A lady told him she could just give him some extra tickets. Round Table, you need to change something. Ok Pizza review time. Cheese pizza. Roundtable in Lake O off of Boones Ferry rd. Ok, one bite everybody knows the rules... First off, barley any flop. I do order my pizza extra crispy though. The sauce... I think they sprinkle crack in it because it's just so good. A bit tangy and robust with flavor. I get my pie with extra sauce always. Good amount of cheese with barley any grease. The crust is crispy which is a must for me. It's a very light pizza unless you get it with all kinds of toppings of course. I give this pizza a 7.8. It's a good pizza. Tried ordering a few weeks ago and they ran out of dough so just cancelled our order but waited an hour to tell us. And they still had 4 hours left until closing, like really?! Then tonight thought we would try them again, took almost 2 hours to receive our delivery and the pizza was ice cold, cheese wasn't even melted and all the extras I ordered we never received. Giving them a 1 is more than they deserve. It's been going downhill at this particular location but this last visit was the worst. We have gone several times where there are no clean tables. They're empty, but dirty. Empty restaurant with nowhere to sit. The salad bar is a mess. It's not stocked and there is food everywhere. It's dirty. It took 45 minutes for us to get a small pizza of which I ordered no onions and got onions. We sat at the bar waiting for a pizza and not one person came over and asked if they could help us although four employees did walk by several times. There are stained ceiling tiles everywhere.
