Visited May 19 2026. See my receipt. I finally got to stop in at this location in Colusa. They have a lunch buffet for I think 14.99 from 11am to 2pm on weekdays but I am not a big eater so I passed on that option ( it included the salad bar). I ordered a Italian sausage pizza. It had plenty of sausage and very generous on the cheese! I had a slice then the rest was to go. I have always liked Round Table and this location did a great job on the pizza. Nice crust! We ordered salad and twists. The salad bar had so many goodies. The twists were nice and fresh ... right out the oven. Customer service was so good. They were so polite and helpful. Inside the restaurant had so much more space and then there was the party room. We will definitely be going back for more. read more

Ordered a combination pizza (King Arthur's Supreme) and three salads to go. My order was ready when I arrived and the owners/cashier were very friendly, excellent service! I had forgotten how delicious salad bar salads can be and this Round Table has a wide variety of toppings including carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, croutons, bell peppers, onions, cheese and much more! I've had this round table maybe 8 times now. I'm dissatisfied every single time. The employees? Rude. The food? Usually incorrect. Wait time? Forever. I requested for my classic wings to be flats only because I only like flats and I'm paying for it so might as well try to get what I like. Not only did they not give me flats only but they only gave me 4 flats and 8 drum. I wish someone would have called and told me they wouldn't do it so I could have decreased to 6 wings. Here right now, discussing found a bug(fly) in the cucumbers and watch other people eat it and I wanted to say something but !!! And he didn't even offer me a new plate, acted like it was nothing!!! If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I called to place an order and immediately the guy who answered had a horrible attitude. I asked if I could order some garlic twists and he said they didn't have that that they had " GARLIC PARMESAN TWISTS!" He told me I could only get an order of 6. So I asked for an order of 6 along with a pizza. After hanging up the phone I looked on their website and it was advertised on there that I can get 6, 12, or 24. So yes, I called back and the same guy answered again with the same attitude and I let him know what it said and to please just delete my whole order. Using the last of my points and will never order again. Tried to use points and it didn't go through. Called and was told I didn't have points due to ordering hot wings, which I did not order. Asked to speak to a manager and was told she was a manager but did not have authority to help me. I asked who to talk to and she said call tomorrow. I asked who to ask for and she said she could not give me a name and did not know if they had authorization to help. A few minutes later I received an email saying my order paid with points had gone through. Called back and they said my order had been received and was being processed. Besides horrible service for years, Tuesday was the last straw. Tuesday I ordered a salad which they make, she forgot the cheese so I patiently waited in line to ask for some. After about 10 minutes I finally made it to the register, asked for cheese and she told me she'd have to charge me. I ordered a double bacon all meat marvel a week ago and I really liked it, so I decided to order it again tonight. The pizza arrived 20 min late, and that's nbd stuff happens but my pizza was cold COLD!!!! The first time I got the double bacon alll meat marvel the cheese was all melty and delicious; this time it was cold and chewy. I called and told them about my cold chewy, cheesy, disappointment and they offered me 15% off my next order. I mean, come on!!! That discount code is all over the Internet. My husband prefers Riverbank, but Riverbank is closed on Mondays so once in a while, when that pizza craving hits on a Monday, we end up here. So keep in mind they've been here for 30+ years and have never had a remodel or probably a deep cleaning. The carpet is super sketchy. The folks behind the counter are not super pleased to be working here. And its Round Table so its pricey. Their x-large pizza size is probably Riverbank's medium size. I usually think Round Table is quality pizza, abd their Maui Zaui is dee-lish. Today we got a "triple play pepperoni" that had a super bizarre amount of cheese on it. Like, a sprinkle of cheese right in the middle and no where else, it was a thin layer of sauce and a little bit of pepperoni (despite it being "triple play"?), so not sure what happened. Maybe the dude took a break in the middle of making it and forgot to come back to it? Lol no clue. Anyway, it was enough for my husband to declare "Riverbank wouldn't do this to us!" so we probably won't be back for a while. Since Colusa is a small town and just has a handful of restaurants I often get Round Table. They are super friendly and are always quick with my order. Although my last experience was pleasant, friendly staff and my pizza was ready quickly I was surprised when I added on some ranch to go and jalapeños to go. The worker got my ranch and jalapeños from the salad bar. I don't eat from the salad bar for a reason. As I'm watching her I can clearly see customers be not so sanitary with the salad bar. I won't go into much detail but I'm very scared of germs! I assumed they were going to get it from the back from a clean sanitary well stored area but it really grossed me out. I didn't want to bring attention to this so I just threw them away at home. Kind of makes me think of all the times I ordered sides of ranch. We have been going here for a while customer service is horrible. I went and order a all you can eat salad, the lady in the back complained about filling it up. It's was about 8:00pm aclock they close at 9:30pm. So she had attitude anyways. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Went in there to pick up a pizza, woman said its not ready yet and she would call me when its ready. I sat in the lobby FOR 20 MIN untill I GOT UP AND WALKED BACK TO THE REGISTER. I asked a different girl if the order was ready yet because the order was supposed to be ready at 8:02pm and its now 8:21.. she looks under the register into the warmer and says "oh its right here". I have always been a fan of Round Table, but the Colusa location lets me down EVERY time. We stop going for months on end and even driving 30+ minutes to another location, but then end up back hoping. They let down again. Customer service is the worst and I'm taking of anywhere I've been! My fault they screw up the order, no they cannot add items to the pizza not on it, no my 8 year old that orders the $8 salad cannot get olives when he sat down and realized he forgot! I leave upset every time and I drop an ungodly amount on pizza each month with a large family. read more

Paid almost $20 for two buffets then had to wait for pizza and twists to be made! The only thing available were cinnamon twists and they were cold and hard. It was 1pm in the afternoon, hardly rush hour lunch time. Maybe 10 other people in the restaurant. I've lived in colusa all my life and this restaurant has been mismanaged ever since they were taken over by new owners 10 years or so ago. I've been to other round tables in the area and the buffet is prepared well and always stocked and hot. I will not spend another dollar at this deteriorating establishment. Good place to go for lunch just make sure you double check your order. I've ordered the lunch special to go, twice now and have been shorted on my salad. My son went 4/1/16, and brought home two pizzas at 8:30pm. It must have been their April Fools Joke. It was the worst we have ever had from anywhere.
