I love visiting this Round Table location for their lunchtime buffet during the week! For around $12 you get unlimited pizza, access to their salad bar, and their nifty drink machine. For pizza as awesome as Round Table's (that cheese blend! That spicy sauce! Those crust bubbles!), that is a steal! They always have about 6 flavors of pizza ready at all times, from simple pepperoni to supreme to the Maui Zaui. They also have baskets of the garlic breadsticks and cinnamon twists, so you can really make it a full and proper meal! The salad bar is simple but still really nice, and never any issues with fresh ingredients. One time a coworker and I arrived for the buffet pretty close to when they were wrapping it up for the day, so they offered to make us a small to share of whatever flavor we wanted. Now that's service! The clubhouse style of this location adds another element of fun, it's like a sports bar and Chuck E Cheese mushed into one! Lots of beers on tap, giant TVs, and arcade games, plus plenty of table space if all you want to do is dine. Once in a while chain style pizza is what's needed after a long crazy week. I'm a fan of Round Table, in general, when it comes to their slightly spicy sauce, relatively fresh veggies and crisp crust. In theory this upgrades Clubhouse location should be a slam dunk-same Round Table pizza but upgraded decor, beer on tap and family entertainment. It's not...This location has appalling bad service, lacks any organization, is always a complete zoo and has zero sense of customer service. I've done take out from here 3 times and each time was increasingly worse. 1st time, they had no real way of managing the line for pick up and then they refused to take a coupon, which over the phone they said they would. 2nd time, after a quoted wait time of 25 minutes, they took about 45 and then gave us the wrong pizza. At that point we were hungry and aggravated, so just took it anyway. Tonight, and my final visit, I was quoted a 25-30 minute window to pick up. It's Friday night-I get it-they're busy. So when I arrived to a messy restaurant and a line out the door for take out orders, I wasn't surprised. When it was finally our turn to pick up (which was about 40 minutes from my original order,) we were told it would be "at least" another 30-45 minutes before it's ready. An hour and a half total wait. Again, I get it-busy Friday night. However, they should have quoted at least an hour to 90 minute wait when I first called it in. At least then I could have cut my losses and said never mind. I ended up cancelling the order and asking to speak to a manager. The guy at the register shrugged and said no-I'll have to go their website to complain. Rude service, dishonest representation of wait times and just a train wreck of a restaurant...and for what? I've been coming here for awhile and always have a very pleasant experience. Came in today with my family and waited 15+ minutes (1st in line) and not acknowledged one bit. 3 cashiers were all belong 1 person. I asked if I could just order to of of the 2 cashiers just let observing the other transaction. They just looked at me as if I was speaking another language to them. So disappointing to ah e such terrible customer service. I'm not sure if we'll be back or not anymore. We ended up leaving after being ignored. The gal with long black hair is totally rude also. I asked if she could help us order and she rolled her eyes at me the problem proceeded towards the kitchen and told the cooks she was taking a break. Hire better help your losing business and money. We've been meaning to try this place out for a while now and I was shocked at how nice it was. Perfect place to enjoy a good beer and let the kids play in the arcade for a while. The staff was great, super nice and helpful. Food was good. There is really only one reason I give it 4 stars and it's in regards to the beer/wine garden. I absolutely love it and think it's the best idea but the glasses are kept on shelves below the taps and while we were there most were in direct sun, so pouring your beer into a warm glass isn't exactly ideal. Also, my youngest was attracted to the glasses like a moth to a flame. If they could somehow enclose those shelves and chill the glasses this place would be amazing! First off: It's a Round Table. If you like their pizza, then the food is good. If not, then it's not. This review is not about the food, it's about the place. On the plus side: The arcade is decent, the layout is modern and clean, and the food is exactly what you expect (which, of the chain pizza places, RT tends to be among the top in my book). But the draw is the self-service beer tap wall. A couple of dozens of different brews that you can pour yourself when given a little wristband that activates the taps. Great experience. The cons: They're pretty much all IPAs. Seriously - 90% IPAs. They have the token Shocktop and a couple of pale ales. I had a kolsch recently. Aside from that, though, IPAs. THIS IS NOT VARIETY. And it's a total waste of a beer tap wall. Add something interesting - a porter or two, a stout, something vaguely Belgian. Get weird and add a couple of fruited sours. Why not pull from local brewers like Ale Industries - get some of that Golden State of Mind on tap. I would make this place a regular stop if their beer had more variety. The pizza is OK, not great. But you add a wider variety of beers, and it lifts everything up. read more

No just no. You can't get a full pitcher here with out giving two cards. I paid 17.68 for two beers. Stop trying to up sell people on bull crap. Pizza was good but this place is a money trap. What happened to the good days when you could buy a full piZza and a pitcher in the same transaction. I will not be back and to be honest screw this business model. I initially gave a bad review for this particular Roundtable. After everything happened. I personally spoke to owner and driver came back to apologize. I've continued to use this Roundtable several times after. The bottom line is the owner is a honest genuine person. He came out to my home and gave me a free pizza and apologized. The driver came back and apologized and gave the tip back. So I feel it's my duty as a customer to explain human error and misunderstandings. Food is typical Round Table: good. They don't, however, fully have it together on service. Ordered a pizza for pickup on the way home (phone), 25 minutes ahead of time. Got to location and they couldn't find the order at all. Spent at least five minutes waiting while they searched for the order which they could find in the system, but clearly wasn't made. After a while - and 35 more minutes of waiting in store - I finally walked out with a pizza. Things happen - I get it - but I sat there without anything more than a "weird, I don't know what happened" and wasn't offered anything to lesson the blow and paid normal, full price. This place just gone done being renovated - it's SO MUCN NICER than it was before! All up to date and comfortable, with plenty of seating - both for a small dinner and for a party they've got party rooms. 10/10 on the location. The food is great as well. I stopped in for their all you can eat buffet - weekdays from about 10-2, and Tuesday evening from about 5-8. I don't remember the exact times, but it's about then. The buffet was both salad and pizza - and unlike other pizza places that advertise the buffets, they actually kept the pizza bar well stocked with a bunch of varieties and hot pizza. The wait staff while I was gorging myself on pizza was extremely helpful - they cleared away salad dishes and made sure everything was up to my liking. They've got one of those crazy fancy drink machines that will offer anything you want. They've also got plenty of TVs so you can watch whatever you feel like - while I was there the Warriors were playing the Spurs and they made sure you could see it from anywhere in the restaurant, and turned the volume to the perfect level. Not too loud, but you could hear the calls properly instead of just watching and guessing what the announcers were saying. I will definitely be coming back - most likely for the buffet, as $9.49 for all you can eat is extremely hard to beat anywhere, and when you factor in the quality and flavor of the food, it's hands down one of the best deals I've found. read more

Super awesome! Just went to this new remodel Clubhouse Round Table and I was shocked by this fantastic idea. Now they have burgers, Sliders and so many different appetizers. Beer wall is so cool, you can open a tap and get the wristband and pour your own beer or wine. Beer selection is great also... Big screen TVs, projector room that you can watch the games. Great beer selection, but the prices are $.30 - $.53 per oz. so that means almost $5 to $8.50 for a pint of beer. You don't have to tip a bartender so I suppose the pricing is reasonable. You're limited to 40 oz. of beer before you have to go check back in, which is smart so people don't get belligerent. The downside to that is you can only pour a pitcher of 40 oz. at a time. Lots of tv's and a couple of private rooms were offered and a mix of bar height chairs and regular tables and booths make it a pretty good spot to watch sports. The night I went the all you can eat pizza and salad bar was $9.49 and a pretty good deal. It would be great if they offered wings as part of the all you can eat because I didn't get to try any of the other food. Games for kids to win some small prizes were a fun addition, but if you're going for a sports bar vibe, you might be disappointed with kids running around. Round table is stepping up their game. They had recently updated this location and it has a pub like feel. They added a lot more seating and some kids games and extra Tvs. What is most notable is that they have a pour your own beer/ wine taps and it is really neat how it's set up. They give you a bracelet and you get 40 ounces per bracelet. It measures how much you drink and it charges you accordingly. Think about in the old days you would get Sushi from a revolving carousel, and what ever amount of plates you have at the end of your meal, that's your total. This ingenious idea has a meter that tracks your pours via plate on top of taps. Beers I saw on tap were Alatmont, Lagunitas, Calicraft, Sculpin, and Shocktop and Bluemoon to name a few. ( 17 Beers on tap and 4 wines) There were 4 Seasonal rotational beer taps. I also noticed a Pepsi carousel which is different from the Coca cola brands you always see. The Mushroom Burger piqued my interest and I ordered one with house made chips. French Fries and Onion rings were also an option. The house chips were ok but I really didn't care for the Parmesan dust but the 1/2 lbs. burger was good . I had ordered mine with Swiss cheese and Mushrooms. Soft roll made it delicious but a little average as in taste. Maybe red peppers or something like Bacon would of brought out the flavor. They have multiple Tvs and a private room. Worst customer service ever!!!! Went in on an XL pizza with some friends a couple weeks ago and when we got home the pizza was not even made correctly. It was gross and soggy. We weren't close to the location so we called and got a credit. A week later we went back for our credit just to be told by "the owner", who wasn't even the owner, that they won't replace our pizza for free and that they are under new management.
