The manager Neha is kind however she told me every time we come there is a problem with my order... yes it is because the food is under cooked. We ordered 24 hot classic wings and they were warmed and barely had sauce on them. I had to ask for more sauce. The wings looked like naked and afraid hot wings LOL! I returned the under cooked wings only to be asked were the wings cooked good enough. I do not work for Round Table so asking me if the wings are cooked good enough does not make sense. Neha the manager/owner I guess got fed up with me and gave me my money back. I really wanted my chicken but oh well. From now own I will go to Vacaville where they know how to cook chicken without asking the customer is it cooked hard enough and not make comments about there is something always wrong when you order. The owner and his wife are the sweetest. My order was made incorrectly the night before (my mistake not theirs) although they didn't have to they still remade the pizza for me free of charge. Hit the spot. (No, not that one...) Was too lazy to create my own pie last night, so I called this place. Got no salad so I can't comment on that, but it looked like a standard salad bar from about the 1990s. Looks like they haven't updated the interior since about then- wouldn't have seen it normally, but this order was for pickup. They do have a number of flat screen TVs here. Took no pictures of my food because I was hungry and overlooked that detail. Yelp check-in got me $3 off the X-Large size pizza. So I have leftovers. Was just under $40 (before check-in discount) for a half supreme, half meat special, so not exactly inexpensive. (not for pizza anyways) The people working at the time of pickup were awesome and upbeat. Place looks old, but it looked fine from my living room. I placed a phone order for pick up. Ordered the bread twists with red sauce, the Maui Zaui with red sauce and an Apollo salad. I was told everything would be ready in 20-25 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the order I was told it was still in the oven and would only be a few more minutes. After a few minutes I approached the front counter and asked if the pizza had been made with red sauce instead of the Polynesian sauce and was told that the (1) pizza was in the process of being completely remade and would be ready in about 10 minutes. The pizza and twists were brought to me when finished but not the (2) salad. While I waited for the salad to be made I checked the other items. The (3) pizza was missing green onion and the twists were (4) missing the side of red sauce. When the server brought the salad to me I asked for the green onion to be put on the pizza and the red sauce for the twists. While that was being done I checked the salad and realized it was the (5) wrong salad. The server asked if I had requested Ranch dressing with the salad and I said no, I was not asked if I wanted a different dressing other than what usually comes with the Apollo salad. I then pointed out that the salad was the wrong one. The salad was remade and brought out to me. It was missing the (6) Feta cheese. Total time from placement of order to walking out the door was 50+ minutes. The server repeatedly apologized for each mistake as they were discovered but after that many mistakes (6) I expected to either receive a free item (box of cookies would have been nice) or a partial refund from out total bill. The salad and twists tasted great but the pizza toppings and pizza crust were only so-so. I highly doubt we'll ever return again. read more

We picked it up on time and got it home to cold and over cooked bread sticks and the pizza was the worst tasting we have ever had from Dixon Roundtable Pizza. Had to come out to Dixon for business purposes and called up this location as it was the closest to where we were. I called and spoke with Reyna she took our order over the phone and was súper helpful and super nice. Her customer service is on point! Even when we got to the restaurant she right way knew it was us and was super helpful. I know I know placing a pizza order is nothing from another world but I've encountered some rude individuals in my time. On another note for a store that hasn't updated their interior like other stores it is well kept and clean. If and when I come back this way I will definitely come back. read more

For the second or third time, they've forgotten to include the sauce we ordered with breadsticks. The pizza has been burned around the edges too, but the sauce is the main thing. Last time, we called and they said they'd bring it right over, but after an hour, I had to get in the car and go get it. Tonight I finally decided to say something in a yelp review. I'll start it off with one star, and if they bring it by, I'll add a star or two. We called them 45 minutes ago. They said the guy would bring it right over. Let's see how they do. Updates to follow. Update: upgraded to three stars because they brought the sauce (an hour and 15 minutes after we called them and asked them to bring it, and ten minutes after I returned from driving down and picking some up.) Unfortunately, I didn't leave myself much time to make arrangements to have pizzas delivered to the school with less than 18 hours notice. After being turned down by several other pizza places in town, I managed to speak with the owner of Dixon Round Table who agreed to open nearly 3 hours early the following morning in order to have 5 pizzas delivered to the school by 9:45am. I ordered a small pizza and small salad last night. We've ordered from Round Table Dixon for years and it's always been great. The pizza last night was terrible. My husband and I each had one piece. It was doughy and very little sauce. I lifted up the cheese and it was very light pink. Lots of sausage, pepperoni, olives and mushrooms but it couldn't make up for the crust and sauce. The salad had a lettuce mix, cucumbers and croutons. No mushrooms, tomatoes or carrots as in the description. I'm hoping this is a one time thing. First and last time coming here. Went for lunch buffet. Staff was extremely pleasant. To describe my experience in one word, I'd say "dirty". Place just yearns for a good deep-cleaning/renovation, top to bottom. Also, flys were buzzing about dirty dishes as if they were dead corpses. That was surprising, considering they had 5-6 employees working at the time. The salad bar was not only a complete mess, it also only offered minimum salad faire. Maybe 6-8 items. And the lettuce was BROWN. Not like, "ehhhh? It's a little wilted, but it'll be fine" brown. I mean I could of put this next to a pile of autumn leaves and the two would be indistinguishable from each other brown. One of the employees changed it out per my request. Thanks for that! So my stars won't match my recent experience which was ridiculous. I don't do reviews when things are good so I want to be fair. I generally REALLY like Round Table Pizza. It's actually my favorite pizza. So when my pie arrived 15 minutes late, after getting a 1 hour delivery time, I was just a little annoyed. My pie was hot, but a quarter of the toppings had slid off because of an untended bubble. It clearly did not have the extra cheese I had ordered and paid for. But the worst part was the crust. It was definitely inferior to the usual RT crust. I don't know if it was actually a different recipe or if it was just somehow stale. It tasted flat and almost cracker-like. Maybe it sat in the warmer too long or maybe it was bad ingredients, but it was the worst pizza from any pizza place I've ever had. I hope it's better next time. If not it may be my last. read more

Love the pizza, especially the sauce. Tuesday night is buffet night all you can eat salad and pizza. This is my go to pizza when I want to splurge on an excellent yet pricey pie. Make sure you look for coupons. Never had a bad pizza from here. Low marks for the sit down at Round Table. The place is a bit dated and dirty. The restaurant needs a good scrubbing and cleaning. Is it really that hard to clean and maybe even spruce up the joint a bit over time? I understand that a full remodel is likely not possible, but do a little here and there. This Round Table delivers - not just the pizza but quality. The prices are still a little too much for me in terms of a good pizza but at least you know you'll have a good experience. Things to keep in mind here: -Try the white, garlic sauce! It's super good. They are really good about switching the sauce even if you are ordering a specialty pizza -Original=thin, Pan=thick, Skinny=REALLY REALLY THIN. I personally prefer the original crust. -Garlic twists are a MUST with any order. They come in orders of 3, 6, 12 and 24. -Artisan pizzas are really good too so ask about them - they are a limited time thing I think? -I always stick to the specialty pizzas... they are a little more but I think you get more of your money's worth than if you were to create your own. -There are coupons online... but they aren't always the most helpful. Usually can at least get the $3 off an XL, $2 off a L or $1 off a M pizza. Don't ever eat THERE.... save your experiences for take out/delivery. The place is not very appealing on the inside. The TV is in a corner and is not really big so don't think that you can come here and watch the big game or anything. Save it for at home in front of your own TV. read more

All items we ordered came, but the pizza was most definitely someone else's. When we called to complain we were promised an oops card or something to come in the mail. That was over a week ago.
