This Roundtable is down the street from where my parents live. My daughters Girl Scout troop has had many meetings here. We also had my sisters baby shower here. The pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly and really went the extra mile for the baby shower. You can use their party rooms for free, you just call in advance and reserve your date. read more

Today we asked for a very and cheese pizza since my wife is vegetarian and the manager told someone to bring the pizza to our table first for my wife so she could get some before everyone else. My dining experiences here have always been positive. The taste of the dough after it's bake reminds me of the old time Italian pizzeria that once was established around the local area. The service seems alright. Yes, I said it was alright. Not the best but what do you expect when the place is busy. The nice cashier talked me into the pizza buffet inside of just a salad. I would have been better off with just the salad bar. Now sit back and listen or read.... Whichever makes you happy. When there was pizza at the pizza buffet table it was awesome. But after requesting them to replenish the depleting the disappearing pizzas and waiting over 30 minutes plus for pizzas to be put out on the buffet they lost a star. I watch the other patrons seat and wait. Deciding to watch people come up and walk back mad because there wasn't any pizzas out was interesting to say the less. I even watch a customer being back a pizza to the counter and explain his wife couldn't eat red sauce. Yes, the pizza he returned had red sauce on it. No, they didn't refund the pizza. The cashier who was taking care of this particular customer explained to him that at the moment all she could offer him was a few salads to go home. Yes, I timed this encountered while waiting and it was a lengthy altercation to say the less. The pizza quality was amazing when it came out of the oven. Delicious and scrumptious were the cinnamon twists and bread twists. The food fare is and has been above par. Dripping cheese with red marinara sauce tempts the even picky eater to rejoice in pleasure after the first taste. Management called me after I filed a complaint online. The gentleman reassured me that there was supposed to be pizza at the buffet consistently. Of course I know this because I frequently another Round Table established close to my work that knows what they are doing at lunch time with their buffet. Will we be back? Of course we will. I came into this Roundtable on on 11/1/17 at 7:00 and the line was out the door, when I got the front of the line I asked the crew member what his name was and he said Jacob. After he told me his name I asked him was he up front by himself and he said yes. And I just wanted to applaud him because he was busing tables, filling the salad bar, taking orders, and checking other customers orders in the back bc they weren't ready yet. I will be back at this roundtable if all the crew work like this to help the customers. I came to this store to have buffet on 11/13/17, the food and service was great, but as I'm sitting down I hear a supervisor talking a bit loud in the back, calling the staff lazy. I would understand the supervisor if I didn't see the staff working, but they were and it surprised me because the supervisor I saw was nowhere to be seen before When I got there. I had an order of lasagna delivered from this Round Table. It was burnt to a crisp. Most of it was black from being cooked too long. When I called the location to complain, they argued with me saying it should be crispy. Then the employee started asking other employees if they remember burning an order. I had to drive to the store and get them to remake it. Horrible customer service and so not worth the price. I went on a Sunday for lunch and the place looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous night. The counters were sticky. The drink station was sticky and unstocked. There was a cover missing off one of the drink mechanisms on the soda fountain, and the employee's explanation was that they were out of that product. I mentioned how it might be dangerous that the wires, etc are exposed, and maybe you should just put an out of order sign on the individual drink. She had a bit of an attitude when I mentioned that safety hazard. When they brought out our breadsticks, they forgot the plates and the sauce. Came to this location for the Tuesday's buffet night. I have been to many locations for this same special. However, I was disappointed that the location was dirty, the cashier who gave us our dishes scratched his underarm and also touched the edge of the pizza going to the buffet, the salad buffet was not replenished and was dirty, the tables were dirty and weren't cleaned from the last customers, and kids were literally running around. The only reason why this location is getting 2 stars is because a very attentive employee, Jay, kept ensuring we got what we needed and tried to replenish and clean the entire time we were there, while a large crew didn't assist him or any other customer. Not pleased with the service during our last few times eating here. We reserved one of the group rooms for about 20-25 people and when we arrived they didn't have the staff to adequately attend to us. Everyone had to wait in line to be served by only one employee who was trying to take orders and fill drink orders at the same time which just backed up the line further. The buffet pizza was nearly empty and we had to wait for them to refill it. I could understand this happening occasionally, especially if we all came in unannounced but they knew a large group was to be there and the service always seems second rate. This store needs to staff up when they expect a crowd. If not, our group will find a more suitable place to meet. read more

Great pizza in a cute little nook of town. If you find yourself amicably talking to the manager, you find out that he is absolutely committed to cleanliness and keeping his employees from standing around when there is work to be done-which is hard to get a group of young people motivated to do! For sure if you have any problems, he will make sure to make it right. He is also really good with giving school tours and in the classroom pizza days (I think his wife is a teacher or something). Went to this location for dine in. The staff was nice but unprepared for opening night of football season seeing how it was extremely busy. We purchased drinks over $2 but wasnt informed they didnt have ice. The staff knew already and had been out for awhile already. Other customers were complaining and upset. They finally sent an employee to walmart which is across the street. It took almost an hour for them to get ice very annoying to pay for a drink and its not even cold. They knew for at least 2 hours they didnt have ice and failed to fix the problem. I wouldnt have purchased a drink if i was informed they didnt have ice. I will not be returning to this location for dine in any time soon. They also had high schools kids just hanging out making lots of noise and being obnoxious. At which point I asked if any more was being brought out. I was then informed that since it was past 2pm they would not bring more out. I'm glad I ignored the bad Yelp reviews. I figured it's kind of hard to screw up a to-go order for pizza, so I wasn't really worried about the customer service. HOWEVER, I found the employees to be completely hard working, helpful people. I saw all kinds of employees running around behind the scenes. The place just opened at 11am, they were already getting slammed, and they were handling it. It's extremely clean. The TVs aren't too loud. The salad bar has all kinds of items. I was a happy camper. New Year, bad customer service/experience. I should have never been back to this round table branch again, but I thought I should give them another chance. I was again disappointed with the customer service. Pizza is good but the experience is bad. Not a good combo. I'll tell you that. Is it because these "newer" employees are inexperienced and thus lack customer service experience? Maybe the attitude of these newer generations? Not sure, I'm puzzled. Because some other restaurants with younger generations are fine. Regarding the issue- Supervisor on duty insist of charging me if i change my order to add the anchovies on the King Arthur's Supreme Large pizza. I told her the price of this pizza is $30.89 which is what I paid. So in short, with or without the anchovies, their menu online is the same price. But she told me that she needs to charge me extra since the order has been processed. What in the world didn't she get about that the price is the same, with or without the anchovies according to their online order menu, which i was showing her on the cellphone? Unbelievable and ridiculous, so I just said just forget about it if it it's too difficult for her to understand and the one making the pizza. My daughter just forgot to mention in the order that it should be with the anchovies same price for the same type pizza. The pizza was not even made yet or even started to be cooked less than 2 minutes of ordering at the cashier. I won't be coming back to this branch. We all went here after my granddaughters soccer practice. The food was great and the kids played on all the arcade games, while we were able to watch the Dallas Cowboys on the large T.V. Well I cant believe this is the second time I have yelped this place. I decided to give it another chance, but I will definitely find a better pizza place. First its Friday night which is usually busy, as is Saturday and Sunday. They have one cashier and at least five employees in the back working on orders. As I was waiting in line in between two short walls separating the dining area, with my 3 yr old daughter, I looked down at her and noticed down the wall next to her there were several nails sticking out from the wood on the end of the wall. These all could either snag and tear clothes or cut anyone whether it be a child or adult. My daughter is small enough and could have had several cuts or puncture wounds from these nails. Could you imagine if a child got away from a parent and ran and fell into these nails. This is dangerous! Another issue is an employee in the kitchen, the one closest to the cashier in everyone's view, had their pants down to the middle of the butt and underwear showing that is exactly what I want to see when I pick up food. Very unprofessional. you should care as a owner/Manager that your employees look professional and clean. Maybe have your employees also wear some gloves while they are touching customers food. read more

I understand that you may close at 10pm but when you have patrons that have paid for their meals and enjoying family time it is wrong to walk over and tell them that you are closed and you are going to need them to pack up and leave. Okay today I placed an order for take out. The gentleman which I cannot recall the name I wish I can was very polite and professional on the phone. I mentioned I had a coupon and he forgot to apply it towards the end. I reminded him about and he was very apologetic about it and I said it was okay as long as I get that price when I pick it up. I went to get my pizza and was greeted right away by the girl in the front. This location is always super packed. Came in today for dine-in, but can never remember what I order usually. Asked the girl to look it up, she does. Another coworker tells her to put dine-in on it. We finish, go sit down. I decide I want breadsticks. Go pay and wait. The breadsticks come in 20-minutes or so, as promised, but no pizza. I go to check and the pizza had been in the warmer for goodness knows how long...THEN the guy at the register asks if I paid for it. DUH, you were the one who brought out the breadsticks to me like ten minutes ago! I tell him that I paid and had been waiting for our pizza, but had been concerned since we ordered the breadsticks after the actual pizza. He apologized. This would have been all fine and dandy had he not come to our table after and asked AGAIN if I was sure I had paid!
