If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in at 715 and was told we couldn't dine in because they were closing an hour and a half early. Apparently the 9pm closing time is flexible on Saturday nights and or our $200 was not welcome. Probably a good thing because if the service was this crappy and the employees didn't care I can assume the food would taste equally as bad. So disappointing. When we came here a couple years ago it was not as good as I remember. Fast forward 2 years later 11/13/2023 and under new owners. The food was amazing. I LOVE ROUND TABLE! We came here the first night of vacation and it was sooo good, we went back again. The inside is a little outdated but the food is so good! We ordered an X-Large Pizza ( 16 slices) However, when our pizza arrived it was a large ( 12 slices) this was brought to their attention and we got the excuse that they dont have the x-tra large pizza pan so they have to give everyone a large. Then the manager asked the pizza cook, "Why didnt you cut the pizza into 16 slices. Obviously they pull this scam on a daily basis. The beer on tap was warm. We tried to order Cinnamon Sticks ( which is on their menu) the cashier said that they dont make those. Tbe salad bar was disgusting and dirty. I wished I had taken pictures. Ahhhh....Round Table! Long time, no see! We used to have a Round Table within walking distance of us in Santee, CA. Since moving to AZ, I haven't even sniffed a glimpse of a Round Table. We were staying at Disneyland for a few days, and needed some place to eat dinner, Enter, Round Table! This spot was not too far from our hotel, so we decided to place an online order and go pick it up. We actually ate here twice. First time we went with an X-Large Guinevere's Garden Delight and the second night we went with a Large Maui Zaui! Here is how they were....................... Guinevere's Garden Delight- My wife was craving some veggies, and this is what we got. I'm usually not the biggest fan of vegetables; allergic actually, but on pizza, I'm down for a veggie slice every now and then. This pizza was delicious! It comes LOADED (Round Table does not fuck around with their toppings!) with all sorts of veggies. Tomatoes, green peppers, olives, onions and mushrooms. We got this on original crust with red sauce. Wow! This was a great pizza. The crust, sauce and toppings were all fantastic! Possibly the best veggie pizza I can remember having in quite some time. Maybe ever? Maui Zaui- Another winner! This was our go to pizza back in the day. This thing comes loaded with ham, pineapple, bacon, red and green onions and tomatoes. It's like a Hawaiian pizza on crack! Everything just works! Crispy bacon, sweet pineapple, crunchy onions etc. This one is definitely our favorite pizza here! Service was incredible! Both times during pick up, 2 different ladies, both had smiles on their faces, got our order together quickly, gave us paper plates, extra boxes, napkins etc and both wished us a good evening and said that they hoped they would see us soon! Great service! As far as "chain" pizza places, Round Table is the best! Sure, it's not the cheapest pizza out there (quite expensive without a coupon, actually!), but for the amount of toppings you get, the consistency, and the overall taste, it can't be beat. I am very disappointed with the food I received yesterday ( especially after paying $80.00 or so you would expect it be done right). I ask specifically that the pizza be well done ( was soggy) and have extra sauce added ( this was not done). Also the sauce used for dipping sauce was not marinara, just "pizza sauce". I think they recently changed management or ownership or something.. the customer service is terrible. I placed an order online and went to pick it up, 30 minutes later they said it wasn't ready yet (small pizza and garlic twists) I asked for a refund as my lunch was basically over, they had the audacity to ask "Why". They said they needed the card for the refund I didn't have it hence why I paid online as my info is saved on my phone. So I asked for my order. They try to hand me the pizza they tossed in the oven while I was waiting, still missing half of my order and they said it's coming. I saw two small boxes that was there when I came in and asked them about it, turns out that apparently was my order. So I walked out with cold pizza and garlic twists. read more

WARNING - if you have pizza here, you may never ever enjoy pizza anywhere else. I seriously have been going to this location for over 20 years... and folks, I'm not even very old. They have the system down. Dough and sauce made fresh everyday. Their original thin crust has a crispy and chewy texture. They follow the Round Table franchise formula for toppings so you get what you pay for. The sauce is not just centered in the middle but it goes to the outer edge of the crust so every bite has sauce and they are not stingy about it. Love, love, love King Arthur... he's so hunky. Oh, I mean, the King Arthur supreme is so chunky with toppings. The Maui Zaui is my all time favorite. It's like a Hawaiian turned topsy turvy in an oh-so-good way. Garlic twists are light and fluffy and a great play on the boring breaksticks. Wings make you fly... to gastronomical bliss and these don't disappoint. I live in Irvine, so the nearest location to me is Newport Beach and frankly that place does not come near the quality of this location in Garden Grove. Unfortunately I thought all Round Tables were the same, but sadly mistaken. If you want good quality pie, this is the spot. The location is kind of hidden inside a neighborhood center, but it's truly the best Round Table out there. read more

Visiting from outta town. Stopped for some pizza. Staff was definitely not friendly. We decided to eat there. When I paid, I didn't tip because there was no reason to. I was not having pizza delivered. Staff pointed at my signature and stated rudely " Aren't you going to tip" I said no. Why would I tip prior to any service. He was not even being nice as i was ordering. Then they messed up on order and kiddos were hungry. So they had to remake pizza. It was awkward asking for refills, they seemed bothered that we asked for refills. They did let us keep the incorrect pizza, but at that point it was super uncomfortable and awkward. The food is almost always perfect at this location and the new owners are renovating the spot which looks nice. I was in the other day at lunch and ordered a small ham on original crust. When I went in to get it they mistakenly made a Hawaiian. After letting him know it was only ham he checked the order and realized it was their mistake and promptly made the correct one without incident or blame. Once it was complete he gave me both pizzas for the mistake. I don't like Hawaiian, but my wife does and it was a nice gesture for a few minutes of my time. I'm a bit behind of this pre covid review but I have a bit of time today ...Well the pizza was awesome as always, a bit more expensive then the run of the mill pizza shacks but the quality speaks volumes. Staff was very friendly we came for my kids birthday and had a great time ! The salad bar well let's just say leave it in the graveyard, it was definitely not a healthy choice , freshness nor cleanings of the area was a priority! OMG this place is SLOW AF! I ordered via Yelp app. Showed up on. Time and I'm still waiting 25+ mins later. It doesn't seem like they are in any hurry preparing the orders. If you state a pick up time, you as the business have to stick to the stated pick up time. No customer should ever have to wait another 30+ mins for an order placed 60 mins ago. You have al our notification numbers, let you CUSTOMERS know! We are your bread and butter. Know this! Gave the place 2 stars because the pizza was decent, and the garlic twists were pretty good. The problem was that it was delivered 15 hours late. Ordered at 8:30 pm and was told it would take an hour for delivery, cc was charged. Expecting the delivery at 9:30 we waited a bit longer figuring they were running behind. Tried calling around 10 with no answer. Problem was we had 4 kids expecting food. Could not get an answer on the phone, and the pizza never showed up. Left a message that I expected to be returned the next morning, but it wasn't. Called to figure it out and was rerouted, and told we would receive a call in an hour letting us know if they would deliver or refund us. WHAT?!? Pizza was delivered at 1:00 pm, nothing extra, nothing taken off our bill. Like I said pizza was decent, couldn't have dreamed up worse customer service! read more
