EDIT: the manager at this round table emailed me and basically took no responsibility for the moth, even using quotation marks and acting highly skeptical that it could have happened in their kitchen... even though it did, and I didn't open the pizza box a single time until I got home. Shame. I have loved Round table pizza my entire life. It's by far the best chain. Beware of this one though. Do not come here. I stopped by last night to pick up an order at 9:53 (they close at 10) and the sign light was either already off or they don't have their sign lit- which made it a lot harder to find the place. Never mind that inconvenience, I picked up my pizza, got home, and found a moth who was still alive and burning to death cooked into my pizza. Disgusting. I tried calling at 10:20 and didn't get an answer. I wasted the gas to drive there and my money. So disappointing. This Round table is not one I'll be returning to. read more

The workers are very rude. I think they have new management which is why this place sucks now. The place was dead when I got there and the atmosphere was very depressing. On top of the depressing atmosphere and rude employees, they also didn't give me my complete order and said they didn't have what I ordered and paid for when I let them know I was missing something. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered through Uber eats and was told my order was being prepared, and then when it was time to pick up I was notified that my order was canceled BY THE MERCHANT. I called and the person who answered transferred me to "the manager" who proceeded to lie to me and tell me that he did not cancel my order even though I had already talked to Uber eats support and they confirmed that was true. I have been ordering a wombo combo for YEARS and even tho some places have removed it from their specialty pizza list, they still have the ingredients and will make it. He kept repeating to me that they didn't have it on the menu and when I asked if he had each ingredient he said yes! I told him I have never experienced such terrible customer service and if he could just take my order so I can pick up my pizza, he told me he could not take my order and I needed to call back the "call center" to place an order. I said aren't you the manager? And he paused and told me he wasn't, that he was just a worker, even though I was TOLD I was being transferred to a manager initially. I demanded he take my order and listed every ingredient in the wombo combo and instead of charging me the correct price of $24 he tried to charge me $36 for a small pizza! I've been coming here since I was little, and I've always enjoyed the pizza. Until today I ordered a small pepperoni pizza (6 slices) for $20. I was hungry so I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes when no other person was in the store besides me. When I received my pizza, I was in shock at how small and thin the slices were. I have managed pizza stores, so I understand the challenge of owning a business. But as a owner, I never encouraged my employees to scam and rip off our customers! The owner of this place can give 2 sh!ts about this establishment. All the owner does is answer bad reviews with "Please do not hesitate to email us" as if it's going to fix anything. Whoever runs this place needs to get their a$$ back to the store and do their job. read more

This particular Round Table Pizza can't get their orders straight. The first time we ordered (take out) a BBQ Chicken Pizza, they forgot to put BBQ sauce topping. A few months later we ordered the same BBQ Chicken Pizza (take out) but made sure they did it right this time around. We also ordered 24 of their lemon pepper chicken wings (with bone). When we got home, they got the BBQ chicken pizza nearly perfect, but they screwed up our chicken wing order. Instead of lemon pepper chicken wings, we got 24 battered boneless chicken instead. I'm so sad that I have to write this bad review. We have been coming to this location for years. In fact, my husband has been coming here since he was a kid. Even through the pandemic we've come here...but today I was so disappointed. We came in and they have a big freestanding sign advertising the lunch specials. We opted for the pizza, salad and soda which was advertised as $6.24. She informed us that it no longer includes a salad and you have to pay $6.99 extra for a side salad. What?!?! Ok so we still order the special without the salad (even though it's the same price). When she rings us up, the price was significantly higher than advertised. She said it is now $9.48 for the lunch special (not $6.24). Oh my gosh. Ok so we pay the higher price for less food and we go to sit down. Upon looking at the receipt, we were charged $9.48 for one lunch special and $7.74 for the other identical lunch special. When I asked about it, she could not tell me why. When I asked her for the owners name, she said she didn't know the owners name or the phone number to reach him. So here I am on Yelp writing a bad review...which I rarely do! Oh and upon receiving the pizza, they got tiny! Their personal pizzas have never been this small. The bread stick is almost bigger than the pizza. I'm so disappointed and I don't think I will be coming back to this location. The locations on 17th street in Santa Ana or on Katella in Orange are much better read more

Ima be real you for a minute food is good it's pizza and wings you can't mess that up. The workers though are very Rude, they disrespected a Spanish Speaking man who was saying that they messed up his order and they did not care and said it's done nothing now. They were not using gloves while making the food and we're touching the wall and went back to touch the food with no gloves and very nasty hands. this was a great place to go to, until recently. I think it has new Management, in the past I always asked if there is any specials when I called in and the staff would tell me, this would save me a bit of money.. anyways yesterday I asked if there was any specials on the Maui Zaui, they said no, so I ordered a XL.. it cost me $40.. what was disturbing when I picked up the pizza, there was a coupon that says special for a Large Maui Zaui for $24.99 good from 5/29/23 to 7/16/23 (yesterday was 6/30/23).... being stingy like this will will lose customers. If I had known I would have order 2 large pizzas as for another $10.. I would had left overs.. so sad this location has stoop to this level.. oh well. read more

RoundTable Pizza has always been a favorite of our family. It has been awhile that we ordered and picked up. So I was really looking forward to one of their specialty pizzas. We ordered a large specialty pizza and a small individual when I got home and open the boxes I was really disappointed to see that in order to cut costs they've substituted the cheeses' and now they are using lots of yellow American cheese! Where's the Mozzarella and Romano ? Did not taste the same. Needless to say, will not be ordering from there again. read more

Chen is an asset to round table, from several of my experience there when she's helping us or assisting her coworkers, she provides excellent 5 star customer service, right on with the orders and if a complaint come in when we order and she's a cashier she excuses herself and with a smile on her face attends to everybody's concern and ask if there's anything else she can help with , she makes menu recommendations when we don't know what to order and really listens to customers ,when food is given and is made by her , it's delicious the sauce are right on and I have ordered other times there and it's not the same as when she makes the wings or the pizza , somehow it taste on the food the love she shows on her craft , when she greets us or other people when they come in , she has this beautiful sincere smile and authentic with her communication and polite with her asking for orders or saying thank you when we tip either on the jar or the receipt. Our dining experience or even to go experience at round table is so much better because they have the likes of Chen. Im surprise she's not working on a 4 to 5 star restaurant because her customer service skills is right on. read more

Reminiscent of my childhood in G.G, went to round table after a fun time at nickel nickel as we were super hungry. Service was awesome as when it came to the wings I ordered, they let me taste the sauce (polynesian) beforehand to make sure it was not spicy for my kids. The two ladies were super nice and let us know it would be 20 mins wait for a large double pepperoni, personal King Arthur, and 12 Polynesian wings. We headed over to Rite Aid for thrifty ice cream to kill time and came back and the order was ready shortly. The young lady made sure I had my ranch, plates, pepper and cheese packets, and everything was correct. Headed home and tried all the food and super tasty as always! Thanks! read more

Gross! Salad bar looks like it came out of a box in the frozen food isle. They use bottle dressing which uses the cheapest worst for u oil. It's scary how bad it is. They don't even brew tea. They use a sugar tea from coke. You can always tell what your dealing with by the ice tea. If they don't even take the 5 min to brew the tea that is leaps and bounds better than sugar tea from a soda fountain imagine what other short cuts they take. It's really pathetic. If there not already soon the pizza will come out of the freezer. It's taste like it for sure and I'm not just piling on, either the cheesecake dough or sauce has freezer burn. $15 for absolute trash all the way around. I don't feel bad about this review either cause the day that they started shopping in a freezer instead of a fresh produce company they warranted it. Sad. read more

Don't bother ordering from this location. The employees don't seem to care about proving customer service. The girl who answered the phone couldn't stop laughing to get my information and had to repeat things over and over. Then I received 6 phones calls where no one was on the line and finally she responded to ask for the address again because she didn't write it down correctly the first time. The delivery driver was pretty fast to deliver the order however he only delivered 1 out of the 3 ordered pizzas and it wasn't even one that we ordered. After trying to make numerous calls the restaurant someone finally picked it up. I had to wait on hold forever to just this the solution worked out and request a refund. read more

I honestly like the old school retro feeling of this place. I've only been here about 3 times and I do enjoy the pizza! However I've never had anything else and decided to try their boneless chicken wings, we were expecting it to already be covered in sauce instead the sauce was given on the side. We still ate the chicken wings but they could definitely be better. We loved the pizza ! Here we got the personal bbq chicken one. This location is a bit hidden it's easy to miss if you're just driving by in the shopping center but I know it's been there for years. Maybe a sign or arrow pointing could help? I'm not sure how their business is, the times I've gone it's empty but I'm only being bias :) For this time around, we didn't enjoy the wings but the pizza was good! read more

No wonder there are so few. This pizza is terrible. It's so dough-y. It tastes raw. Major disappointment.

I love round table pizza. They use high quality ingredients and the pizza was very hot when served. They have many booths that seat 4-6 people and have a special seating area for more people and a television to watch sports. They have some fun games that cost 50 cents or just toys from a machine for a quarter. Unfortunately, the men's restroom did not flush well and it was dirty. Although there was plenty of soap and paper towels for washing your hands. I recommend this place for others to try some good quality pizza, good clean atmosphere, and good service. read more
