placed my first online order recently and may I say, the online ordering via Uber Eats is painful as Round Table's format is wordy (each pizza and size written out instead of clicking on pizza name then selecting size) so you have to scroll for a while and it doesn't allow you to remove any toppings. That means I paid more for a Garden Veggie pizza as I had to customize a BYO option to include everything except tomatoes and to have the mushrooms added to one half only. That could all be easily simplified and adjusted. And with that said, I'm not surprised that our pizza arrived wrong -- half was only cheese. I partly blame Uber Eats. But the pizza was really good with a thin crust, loaded with toppings. The 3 cheese-sticks were huge and would have been great heated up (marinara too) as per my partner.. I didn't try any this time around. I really enjoyed their caesar salad + appreciated their portions for dressings/appetizer sauces and the menu variety. Will look into calling for delivery next time! read more

It's an ongoing joke in my family that every time I come back to visit Half Moon Bay I want to go to Round Table Pizza. After every big event of my youth -- middle school dances, little league championships, every high school performance -- we went to Round Table. I spent hundreds of dollars in quarters playing video games here. So I it holds a special place in my heart. Of course, time stops for no man, and like everything else in Half Moon Bay, Round Table Pizza has changed. The pizza is still good, like I remember it being. The large olive, mushroom, and sausage pizza I ordered was loaded with toppings. But I can't get over the price tag. $24 for a large 3 topping pizza. $24! That's $17.50 at Papa John's. We ordered a Margarita pizza for take out. Service was good. Pizza was over baked, had very few tomato 'parts' and the basil was minced very minutely. So small that most of the basil burnt and discinigrated. No basil flavor in the pizza. Also a very thin crust. Nothing like the same Margarita pizza I get from round table near home. Based on this I would not recommend this place. Harbor Pizza seems to have better reviews. read more

Their food is great but when I tried ordering a small pizza and the cashier told me "that'll be 19 dollars" I honestly couldn't believe it. We have been to some really worn roundtable and almost gave up on them. Today was a pleasure. First of all the store is spotless. Stainless steel in cooking area clean countertops clean floor spotless and bathrooms sanitized. The food was the best I have ever experienced at a roundtable. We had pizza that was fresh and piping hot and excellent plump wings. I rarely order salad bar because it's always old but you could tell the lettuce etc was prepped today. Everything clean and fresh. The manager and staff should get kudos from corporate for this location. Can't wait to go back and try some of the great selection of beets on tap. read more

Tough call here really. It depends what you want. The good - good prices, excellent for kids, a game room for them with video games and air hockey. You can either eat with the kids, or in separate rooms if you like that shield much of the noise. They also have a good selection of draft beer and wine or fountain drinks with free refills. Great service too - you stand in line for a short time and they bring your food to your table a short time later. The pizza apparently comes with one sort of crust - it's not deep dish or NY style, or thin and crispy - but sort of a mixture of all of those. The sauce has a hint of a spicy hot sauce, but not too hot - good balance. They also have a salad bar In the end, I was passing through town, got gas, asked the guy at the gas station where the best local pizza was, and they told me here. Stopped by for a quick pizza to go while on a road trip. This place is very nice! Located in a small shopping center, there's good parking and easy access. The location itself is nicely decorated and laid out, with a counter and bar as you enter, and several dining areas located about along with a game room. I ordered a small Guinevere's Garden Delight (no tomato) for take-out. The service was friendly and efficient, and took the wait time to look around. The salad bar had LOTS of optional toppings, and other items than salads (such as cottage cheese, peaches, etc). The soda dispenser is one of those new-fangled touch screen for selection machines that can take forever to use, not because it is complicated but because of all the choices! There are plentiful TVs throughout, and the bar is nicely set up with TVs as well, and a counter seating area set back from the main bar counter. There are other areas to sit in small groups that also have TVs, making this a good place for sports events. There is a large game room with an air hockey table, several life size driving simulators and a large unique "King Arthur" themed painting above the hockey table. I am not sure just how many seats this place has, but it is definitely one of the largest Round Tables I have encountered. It was in clean, well stocked order, ready for patrons. The pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Will keep this place in mind the next time I travel the coast and need a quick bite! read more

This place never never let's me down. The pizza is always soooo good and the wings are bomb. I always ask them to burn them to make them extra crispy and they always go over and beyond my expectations. The service is soooo friendly and they also have a really cool arcade. The only thing I miss is the jukebox I loved playing all the music . They had a really good mix selection from Vicente Fernandez to Elton John ...I really miss it.... anywho ...want a fun family environment and some great food and play kool video games and air hockey! Worst Round Table on the planet. We stopped eating here awhile ago because they were not using the correct mozzarella cheese and the pizzas didn't taste like Round Table. Now that they have that worked out we started eating here again and the customer service is just awful. Eat here if you want to be treated like garbage is my advice. By far the best Round Table in the Bay Area. A great place to eat after a day in Half Moon Bay at pumpkin patches or the beach - the pizza is phenomenal and the atmosphere sublime. Perfect if you have kids with you, plenty of space and video games for them to play. The staff really makes you feel cared for and catered to, giving that extra mile that really can make your experience memorable. Also, this place has become one of the best environments in Half Moon Bay to come and watch a Giants game, 49ers game, Warriors game or even a Sharks game (owner is a huge fan!). While this town features a lot of different options for dinner, Round Table has to be the best experience for groups, families, and sports fans. read more

Well as you can see, I have been coming here long before Yelp was invented. I come here, because it is the only place in town to get a pie and not get scalped. The staff has recently changed and are working in a disorganized kind of way. They are trying hard but mistakes in food orders and long wait times are the reason for only a couple stars. I will be here again due to lack of choices. Make sure you get to see the mountain of pizza boxes stacked on the tables where customers sit..... also the place looks a little unkept. Pretty reasonable pizza, several TVs if that's your thing, just fine but not outstanding. We got a build-your-own vegetarian pizza; it worked pretty well, with a middle-of-the-road crust, decent amount of cheese, and traditional sauce. Reminded me of my childhood (in the Domino's, rather than Pizza Hut, school of thought). On a non-childhood note, the pitchers of beer were a welcome section of the menu. Picked the Lagunitas, skipped the Sierra Nevada. The low ceilings are a bit gloomy, but the booths and tables are reasonably well laid out. Able to handle a group of 20+ on a Tuesday evening --- though I doubt that'd work as well on a Friday or Saturday. read more
