Came in after a long day and tried two pizzas the Garlic Lovers and the Supreme Combo. The Garlic Lovers was incredibly garlicky and flavorful, exactly what I was hoping for. I do wish it had some whole roasted garlic on top to really take it to the next level but still very tasty overall. The Supreme Combo was also solid, generously loaded with meats and veggies and it came out piping hot which is always a plus. They also served a nice little bread basket which was a pleasant surprise. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the service was still attentive and friendly. read more

This is primarily for the pepperoni pizza. The sauce is seasoned well, the cheese is always melty and the pepperoni is crispy and a little spicy. Love it. We have gotten other things, like pasta and sandwiches, which have always been good as well. Maybe the meatball sandwich above the chicken parm sandwich. Ordered a XL Luigi's Italian combo pizza to go & it was delicious. Added an extra side of marinara sauce for dipping the crust, which was also a highlight as some pizza crust's aren't that flavorful or great when you heat them up the next day & Luigi's was perfect. Nice cozy ambience for dining, the staff and kitchen crew take pride in their craft. I'll be bringing my wife back here soon for dinner. Arriving in the place seems very family owned, not fancy and a good down home, spacious type of place that has been around for years . A bit run down but still clean. The servers are friendly and it is obvious that they have a good following of the locals. They knew many by first name. And a couple of patrons knew what they wanted without looking at a menu. The food is a solid three point five. Hot, fresh, good, does not taste like it was from a can or from frozen. You could tell much was made from scratch. The place gets an extra half star due to Luigi. He is so involved in the business. At his age, he could just sit back and watch the business, but he is going from table to table to check on the patrons. He made sure to stop by several times to give us more water, to see if we needed anything, to see if all of our dishes arrived and if we were satisfied. I was quite impressed with the level of care he gave to his business. I would come again, not only when I want a home cooked Italian meal but also to see him in action. read more

I appreciate that this is a small business and that they have decent, albeit it slow service. Came here before the Covid pandemic and it was empty with only one other table other than ours. Just slow sevice all around from getting silverware to getting water. It was like she just didn't feel like serving that day. They seemed to be out of everything. No canneloni, no spaghetti and meatballs, so we settled for their garlic bread, pesto tortellini, and their lasagna....oh and their rice ball. The pesto tortellini was dry. The garlic bread was just plain and sad. The rice ball which was highly rated by reviees was probably the best thing there. 4 stars for the rice ball which has ground beef inside. Very filling comfort food and will definitely get it again. The pizza I had customized, pesto, garlic, mushroom and sausages. This was also good. We have an air fryer at home so popping in there for a bit have it that crispness on the crust. I like that their pizza crust has some of the toppings in it, so it's not all bread. The place is a bit "funky" in appearance, but it was very clean. When we first got there we realized this was a "locals" place! We started with the rice balls and cheesy garlic bread. Yum- their marinara sauce is so good! Our kids had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo & Chicken Parmigiana- generous helpings and both needed to go boxes for leftovers. We split a pizza too- which was good. The service was a bit slow to start, but they only had one waiter & several patrons, that said, once the food orders went in, the food came out promptly. David the waiter was moving! The bill was surprisingly affordable for as much food as we got- securing this place as one we will definitely return to next time we are in Pacifica.
