I'm a fan of all pizza places, but the prices are a bit high, and they make their appetizers too small. Don't order boneless chicken wings, parmesan twists, or cinnamon twists. Not a family friendly place, the staff gets annoyed by children running around. There's an arcade area for kids but the cashiers get upset when asked to change money for quarters. Disgusting restrooms, good luck washing your hands on the dirty faucets that never get washed, and there's several tagging on the walls and mirrors. Pizza is good, salad bar ran out of lettuce once, but i wouldn't recommend coming here at all. (Worse than chilies!) read more

This place has gone downhill. Awful service the delivery girl didnt follow directions to get to my apartment even though I was talking her through it on the phone. She confirmed she knew where she was then called 5 min later to say she was lost. She requested I meet her outside and I declined as I had my kids. I asked where she was and she said by her car. At this point I said forget it and called the restaurant. A guy answered and I requested that they send another driver and he said they would. It's now 2 hrs since I officially ordered. First off I would like to say Round Table is my favorite pizza always has been and always will be.. Went last night on 8/29/19. Destiny was working the cash register. She was very rude, moody, etc etc etc etc didn't want to help me or much less take my order. I waited to be help probably 10 minutes or so i was the 3rd customer in line. Finally I get to the front of line and good old Destiny walks off and goes to the back for at least 5 minutes. They were not that busy, just a handful of customers in there having dinner. There under construction which is no big deal. I can't believe they couldn't move there soda machine for there customers, so instead they were selling 2 liter sodas or 20oz. So I wanted a couple of 2 liters. Only got one of the 2 sodas of the 2 liter that I ordered also ordered a 20oz for the wife. What a rip off charged me $2 for the 20oz and $3.55 for the 2 liters. I feel they should have given a discount on the soda due to their soda machine was behind the tarp in the construction zone and I was dining in. I get charging me those prices if it was a home delivery because of the convenience of bringing it to me. Finally they brought pizza and plates. They brought me a dirty plate with stuck on food. Took the plate up to them took them 5 minutes just to come help me again to exchange the plate by this time I was pissed. read more

I was at Round Table Pizza yesterday (July 5th 2020) around 5pm. We went inside to order and were told that they were not allowing anyone to sit in their dining room, but the outdoor patio would be allowed to sit at a table and eat our pizza. The staff was reasonably helpful, but their tone and matter of fact attitude was a bit off putting. When we went out on the patio there was one woman at a table with 2 children. There were other tables filled with remnants of other parties that had finished their meals and left. (in other words the tables were dirty) We did see one employee who came out and started to clean up the existing mess for a bit. The outdoor trash can was completely full and was not changed the entire time we were there. Now here is the most concerning part. The woman with the 2 children was packing up her left overs when the smaller of the 2 children threw up her food about 10 feet from where we were sitting. She did go inside to inform the staff what had happened, to which "NOBODY" came out to clean it up. With all the health concerns and the restaurant not allowing people in, you would think they would be on top of being responsive to vomit on their patio. Because of this we asked for a box and wanted to leave, because not only did the young girl vomit in front of us, but the staff did not attend to it at all while we were there, and birds were landing on the patio and eating the vomit that was left there unattended. Needless to say I now question how this operation is handled in terms of procedural safe guards for customers. We in no way shape or form felt like "pizza royalty" Round Table you should really look into why you have dropped the ball on training your people, and explaining why being a responsible restaurant that has health rules in place to go to the counter and order, are not additionally being applied outside. No one should have to look at vomit, or it being there for an extended period of time, while birds eat it. This is the true definition of disgusting, and lack of customer concern. Wasn't expecting too much because of the low reviews but was pleasantly surprised!! First time here. The girl who took our order was super friendly. Every person we came into contact with who worked there was friendly. Customer service, A+ Ordered their supreme (I forget their name for it) and a single meal salad bar. Salad bar was very fresh. Actually wished I had gotten the all you can eat salad bar because I could've filled up on that (and it would've been healthier;) ) This girl loves her ranch, and theirs was super good! Pizza was really good!! Came out hot and fresh. We ate it quickly lol, we loved it!! Their sweet tea is PERFECT which is so hard to find here. I ate at this location for the first time and it was pretty busy due to it being a Sunday and football game day. We were greeted by a very friendly girl who helped us right away and was super friendly. We got the lunch buffet special, which I think is a great deal, 7.50 for unlimited pizza, salad bar and twists. A plus note ranch was free. I just moved here and noticed a lot of places around here charge extra for ranch even if you purchase the salad bar! The salad bar was stocked and was clean, I'm always grossed out when places don't maintain the salad bar but I noticed they were on top of it even when it was super busy in there. The pizza bar was always half stocked though both times I went up there but it's understandable because it was super busy in there. Our used plates were never picked up once. Kinda wish there were negative stars. Four adults and one child. Ordered one large pizza, 6 piece wings, two club sandwiches and 4 drink. The bill came to a little over $47.00. The lady processed my credit card for payment and only then told us it would be 30 min. before we would get our food. Turned out to be more like 45. The place was busy but once we finally got our food I couldn't imagine why. The pizza was okay but only one of the sandwiches made it to the table and no wings. I pointed out the missing items and the waitress went back to check. I'm pretty sure the sandwich had never been made because it took another 15 minutes for that to come but sadly still no wing which the waitress said she would have to go, "Scare them up." The sandwiches were all bread and almost no meat. Seriously three paper thin slices on a huge bun, a slice of tomato you could read through and a giant outside leaf of romain that still had a huge rib in it that was wilted and I'm not sure it had been thoroughly cleaned. We both removed it from our sandwiches because it was so unappetizing. Finally our granddaughter was getting fidgety so our kids left and we stayed behind to wait for the wings which still hadn't come. Eventually I hunted down our waitress and asked if the wings could be put in a to go box and to bring us another box for the left over pizza. Sadly that took another 10 minutes. This place was horrible to my family and I. The staff were unprofessional, irresponsible and inconsiderate. We ordered dinner and the staff did not give us our order (until 55 minutes later when we went to go ask for it), despite our meal being for "dine-in". The pizza was placed in a "to-go" box and kept behind the counter until we asked for an update on our dinner. My Brother and I ended up eating out of a box and my sister used her salad plate as they appeared upset that we were firm when we asked about our "dine-in" order. We spent too much money for this service and unprofessional staff. The staff could have at least apologized... This place makes amazing pizza but tonight after a long baseball game I have to give this store a 1 rating. Plates and trash from before left on every table. I wiped it down with wipies my mother had in her purse. Cleaning our own tables. Then my daughter and her teammate and parents had to wait ONE HOUR before having to remind the crew of our pizza! This location is Terrible, came in for dinner. Out of most of their beers they carry. Broken glass in the corner where they are doing a repair but just swept the glass into a corner. While operating. Switches broken in bathroom. Our pizza is going to take awhile because one of their ovens is broke. We were told this after we got our first pizza, not when we placed the order. They could of told us out of courtesy, but then they wouldn't have any customers. Same case with the beer. They told us after that they were out of the beer they rung is up for moments before. I came here with friends in the evening to enjoy a good, relatively inexpensive meal. I ordered a 2 topping individual pizza, one time salad bar and drink. The total was 18.99!!! I asked the server to re check but was informed it was correct. I went ahead and paid as my friends had been ahead of me and already placed their orders. To leave would have been very inconvenient. Family and I couldn't decide where to eat and we decided on round table. We absolutely are so glad we landed here the SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!!!! The cashier Martha was so friendly and enthusiastic and made our visit the best I have ever had at a pizza place. The food was piping hot and loaded with toppings and our wings were sauced perfectly and the salad was so fresh. All the restaurant was clean and staff was so friendly kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and will be back definitely. I'm usually satisfied with their service! But today July 21st seriously been waiting for my order since I placed it at 11am, it is now almost 1. When I called to ask about my order, person who answered said manager stated someone called to cancel that order!!! Excuse me?! No one has access to my phone but me while I'm at work!!! The pizza is nice but the things are these. The cashier Destiny give my brother some lip and an attitude, they neglect their duty to call when they say that they suppose to call an hour ago. Round table used to be the best, but the quality of service deteriorated approximately one year ago (before Covid). I order from them frequently on the phone, app, or online. The order l receive is wrong 70% of the time. The order is wrong even though they repeat the order back to me correctly on the phone. I'll ask for no mushrooms and yet the pizza will come with mushrooms. I'll ask for uncooked bell peppers, but they arrived cooked, etc. Today the pizza l ordered online, arrived incorrectly made. The manager blamed the website. The manager agreed to redo the order correctly and have it delivered. The pizza they delivered was shameful! The pizza weighed less than the first box, and the crust/pizza was so thin the pizza slice dropped as soon as l picked it up and the toppings slid off. Unacceptable! The poor quality and inconsistency of service are awful and a blemish on the Round Table Pizza name. Hanford Round Table used to be so much better in the past. read more
