At work, I've ordered as many as 8-10 pizza for three straight days. Tonight I called to order a large one topping pizza and use a coupon my wife had clipped. They couldn't find the coupon in their system, so instead of honoring it anyway, they made a really bad customer service decision by refusing to take it. It was very strange. Did they think I was lying? They could have asked me to send a photo, or even verify it upon delivery, but instead they said they wouldn't take it. I told them they sucked, and that I wouldn't be ordering from them again. They did not care. So weird. I went to Rance's which is way better anyway. Bye Round Table! They are helpful but it's not someone in the store so how much can they really help you..... CRUST - 2 stars - They use premade crusts (the Round Table in Tustin makes their dough and crusts fresh daily and you can taste the difference) PIZZA - 5 stars -Despite the crust the quality of the toppings and sauce and combinations of the flavors and speciality pizzas are still outstanding **FYI their "Zesty Red" is their standard red tomato sauce and it's not spicy! Not sure why they call it Zesty -their BBQ sauce is delicious! TWISTS - 5 stars -Both their garlic twists AND cinnamon sugar dessert twists are OUTSTANDING! After SO much talk about Round Table Pizza from our friend who visits regularly, my husband and I decided to give it a shot after being Loyal regulars at SGT. PEPPERONI's in Newport Beach. Well we ended up placing an online order, and when we went to pick it up, we were obnoxiously greeted by the main guy at the front, short dark skinned Latino guy. We told him that this was our first time trying out Round Table Pizza and he asked what we ordered for our first time having Round Table Pizza. We told him that we ordered the Pepperoni pizza and his response, BLEW ALL 3 of US AWAY!!!! He said, and I QUOTE, "Ew, why you gotta be so cheap?" We were STUNNED!!!! How someone at a business can degrade a first time client to a new business we have never tried before. I have waited about 3 weeks now to write this review because of how HEATED my husband and I were, hearing this from what may have even been the manager. Without labeling this person, he did have very thin girly eyebrows if this rings a bell, CHECK YOURSELF LITTLE GUY. You have NO RIGHT telling people that we are CHEAP! I can't believe this is how you treated us. In fact, you also complained to us on how shit, your shift was. You complained to us about how your clients are assholes, and here we are, listening to you and your unnecessary complaints. Ordered BBQ without onions or tomatoes on 1/2. I repeated it twice and the guy at the register shook his head to confirm he understood me. Entire pizza was made without onions or tomatoes. Two sauces - he didn't give us the sauces. Credit card machine wasn't working and the line went out the door. We wanted a medium size pizza-just like is on the menu and was hanging in the wall 'small or large only' !!!!Knew we should have gone to the Wendy's next door. This was during the lunchtime at the courthouse so no time to waste $34.47 for a pizza and two drinks. I think the store was empty for awhile and the two staff memebers were doing work around the kitchen. Either was we had to wait for service. Prices, like everything have gone up. it is now $15.00 for a SMALL pizza and emphasis on small. Per slice it is $3.99 + tax. I reckon people don't order it often as there was no singular slices available - once again another wait (about 10 minutes). They do offer in dining - so that's great but the vast majority of folks were uber/doordash. Very empty establishment and the ambiance was pretty neutral. Overall: Price is king. Not worth it for the ingredient quality, serving size, and price. For this level of quality just got to Costco and save yourself the money. read more

We moved from Northern California a few years ago and while we have eaten some great pizza in Newport, we felt a Round Table void. It was severe! Then boom, Round Table popped up on door dash a few weeks ago and we've been ordering regularly ever since. I ordered pizza, bread twist, and chicken wings for lunch for about twenty coworkers ( all men with appetites ). We had four extra large pizzas with white sauce which everyone liked. We had twenty-four bread twist they were popular. We also had ninety-six chicken wings , they may have been the favorite. We feed around twenty Steamfitters, which is nearly impossible to do with out having any troubles. Feeding a crew in a timely manner is a hard job, but it was made possible by the quick service that had everything ready on time. I arrived minutes after they opened and was impressed the amount of food being served to several customers. They helped me load the food into my truck, which really made it easy. They have a several tables for a quick lunch or dinner. If I would redo my order I would do more of their habanero mango wings. The food was all still hot and fresh the chicken wings had steam coming off them. Highly recommend this place to feed a hungry group read more
