    Hash Browns and Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Minis

Great new location right by the SNA airport with a huge parking lot upfront. Its interior is so clean and modern as one of the newest locations in OC. Ordering through the mobile app was so convenient for pick up inside near the counter. You tell the server your name and they promptly bring out your order. Tried the breakfast items of chicken minis and side of hash browns. There's more crispy surface area when they cut the hash browns smaller compared to a typical hash brown rectangle. It's great! Chicken minis tasted just Iike how they looked, I prefer just the nuggets over the bread.

I don't have any good pics this time- but first time in here since they opened - what a clean and large chick fil a! I wasn't planning on it - got a flat tire unfortunately and ended up waiting for AAA in the huge parking lot (I think a lot of drivers / Ubers wait there) and went in to use the facilities and grab some fries to tide me over to dinner while I wait. I wis I got his name- but one of the gentlemen was sooo kind to me and even upgraded my small fries for my shitty night - little did he know that I would be a 'helper' and acknowledge his nice token coming up on the holidays for a damsel in distress. ( well I wasn't but you know - flat tire b4 the holidays is shitty). Very clean facility and super large. My fries were fresh and amazing. Love me some chic fil a. I'll be back for a full order with my other half. Thanks so much for being so nice and friendly.

This review is specifically for the Store Manager: KEANU, and the young man who took my order: ARTEM. If I could give 10 STARS, I would! These two gentlemen went above and beyond during my visit today. Service with a smile is an understatement. This location is the most well-run, clean, and beautifully decorated fast food place I have ever been to. Fresh flowers on every table and a 'Giving Tree' to help pay-it-forward are a wonderful touch!... and of course my go-to order of Chicken Strips and Southwest Salad is always delicious! THANK YOU SO MUCH, Keanu and Artem!

New location and friendly staff! Came here with the family for Saturday lunch! Service was very efficient and the staff here are shining examples of service with a smile! :) Asked for some coloring papers for the kids, they ran out, but one of the team mates went to print some out for us! A big shout out to Keanu for his above and beyond service! Cheers!

Richard is the best worker I have ever had any fast food place ever and also Keanu is the best woooooo

After The Counter…read moreclosed nearby, I really needed a new local burger place when I had a burger craving, and The Cut delivers. I either order The Cut (yes, the $40 burger and fries) or I make my own bleu cheese burger depending on my mood. I'll cut to the chase: is the $40 burger worth it? If you've got $40 to spare and you like burgers, I think it's definitely worth it. I mean, I've had it probably three or four times now, and I'm not some kind of moron who likes setting money on fire (I hope), so it must be good, right? What's unique about it? Basically everything, but obviously the patty of meat is the star of the show, with a unique taste and texture that makes it stand out from a normal ground beef patty, and the cheese is no slouch either. The only negative is that my wife bullies me into ordering it so she can steal a few bites. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are also great. My wife got a steak with her caesar salad one time, and that was delicious too. We usually have the same waiter since we come around the same time/day every time, and he's always great. They also always have a great selection of beers on tap, today they had three different West Coast IPAs and I felt like a kid in a candy store... yum! Normally when writing a review I can come up with some sort of complaint to balance things out, but not really in this case. I mean, I could whine that the burger is $40, but no one is forcing me to buy it (except for my wife). All in all, I think this is one of the best places in Irvine to have a pint of beer and a good meal.

Bbq sauce with medium rare burger - oh my sweet and tartness! Absolute melt in your mouth delishness. And sweet potato fries were the perfect addition to the savory meal. I cannot wait have my leftovers today. My other half had the double smash cheese burger with regular fries. He'd try different side next time. But the Caesar dressing for the salad was amazing with homemade croutons. So let's discuss sauces. Three thousand island - yowsa- and house the cut sauce - my blue cheese sauce - and the ranch dressing! I want more things to dip in the sauces. Next time we will dine in and try more. Definitely a smash hit for a Friday night.

The service was fast, as my order was completed before the expected time and all the staff was nice from the quick interaction. I ordered a nashville hot cluck size sandwich, a standard size cluck sandwhich combo, corn fritters, and CBR loaded fries. Everything was hot and smelled amazing from the bag, and even better once I opened it. The nashville cluck was in the more expensive side for a single sandwich but the flavor and heat was really worth it. I have been craving a hot chicken sandwich for a while now and this was the best I've had in the area. It combined both a hot heat and excellent flavor. The cluck sandwich was very standard but very good at the same time. Again on the more expensive side for a single sandwich but it was well made, the patty was crispy and flavorful. The CBR fries were on the softer side, and the most expensive singluar item I ordered. The flavor itself was delicious, nothing overbearing in terms of flavor as all the toppings blended well together. The corn fritters were amazing, the fritter was crispy, the elote flavor was there, and the bits of corn were a nice touch. Overall Cluck is a really good option, the flavors were all there and I will be back to try some of the other options

Ordered chicken tenders (various flavors but the standout flavor was garlic parm), Mac and cheese, corn fritters (the only item we regret ordering it was lackluster), Cole slaw, and the Caesar salad wrap (delicious!). The employee at the register was helpful in explaining their spice levels. The reason for the three stars vs five stars is that one other employee (a cook - young man that was on break in the front guest area) was obviously in a bad mood or angry at his coworkers because he loudly cursed the F-word multiple times and demanded "respect" I don't believe the cook knew that a customer (me) was there because I was sitting at a table hidden by a divider. This was very unprofessional and I was going to approach him to let him know that he shouldn't act/speak this way at work but then he was gone in the back. I did speak with the cashier to share that I overheard the cook acting unprofessionally. The cashier apologized on the cooks behalf. I will return to this location as it was delicious but I hope that the cook gets the training he needs or refresh in courtesy in the workplace as he could seriously affect others dining here.

I recently checked out Katsu Bar in Irvine with my husband for dinner, and we loved it so much!…read more We were craving something comforting, and this place totally hit the spot. The katsu was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. Everything tasted really fresh and high quality. We ordered the Cauliflower Tempura, Katsu Plate, Yubu Pockets, and Original Katsu Sandwich, and everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish had its own unique flavor, but all of them were super satisfying. The portions were generous and such great value for the price, so we left completely full and happy They also have a really nice patio seating area, which made the whole vibe even better. It felt relaxed and perfect for a casual dinner night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place overall felt clean and cozy. Definitely one of those spots we'd come back to when we want something hearty and delicious. Also, I love that you can choose your protein for the katsu chicken, beef, or fish which makes it even more customizable depending on your preference. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
