Came for Saturday dinner and we were seated after around 5 minutes. Lots of parking in front. Food came out relatively fast but overall service was a little on the slower side. Servers were not rude but not super hospitable. Pizzas were fantastic. What we ordered: - mushroom sausage pepperoni pizza: got this on the original crust. Lots of toppings, overall very nice and not too salty. - margherita: got this on the thin crust as suggested on the menu. I came here with my parents on a Friday afternoon and it was not crowded. We got sat immediately. Both the food and more importantly the experience was great. I want to give a good shout out to our server Karen who went up and beyond in my mind. She was very attentive and made my parents quite happy. I ordered the Italian chopped salad and tortilla soup, and both were delicious as always. A+ on the cucumber mocktail! When it came time for dessert, we chose the butter cake. I normally love butter cake, but this one was unfortunately stale and dry. What really soured the experience, though, was the service after the meals were served. Once entrées were delivered, it felt like we were completely ignored--by servers, bussers, and even managers. One of our cousins beers took 15 mins to get at one point. Our table was crowded with empty glasses and dirty plates for an extended time. When dessert finally arrived, instead of placing them on the table, our server handed them to us, forcing us to move our own plates to another table. The pizza was delicious! I love that the crust is not greasy and has signs of being cooked in a proper pizza oven. The little bits of char give it away, and I love the flavor! The avocado eggrolls are also really good. These are crispy and packed full of chicken, bacon, avocado, cheese, etc and served with ranch and a mildly spiced southwestern ranch dip. My only gripe is the $15 price tag for 6 pieces. Ouch. My daughter enjoyed her pizza, but when we got the receipt....about $1.50 to add olives on a cheese pizza?! That is an absolute premium for one topping. We won't do that again; just order as-is. We were generally happy with the food and the visit. I don't understand why our server reminded us twice that her section was "over there", and at the end a different person brought us our drink refills and the check. This CPK was excellent. Everything about it was much improved since I was last at any CPK especially the menu choices & food quality. Service was also above average for a fast casual chain restaurant. My wife had a bbq chicken pizza which she really enjoyed. I got a spicy chicken pasta dish which was superb. I'm giving it a 5* rating which puts it in a class well above the usual fast casual chain restaurant. The menu is varied enough that I could (but won't) eat there several times a week. read more

THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION, TOM HARBAUGH, IS A MISOGYNIST AND A RACIST. He is beyond rude and unprofessional. When I encountered him, his shirt was untucked and unbuttoned with his stomach protruding out with the hair on his chest visible near food preparation. He was also disheveled and distracted - clearly drunk and/or high on drugs. I tried to go to an early dinner there with my husband, his parents, and my nephew. We placed our drink, appetizer and food orders at about 5:45 pm. By 6:30 p.m. nothing had arrived. We looked around the restaurant and realized other parties around us, even ones that had arrived much later, had their drinks and appetizers. At this point my husband, in an extremely polite manner, asked to speak to the manager. At first Tom refused to speak to him. He just stood in front of the bread in the kitchen and fumbled with it for about five minutes, hoping my husband would leave. When he realized that he wouldn't, he rudely asked my husband what he wanted. My husband said that we had placed our entire order 45 minutes ago and that we had not received anything, not even our drinks. Tom rudely responded that he did not take the order so he had nothing to do with it. He went a step further and aggressively said that if we did not have our food or drinks it was too bad. My husband returned to the table and we contemplated what to do. After 50 minutes my husband was able to convince our waitress, not Tom, to at least get our drinks. We waited another 15 minutes to see if our food would ever come. While we were waiting another table was seated right next to us. As they were still ordering their food, their drink order was brought to them - as they were ordering. Ours had taken about 55 minutes to come. At this point my husband had already tried to talk to the manager, so I thought maybe it would help if I tried. I told Tom that it had been almost an hour and our appetizers still had not yet arrived. At this point he began to get racist. He said "YOUR YELLOW HUSBAND ALREADY CAME OVER HERE. I don't care if he complains or not. You are not getting your food." When I told him that this was totally unacceptable he then made the misogynistic comment "You need to know your place as well. Go sit down." Tom Harbaugh is the most disgusting manager at a restaurant I have ever encountered. His behavior was appalling. Under no circumstances should you ever go this CPK. It was the worst dining experience I have ever had. And if you ever encounter this manager and are verbally abused by him, please report him as I will be doing. UPDATE OCTOBER 29 The day after the incident we immediately reported it on the official company website as well as to the general manager directly. My fiancé and I dined here and I'm sharing our experience more as an FYI for those who might value the context. During our meal, two staff members (one appeared to be part of management) stood within earshot of guests and openly discussed their support for Donald Trump, including comments about looking forward to what he "has up his sleeve." We chose to ignore it and continued to be polite and respectful to our server when he came around, but overhearing political commentary in a guest-facing area was uncomfortable and unexpected. As Latino guests speaking both English and Spanish at our table (to each other), the timing and proximity of that conversation did not go unnoticed. Had to ask twice for a box, one from the cleaning guy and he walked up to Tina but did not even bother to get up, so cleaning guy took the initiative to let manager know in spanish that Tina did not bother to give us box for leftover pizza but rather busy counting her tips on the table-- so it was the before manager that applogized and helped us with box.
