This place needs immediate help. Like an overhaul. Perhaps a visit from Gordon Ramsay to teach them how to perfect the cheap greasy meats and cheeses they are using. Ughh. Can we get a little cheese with that pizza? Toppings in general? For two pizzas and the price they cost some cheese and decent amount of toppings would be nice. This location is very poorly ran. We love Roundtable and want to keep thinking this store can improve but time and time again there are issues. Whether it be with delivery, quality of food or customer service experience. For whatever reason this location does not validate most corporate coupons and the loyalty program is now gone. With the highest priced pizza in town besides maybe Skipollinis, I would recommend supporting a local business such as the Oakley Tavern or Sabrina's Pizzeria (Sabrina's does not offer delivery...fyi) which both have exceptional pizza and great customer service. read more

My family has been ordering pizza from here since moving to Oakley. At one time this location was under corporate Round Table and I got the feeling they cared about their customers. Since this location has become franchised it's gone down hill. The pizza and appetizers are often burnt and mediocre. The owners do not let customers use coupons or apply loyalty rewards. Came here with my partner recently and we enjoyed it. There was a small hiccup with the wings but that did not hinder us from having a good time. This is a quiet place and it's actually nice inside. I am deeply disturbed by the fact that roundtable has released their delivery drivers, send the orders through door dash AND they KEEP all of the TIP.
