Spent over $100 dollars last night and they got most of my order correct. Medium King Arthur's Supreme was correct. Create your own Medium half pepperoni & sausage other half just cheese was correct. Kids & Hubbies 24 count classic wings was correct. Although I had to ask for bleu cheese dip. What wasn't correct was MY Chicken & Garlic Gourmet medium pizza. No green onions :( We got a few 2liters of soda since it was hubbies bday also. The pizzas looked great but I was saddened that the "color" was missing from mine. Maybe someone was a little distracted and forgot???? I dunno. I still love Round Table though. Sucks the prices are going up! $23 for a medium! read more

I don't know what happened to this place the pizza is good but the service is so bad, the lady at the front always has a terrible attitude, when she brings the pizza out she doesn't even bring any plates, there's never any ranch at the salad bar...and they never have any cheese or pepper out and when you ask for it they take forever to bring it out same with the plates. Fly on the salad bar Went with my family for lunch I paid and immediately my wife saw a fly on the salad bar it landed everywhere. We told the employee who said " we are not allowed to kill the flies. We asked so it's ok to serve food to customers with flies on it, got no response. We will not be returning So here I say we will not return. Apparently they went thorough a remodel and wife convinced me to use them. I place on line order for delivery the notification says it will be there at 7:42PM. At 8:15 PM I call and ask. The female employee transfers me to Deer Valley WTF??? So I try and call and call back line is constantly busy. So now I begin driving there to find out where my order is. As I am almost at the store the delivery driver arrives and has only one of the 2 pizzas I ordered. I enter store and ask for Manager there is only a shift supervisor Michael who cannot explain what happened they fully admit they took the phone off of the hook after confronted the phone was placed back on the hook. The other customers were complaining about there orders other persons expecting delivery services showing up. A lady and her child complained they have been there an hours and they have yet to acknowledge their order. Worst thing is I placed a $10 tip. I WANT A REFUND. and will be calling the manager all the way to corporate. This place is a joke which lacks customer service just like my last post. read more

I was just here and let me say- best customer service in a pizza place. I mean, I don't expect much but Adam and the team were so awesome. Despite the fact I was losing a fight with a toddler and infant at the same time, they treated us so well. The lunch buffets are awesome. Do not go here at all. They made a mistake and put pepperoni on my pizza and told me that I had to come in and pick a new one up instead of them delivering it. Once i told them I am unable to go pick it up the boy told me if I didn't want pepperoni on a pizza don't fcuking order a pizza with fcuking pepperoni on it. I wasn't cursing at him so I have no clue why he started talking to me like that. Lunch buffet is still closed, and the website ordering is terrible. I heard the place was sold a couple years ago and they had to merge into some system that clearly sucks. I couldn't spend my points to get a pizza, even after adding on an app, and bumping up the tip significantly to get over 20 bucks. Sorry, maybe I don't want to get a free large and also have to order another large to qualify for the free one, morons. The pizza place across the street has had the buffet open for months also. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but that was my only choice. This place sucks!!!!!!! First the website sent my order to baypoint even tho I selected Oakley. Now I have waited the 25 min and go into the store they can't find my order! Come to find out my receipt was still at the front desk for the online order and they didn't even make it!!!! Now I have to wait another 15-20 min. I'm so mad right now. I will be calling corporate in the morning. Update: once I finally got my order, my bread sticks were RAW!!!!!! So disgusting. The rude lady at the front barley even wanted to remake my order. She definitely lacked customer service skills. And was too worried about her family that was there, to even care about any orders. She was the person in charge of grabbing the receipt from online orders. Which was why my order was forgotten about in the first place! Then to not even care that my breadsticks were raw was just the last straw for me. Too busy talking with her family member. This place is a joke. I ordered a large chicken garlic and a medium cheese and wings.I did not put a tip on my online order because I was going to be able to tip them when they showed up with the pizza, however after it was delivered I found five or six hairs baked into the cheese of my chicken garlic pizza! Delivery stops at 9pm even on Saturday nights, apparently. Very disappointing. I placed an online order at 8:20pm Saturday and was very promptly called by an extremely friendly staff informing me they could not deliver, but asked if I could pick up. I could not, but again the staff was excellent, it's not their fault management has decided such a policy. The yelp website also lists it closes at 10, but the website says 11. I really do enjoy the local Round Table food, but the management at this place over the years has really tanked. read more

Order taken quickly, and the food was good. Tables and seats need to be cleaned . Even though no dirty dishes on table they were sticky, or oily/ greasy or had crumbs all over. Had to go to 5 tables then decided to just clean it myself with my sanitizing wipes I carry with me. read more

Literally writing this review as I stand here waiting for my pizzas... first off, when I called to place the order, there was one guy that placed me on hold. Another guy picked up and told me "I don't know why this idiot picked up, I was going to answer" o.O I asked him to repeat himself just so I was sure... yep! That's what he said... fast forward to my experience picking up. Coming in- no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was waiting for over 5 minutes... I tried to pay with a $100 bill. The young man (Kevin) took the bill to the guy in the back with the red "mask" (because it's a cloth folded) on. This guy says "it feels weird". I literally watch them go back and gory about whether my $100 bill is real or not. Kevin begins looking all over for the counterfeit marker... at this point it's a joke to me & I opt to pay with card so I can get the hell out of here. This Round Table needs a good review. This is a very new location, and it shows. It's a newer building right across for Raley's on Main/Hwy 4 in Oakley. Parking is a private, shared lot and seems adequate. Though it's not all that large, it's fresh and clean. Hopefully, they take good care of things and keep it feeling and looking that way. The floors, tables, counters, everything was clean. Restrooms too! There's a small arcade area, and they seem to have board games you can borrow while dining in. The buffet they offer these days is a pretty good deal for lunch time. They had a nice selection of pizzas to choose from, as well as twisted bread sticks, cinnamon bread sticks, and nice salad bar. They have chilled..no, very cold plates for the salad bar! Try taking bread sticks home, letting them cool, then broil them for a couple minutes. See if it doesn't take them from good to great! Service was very good. It wasn't really busy on this Saturday afternoon, so I'm glad they were good about keeping the buffet stocked. The nice touch was getting some service right at our table, including bringing our group some bread sticks and dipping sauces. For a pizza place, or any place for that matter, the service was very good. Was it just a good tip or normal level service? Don't know, but worth coming back to find out. read more

Wow. I buy round table pizza because it's a reliable delicious pizza. Albeit, the most expensive of all pizzas, but with my pregnancy cravings, I thought the cost would be well worth it. NOPE. Lesson learned. I will never get pizza from this location again. I ordered the pizza online at 10:00. None of the coupons I recently received in the mail were honored. They all had an expiration date of 4/30, it's only 4/16. They all said dine in, carry out or delivery. But none of them worked. I would have called, but I have some congestion from being pregnant and it was just easier to order online, so I paid the full $33. The order was set to be ready at 10:24, and we showed up at 10:27. There were 5 employees working and not one of them offered to help and three of them avoided eye contact completely while walking by us several times. I could literally see my pizza with my name on it, and honestly I was seconds away from helping myself and just grabbing it (it was prepaid). It was 10:40 by the time someone finally grabbed the pizza for us. We got home and realized that the pizza had lopsided toppings. Most of them were on entirely one side. There was barely any bacon, and the pizza wasn't cut entirely. It wasn't cut in the middle and they missed one cut entirely so the slice was about 1/4 of the pizza. It was soggy and tasted terrible. There's another location 2 miles away that made our pizza perfectly last time. I'll definitely be going there next time, although honestly after spending $33 on soggy garbage pizza, I probably won't be craving Round Table for a while. This was all around a truly disappointing experience. And seriously there's gotta be some more responsible more friendly employees out there looking for jobs. read more

I am beyond pleased with the customer service at this location, I LOVE Round table and this place never disappoints, the only thing I can say is that one time I ordered Parm twists and they were a little under cooked but was reimbursed with an order of complimentary twists next time I called in and Nicholas was so helpful and professional when he took my order. We had a very disappointing experience last night. We ordered about $200 worth of pizza for my boyfriend's 33rd birthday party. The time estimate was an hour. It was a Saturday night, but we regularly order online from several other restaurants, so we're used to that delivery time estimate updating based on how busy they are on a given night, and usually being pretty accurate. After an hour and a half had gone by, I called Round Table and politely asked when we should expect our pizza. They told us they were really behind, and that it would be another 20-30 minutes. After I mentioned that if we had known it would take more than 2 hours to get our pizza, we would have ordered from somewhere else, they said they would talk to the manager about giving us coupons or something for the delay. 45 minutes later, we finally got our pizza, but no apology or explanation for arriving over an hour late. When we asked about the coupons mentioned on the phone, the delivery driver shrugged and said "sorry, we don't do that". We will definitely not be ordering from them again, and I caution others not to trust their online delivery time estimate. read more

Placed order for pizza pickup at 7:17pm on Friday night 08/21/20. Estimated time for pickup was 745pm. Arrived at restaurant at 747pm. Pizza not ready. Mikey said 10 minutes. Ten minutes went by, no pizza. Dozens of customers came in complaining deliveries never arrived, pickup times not being kept. After 30 minutes I asked for another ETA. Mikey said 10 minutes. ONE HOUR past pickup time, still NO PIZZA! I asked for manager name and phone number. No phone number given. The answer was to call in tomorrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE! This location has become worse and worse. Finally at 8:57pm I left the restaurant with a pizza. Get home, pizza isn't even tasty. Soggy bottom, too greasey. Horrible. Family dinner was not a good one last night. We arrived at the designated time and only part of the order was ready. Waited 10 mins for a personal cheese pizza to complete order. That meant that the other items sat there. When we got home to eat, other pizza and garlic swists were barely warm. Worst of all the pizza was just plane BAD. Very little sauce, 2 mini pepperoni per slice, crust has defiantly gone down hill. This is not the Round Table of a couple years ago. Guess it's back to Sabrina's. First time ordering online and already disappointed. The wait is an hour and a half but I still ordered anyway. 2 hours had passed and nothing. Not even a phone call so I called and they said they canceled my order because the driver could not find our apartment building. These guys are just a block away from us and I see their drivers delivering to our building all the time so how can they not find it? I bumped into one of their drivers at our elevator and it smelled really good that's why I ordered. I asked for the Manager and the lady I was speaking to said she's the Supervisor. She said they refunded my money back to my credit card. But....it's 9:30pm and we were starving so I said what if I just pick it up? She said that was fine. So I sent my son to pick up and told them to make sure to refund me the delivery charges since we're picking it up instead. She told my son they refunded the entire amount and should be credited to my account in 3-5 days. I was like....cool. I'm getting free pizza because they messed up my order. This pizza gross. It was way undercooked & the dough was chewy and the pieces just flopped over and fell apart if you tried to lift one up. Not edible. The bread sticks didn't come with the dipping sauce we selected, so our dinner turned in to bread sticks and a jar of spaghetti sauce.
