Pizza is good, salad bar is good BUT consistently low on items and staff has to be asked to refill. They do it but its frustrating to always have to ask. BIGGEST ISSUE THEY HAVE IS THE BEER IS ALWAYS WARM!!! The one star is because the pizza was delicious. I'd give that a 5 star the service however was horrible. Every table was dirty. LITERALLY. We had to clean it up ourselves. When the first part of our order was ready they didn't give me any ranch, so when I went back to ask for some, the rude employee said "yeah you have to pay for ranch" and I responded no it came with what I ordered, she then proceeded to be rude and said "well I need to check you receipt" I took her the receipt then had the audacity to roll her eyes while giving me a ranch cup. Amazing pizza with quality toppings and cheese. I have yet to order something from here that is less than delicious. Staff is pretty courteous and attentive as well. Only downside is the cost, but it is worth it. You get exactly what you pay for and we frequent this place often read more

Pizza arrived cold 40 minutes after delivery time quoted. Charged $5 for this delivery. I basically had a cheese pizza. There was one piece of pepperoni on it slice. Some were way overdone. When i called for check on ETA I was told to be patient it was almost there. read more

Every table was dirty ! Pile high with bits of food, & dirty dishes, They didn't even offer to clean the tables! The silverware was also dirty , He said did you want me to wash them?, I thought, Umm aren't you suppose too?? , The place looked like A dive to me, So bad I didn't want to eat! Worst place to do deliveries!! Ordered my pizza and it didnt show up till 2 hours later. Called twice and the worker said hes doing his best to deliver the pizzas. Round table is not the best pizza place to go to. I ordered 4 pizzas cheesy bread sticks and 3 cups of marinara sauce an hour before i got there to pick them up. When I walked in I paid for it she said it would be about 15 to 20 minutes I went back to sit in my car and i waited about 25 minutes. I asked them if my order was called yet she said it would be 15 more minutes. Thats when i started getting mad. I ordered my food an hour before i got there and she was telling me it wasn't ready. I got my food an hour and a half of waiting and they forget my marinara sauce. I politely told them i didn't get it and they told me they have to make more and warm it up. I told them I would wait because i already paid for it and it was only 5 minute wait. They come out with only one cup of marinara sauce when i asked for 3. I'm probably not gonna get Round table again. There pizza was good but very horrible service. read more

This was a good place if you have kids they could entertain them self on some of the games that are there but you have to wait a pretty long time for a pizza what ever size it is you have to wait 25 minuets but besides that the pizza is good there's a bar there it's actually a really good place. read more

Horrible customer service. I called in an order and they told me it would be done in 15 minutes. I came and pizza wasn't done. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes and I asked the person taking orders why it was taking so long, He said they were backed up. I asked then why did they tell me my order would be done in 15 minutes. He said hey I didn't take your order and walked off. I have gone here for many years and I will not go back. The customer services had gone down hill. I'll also make sure that none of friends and family come to this place. read more

This used to be a good place to order, but now it's the most expensive place in town. By the time you get your pizza it's so soggy & cold, you have to wring it out with paper towels, it's just nasty. The only good thing about this place is their salads, they do a good job when you ask them to make it, but they often forget some of the stuff that I ask to add to it. Overall, I give one star only because it won't let me comment unless I give at least one. I think RTP needs to lower their prices and start making good pizza like they used to. Any given day it takes an hour and 15 minutes to deliver what ten minutes down the road and yeah time they get it here it's soggy, what was it doing sitting in the car for that whole hour and 15 minutes? Even the wings when you ask for bone out you're getting a little tiny piece of meat that looks like a chicken nugget. If they're going to charge outrageous prices for pizza, then they should at least make them taste good and worth the money. Domino's, Pizza Hut or Pizza Factory has them beat any day. read more
