They told me it would be done within a half an hour. i go in about an hour later and they haven't even made my order. i start talking to other customers and they had been there for 3 hours waiting !! We like round table. But the reviews are scary. I have not eaten there in several months. I will try and see what is up? I liked the salad bar. I revisited round table with one of my family members and was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the staff was nice. They didn't know that I've done a review. I take my crew to Round Table Pizza whenever we are on a project, and in the past month we've eaten our way from Temecula to Chico, and this Round Table is our favorite! Rich was very helpful to me with the billing details (I have a paperwork leash), the pizza was great, and I buried my crew in wings that came out fresh and delicious (boneless and regular). And my crew loved the new soda machine. The restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly (I really appreciated the visits to our table from Rich, the manager, and the young lady who took our order). I usually like Round Table, even if it is overpriced. I ordered some pizza's to go, brought them home and they had put the wrong sauce on one of the pizza's. When I called, they ARGUED with me that I hadn't ordered that sauce. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told HE was the manager. I will never eat there again. I'm currently at this Round Table pizza, and aside from the mediocre food, dirty tables, nasty floor, and filthy salad bar, the service is awful. I went up to the cashier to ask where I could get some Parmesan cheese, and he acted like I was completely putting him out. I have bought salad and Pizza at the Round Table in Sonora in the Junction for 8 years. I usually get "To Go" as I live in the mountains about 45 minutes away. I buy the large salad bar. On Sunday I purchased this salad bar which feeds 4 of our family and asked for the usual containers for dressing as we all like different kinds. I was told additional dressing were not available an I would be charged $.75 per cup. I again said that this salad feeds 4 and we all use different dressings. The person told me to put as much dressing right on the salad as I wanted but he would not be able to give me additional containers. I told him this was not feasible as the salad would be soggy when I got it home. I then told him I would not come there again and he said "Oh Well". I think this is a very cheap and unprofessional thing to do. If I bought individual salads I would receive a container for each salad. I will take my business elsewhere and I do feel this is not a concern to Round Table by the way I was treated but just wanted to let you know my dismay at the treatment of a long standing customer. read more

Meh, I've experienced better, and expect better response when I call to say my pizza wasn't prepared as listed on the menu. Chicken garlic came without the green onions. I added bacon and they got that right, thank god! The delivery was on time, as quoted. However, the establishment is in dire need of training. Anna' who answered the phone says she apologizes for the missing green onions but the pizza was cut crazy bad, hard to apologize for that. I ordered my pizza online for delivery at 1:40 by accident. I called them immediately and asked for the time to be changed to 4:40. The guy on the phone said he would have it delivered at 4:40 instead and asked me to leave him my number. I did. I got a knock on my door at 2:00. My pizza was delivered at the original time even though I called and had it changed. If I wanted to have to refrigerate and reheat my pizza instead of eating it fresh, I would've gone to Walmart and bought a frozen pizza and some wings instead of paying $70 out of what was already a small paycheck. I normally enjoy Round Table Pizza, but not Round Table from this location. First, the dining room was really dirty. We started off at a booth by the window, but we moved as there were at least 4 flies that we counted sitting on the window sill. It took close to 45 minutes to get our pizzas and the salads came a good 20 minutes after our pizza even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The gluten free crust was thick and dry. The crust was cooked , but the toppings were cold. The salads were thrown together with what looked like no care at all and crammed so tight in the container it was impossible to eat so we threw them away. Lastly it took asking at least 4 different times for plates and pepper packets. We had to use the top of our pizza box as a plate sine it took so long to get paper plates. Meanwhile the two workers were chatting it up behind the counter. The meal we had definitely was not even close to being worth the $58 we spent. Terrible pizza, salad and service. I know times are tough as we are in the middle of a pandemic , but this is no excuse for this type of restaurant experience when other restaurants have stepped it up to try to get customers in the door. read more

Pizza was all wrong when it came out, the staff was rude about having to make a new one. The place was dirty, greasy, an onion smell was in the air that made our eyes burn. Flies everywhere. The only reason I even gave one star was there was a server there that was bussing the tables that was really good at his job, only good thing about the place. Recently this establishment made a home pizza delivery to my house, except it was the wrong house. I told the delivery person that he was at the wrong house. All he could say out loud was "f***!" As he turned to leave I asked him if I could be any help to him. He replied, "F*** no!" When one person was helping and needed assistance another came up immediately and was helping to make the customer feel that their order was being handled efficiently and with ease. Attentive to the persons that were watching tv and going over to see if they needed assistance. I have been coming here for years on my way to Black Oak Casino. Easy stop as it is right on the way. Pizza is always consistent. I always order the pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. New ownership has an improved attention to detail and it showed in my last pizza. I always dine in and have never used the delivery option. Classic Round Table Pizza taste and quality. Pizza quality is similar to Round Table in Santa Rosa, which is the best Round Table Restaurant I have ever visited. read more

Today was the second time I visited this location. The first time my sister and I went with my 2 year old nephew. We ordered the buffet, paid, and as we were sitting at our table before getting any food we noticed a lady remove the pizza from the buffet and throw it away. We informed the owner that we paid for the buffet and there is no pizza. He made us a pizza of our choice. So we had to wait with a toddler for a pizza to be cooked. I thought the food was good for the price. Today my husband and I got there around noon. There was one pizza on the buffet. When I went for my second serving there was no pizza. Meanwhile more people were arriving and there was still no pizza. After about 10 minutes they finally started putting out some pizzas, at least this time there was more than one choice. The lady threw the pizzas up on the counter with the serving utensil pointed to herself, leaving me to decide the most hygienic way to turn a hot pizza pan and pizza towards myself without touching the pizza. Mild wings were mediocre at best, pepperoni pizza somehow tasted like BBQ sauce and farm stables, mushroom-sausage zesty marinara pasta (or whatever terrible name it has) wasn't bad and the salad went down without a hitch, although you should have your own dressing if you like more than a drizzle, which is all they provide, although they provided enough bleu cheese for a small get-together.
