Round Table pizza is a chain I usually like, and know what to expect from. But THIS restaurant in Ukiah is the worst I've been to. The space is small and awkward. Their tiny salad bar is crammed into a dead end by the bar-- and you have to ask for drink refills there. I was there around 12:30, so it was quite busy. THEY DO NOT OFFER A LUNCH BUFFET. There were 3 employees working. It took almost 30 minutes for the personal size pizza I ordered to come out. The actual food was fine, but everything else made me not want to return. There are a few other mediocre pizza places in town, some not as pricey as round table. Guess I'll stick with them from now on. read more

On 3/15/19, at 11 am, I ordered a skinny crust, cheese crispy pizza. What I got was thick with the edges curled up, not crispy but mushy and and soggy pizza with almost no red sauce. I mention the date and time so that if a manager is reading this, they might be able to identify the worker who didn't help me. She was gruff, arrogant and pushy. She might have been a manager since she was able to enter a code for seniors when I asked. For a number of years I have purchased several pizzas per month. Every few times, I haven't gotten what I ordered. I understand that there's turnover and the need for training but this is it. Figured I'd help this place out. There were no problems at all ordering through the phone and eating in the restaurant. People complain about the most minuscule thing- "I got 30 packets of cheese with my take out" and then proceeded to give them 3 stars for that. They hooked it up! I walked in with two of my friends 30 minutes before they closed. I get that it's irritating when costumers walk in right before closing, but it was still half an hour. When we walked in, all the workers that were cleaning and closing sighed and the blonde woman sighed loudly and said ,"really?" in an annoyed tone. Worst service ever! I would rate it with zero stars if I could! A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza to go and they completely lost my pizza! I waited over an hour for it and while I was waiting they messed up multiple other orders, the they gave me a coupon for a free pizza next time. Place was packed when we went...so the wait for long, longer than the usual "long" round table wait. But it's still good, quality food -- and worth the wait. I love Quizno's it took me 10 years to figure out they are here, and now I can't eat Subway or Safeway Deli. My only complaint is the one lady(not the owner and not the quiet one) is so rude that I do not want her to make my sandwich EVER. If there is no Love in it , than forget it! We ordered 2 French dips, and my favorite: grilled chicken pesto with mushrooms and cold spinach leaves(minus dressing only pesto). Great soup, and condiment bar and everything is fresh and clean. This is tough to do, we love your pizza, but hate the service we've gotten the last two times we've been there! I will give you one star because both times we ordered 6pc buffalo wings, and both times we've had to wait over an hour for that. First time, no one knew where my order was, even though I was told it was still in the oven.that it would be another ten minutes. Coming from out of state, this was my first experience with round table pizza. Came in for a late dine in on a weekday, was greeted promptly and in a very friendly and couteous manner. The service throughout was great, the food came out in a timely manner and taste was on point. Everything happened as it should. Friendly staff and good food. We went in to buy a pizza. During this process we noticed how dirty the restaurant was. We ordered our pizza and ordered a salad. The salad bar was not stocked and had not been cleaned for hours very dirty! We have lived in Ukiah for years it appears Round Table has given up. Round Table Pizza went beyond my expectations tonight. They accidentally put Polynesian sauce on half of my pizza. I called to see what they put on it and when they realized they made a mistake, said they would make me a new one free of charge AND let me keep my previous pizza. When I went to pick up my new pizza, the manager gave me a new pizza AND a coupon for a free large pizza. It was getting towards the end of a long day that began at 4 a.m. in Seattle, Washington, followed by a flight to Sacramento, then a drive up and around Clear Lake to end up in Ukiah. My wife had fallen asleep in our hotel room, leaving dinner plans up to me. I looked online for reviews of local pizza establishments and read several rather negative reviews of the Round Table establishment in Ukiah. Well, in my travels, I've not seen a Round Table Pizza as bad as what was described by others, so I gave this one a chance. I was not disappointed. The establishment was clean, including the restrooms. Service was prompt. I was told there would be a 30-35 minute wait, so I asked where I could buy 6-packs of sodas. The young lady behind the corner directed me to the nearby supermarket. When I got back, my pizzas were ready. Both pizzas were made to order, with the ample toppings I have come to expect from Round Table. I would definitely return. read more

My wife and I walked in at almost closing time and place was empty except for FIVE employees. The one who took our order then went on break? Another was in back room on break watching tv. The only people actually doing anything were two guys in back. Don't know how the owner makes any money here except ripping off customers with no refills on sodas and no deliverys.
