She was very helpful and was focused on finding the right car that my son was looking at. On 10/22 I took my daughter's 2004 Honda Accord in to Germaine Dublin Honda for a driver side lightbulb replacement. After an hour wait, where they took the car into the shop and came back with several other unrequested items in need of repair totaling over $2k, I was told it would cost $181 to replace the one bulb due to the difficulty to get to the headlight given the battery placement. Today she took her car to Roush Honda and was in and out in $15 minutes and was charged a total of $31 to replace both headlight bulbs. My wife has bought 2 new Honda at Roush and loves working with them and their service department. After this experience, I understand why. If I could give more than five stars I would. read more

First time here so I'm hoping the service will continue like this. Fantastic experience! Pulled right into the service dept and was greeted within 2-3 minutes despite a very busy morning. Let's be honest, I don't know very many people who actually LIKE getting their car serviced. I know I don't. But this changed my mind. The customer lounge is exquisite! There's so many seating options (comfy chairs, dining tables, bar tables), a work station, modern vending machines, an ATM that Honda doesn't charge fees to use, a private nursing station, spotless bathrooms, children's play area with lots of different toys, books, and a large flat screen TV, Purell sanitizing wipes, coffee station with FRESH coffee being brewed often, and a large flat screen TV for customers to relax by. You can see into the entry bay so you know when your car is taken back. You can even see a portion of the shop area. The customer service was efficient and professional. They didn't bug me trying to sell me on extra services. Just offered to replace my wipers and told me the price upfront. Really, really appreciated this. I really hope this is the standard they set for themselves and not just something extra they do for first time customers. The service was above and beyond: they completed my scheduled repair then washed and vacuumed my car at no charge. Thoroughly impressed! I had heard that they're employee-owned so I wonder if that made a difference. read more

I had intended to buy a yellow EXL Honda Fit here, new or low mileage but unfortunately Honda stopped making yellow ones in 2020 and used ones were scarce, like 2 in the entire US. Nevertheless, while it took months, I found what I wanted elsewhere. Even though the car had only 5000 mi, there was a small area inside the door that looked like it hadn't ever been painted. I needed touch up paint. Lindsay was only a couple miles away but they did not carry it and it would have to be ordered. Amazon had it but it was not Honda paint. Raush had it, in stock, and unlike my other choices, they did not Jack up the price. That led to my next question, how much for a key fob? Again a good price from Raush compared to other Honda dealers. Is this dealership convenient, no. But it is friendly. Parts, service and the showroom are well organized. There is a nice waiting room. My experience as a woman is they will talk to me and not defer to my husband. Most importantly, they are not gouging you on their prices. I will drive the extra miles for good service at a fair price. read more

I've been coming to this dealership for the last 20 years or so. Today I am here getting my daughter's car fixed. I decided to walk around the showroom and look at the new cars. Two sales people came up to me and asked if I had any questions. One even asked if I'd like a bottle of water. That made me feel good because I was recently looking at cars and was completely ignored at several other dealerships. I assumed this was because I was a single women shopping for a car alone. Every time I come to Roush I always feel welcomed and the service department, regardless of my obvious lack of knowledge about my vehicle, is always courteous and treats me with respect. I also feel like they are genuinely trying to save me money by telling me what I really need and not trying to just sell me something I don't. read more

SHADY SERVICE PRACTICES AND INCOMPETENT TECHS - Called to schedule 3 repairs on my Odyssey. They told me it would be 1 hour to diagnose each (that's normal). 1.) my drivers window switch wasn't working, I had bought an aftermarket replacement and couldn't get the key fob to pair to the van. I just needed them to see if it was the aftermarket switch or if there was a more serious problem (I strongly suspect the aftermarket switch) well, I show up and they tell me that its not one hour of labor to diagnose the switch, instead, they wanted to do a $300 electrical analysis and it WOULDN'T go toward the repair, if it was the switch, the part is $280 and it would be another hour of labor. For a grand total of over $700 to replace a window switch. Ridiculous... ALL THEY HAVE TO DO is Just plug in a factory switch that they know works and that will tell us all we need to know. It will take 30 seconds and wont cost anything. If its the switch, I'll buy the switch and the problem will be solved. They didnt even have to take anything apart as the switch/plug was already taken out of the door and just hanging there for easy diagnoses. If its not the switch, I'll pay for the $300 analysis. Well, they wouldn't do it. They wanted to waste $300 of my money first. Completely illogical when you can take 30 seconds to rule out the switch. I explained this multiple times and they just kept refusing. 2.) My second issue was the automatic sliding door not working. again, they told me 1 hour to diagnose when I was scheduling, when I got there, they said it would be an ADDITIONAL $300 electrical analysis to figure out what was wrong with the sliding door. That's $600 worth of "electrical analysis" just to IDENTIFY what the problem was. and NONE of that $600 went towards actually fixing the problem. The tech didn't even look at the door, just pulled it into the back, threw his hands up and said I had to shell out the $300. Lazy and/or incompetent techs... lastly, 3.) engine noise - I have a rattle/vibration taking place in my engine while at idle. IT ISN'T NORMAL. well guess what the tech told me!? "that's normal, its supposed to make that sound"... Unbelievable, it was at this point that I realized the tech was either incredibly incompetent, lazy or both... He didn't want to work on anything and just wanted to do as little work as possible for as much money as possible apparently. I just moved next to this dealership and have 2 Honda, so it's a shame that this is the first and last time I will ever come to this dealership... They wasted my time, lied to me about the cost of analysis and basically tried to scam me into paying $600 for nothing in my opinion.... Don't let the free car wash fool you, they pay for it 10x over every month by overcharging their customers to an almost criminal degree... DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I made an appointment to meet with Sales consultant John Newton for 6pm on a Monday evening. We arrived at 5:50 and John was already waiting and had pulled up my information. He immediately got the car and color I wanted and was super easy to work with in order to get my payment where I wanted it. The business manager, Kyln, was courteous and kind and walked me through the business side. All in all I spent less than 2.5 hours and have the car I want at the price I want. Visiting my daughter in Columbus my 2013 Honda Pilot died in her driveway. Had car towed to Roush based on my son in laws recommendation. Great advice!! Thinking it was a serious charging system problem though I was looking at a grand or better. Roush diagnosed the problem as a loose battery terminal. No charge!! Original post : Roush Honda has been our go to Honda dealership. We have bought 2 cars from them and have always had our cars serviced here. We have trusted them and not challenged any repair. Our 2014 Honda Odyssey started having electrical issues on May 16. They were not able to look at the car until the 18th. We ended up having the car towed because we could no longer drive it. After the initial diagnostic, they asked us to approve a $5800 new transmission. We were completely taken by surprise. We called around and found a repair shop that could put in new parts for our same casing for half the price. It would be 2 weeks before they could get to it. We had the car towed again and checked into a rental car that was $800 for 2 weeks. We decided to share a car during repairs due to the high rental fee. After 2 weeks, they finally got to our car to tell us that it was not the transmission at all but the alternator (which was $700). We challenged them and they insisted they ran multiple tests to confirm. We received our car back but was disappointed in the misdiagnosis and the time we waited. If Roush could have figured out it was the alternator then we probably could have had our car back a week prior. We have tried to leave messages with every manager at Roush and called back for 3 days straight without one manager calling us back. Just want to give a head's up that if you are planning on spending a large amount of money there you may want to check it is correct. Added 6/16: Samantha- Our car definitely does not need a new transmission. We took the car to a transmission specialist who confirmed it was just the alternator. Although I appreciate that you think your diagnosis is accurate, my car is running perfectly with only an alternator replaced. It may have helped that the repair shop we used does not pay their mechanics commission? Obviously charging someone an additional $5000 would create a nice commission. We also talked to a friend who is a supervisor at another repair shop who stated metal pieces flowing through a transmission is the oldest line in the book. I do find it interesting that no one could call us back for 3 days after multiple calls but writing 1 review has given us so much attention. Customer service should be proactive not reactive. The worst. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment 1 week in advance for an oil change, tire rotation and Airbag recall. I was teeing my car up for a road trip. I was told the car would be there 2 hours but I could get a loaner/ rental. I pull into the service bay and they tell me I don't need an oil change or a tire rotation. I wait 15 minutes. They tell me I'm all set. I leave and call as soon as I pull out to ask if there's paperwork that shows I had the air bag fixed. I'm on hold for 5-10 minutes only to find out they didn't do it! WHAT? I ask if I can return do they can fix it and they say no, they can make me an appointment 5 days from now! Completely unacceptable. I called Germain Honda, they said they would fix it as soon as I could get there. Thanks for nothing Roush Honda. I will NEVER return. Germain is a longer drive but worth it. read more

Just bought a new car and could not have asked for a better experience. Josie reached out by text after I had called the dealership. I let her know what I was looking for. When I arrived she and the sales manager were both ready to assist. I had been to two other Honda dealerships and this was the best experience and the best deal. In fact, today the GM accused me of being more interested in reimbursement than resolution and not willing to make time to speak over the phone about the matter. Not true Roush Honda! Why won't you answer my questions about the service done on my car and the partial rather than full reimbursement for services? Maybe you serviced the car correctly, maybe not. My experience was disheartening in the service area. I've been a customer with roush for over 12 years. I've had negative experiences with roush before, but chose to let it go. But these last two experiences with the services area have caused me to look into other Honda dealerships. Due to the blatant show of sexism, I as a female business owner in Westerville and someone who interacts with many locals and small businesses, will never recommend Roush Honda. I work in the service industry, so i have a soft spot in my heart for others that do. That being said, I can't imagine allowing my employees act in the manner that I've dealt with. First off, I never deal with car dealerships. I buy from someone I know, or a private seller. my g/f wanted a newer car and her family and my sister has dealt with them and all had great luck. We bought a 2022 and was told it had Sirius XM radio which it didn't. I can't believe Honda makes 2022 cars without Sirius XM radio. Anyways, I don't even negotiate on the price which is my fault cause I know all car dealers Jack up the prices and car dealers can get the most commission they can! So we paid full price for the car. So my gf trades in her 2019. I was hoping we would at least have 2-3,000 to put down on the new car. We owed 13,000 and some on it. Our car salesman comes back and said the car fax shows damage to the car and the undercarriage which I was never told that! So they offer us 12,000 for the car, now we're upside down. I understand car dealerships can't give you what cars are worth because you gotta pay for utilities, workers, etc... Our sales man also said with the undercarriage issue it will probably go somewhere else, nope! You guys put that car out on your lot for a little over 19,000! This is why I hate dealership's and I avoid them at all cost! We have told everyone about this experience and we will never be back. "If" we ever decide to go to a Honda dealership again I'll drive on out to Marysville. read more

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe with nearly 300k miles and it is a jewel imo. I don't always maintain it like I should because it is a really good car. I start it up, it goes. However, on two occasions, between years of service, (not good I know), I started it up, and it wouldn't go. The first time it was freezing cold outside, and the second time it was blazing hot and humid. I called AAA the second time and they told me it would be a four hour wait and I was in a shopping center that was minutes from closing. I called Roush Honda Service in both instances, and they walked me through safe, quick workaround solutions that got me back on the road in no time and my car was scheduled for service. They went way over and beyond to help me out of real lock jam situations, and I am forever grateful and a forever customer. Roush Honda Service is hands down a step above the rest -- they outperform them all in quality of service, better pricing, but more than this, they really care about their customers. I used Edmunds to get some info before contacting several Honda dealers in my area.   Roush Honda was one of those dealers and they were the best of the bunch.   They listened to me, treated me with respect and gave me a great deal on a new Honda Civic.   In this environment it's very much a 'sellers market' and several other dealers were eager to take advantage of the situation.   Not Roush - they told me their philosophy is to treat their customers well and earn repeat business.   I will be returning to Roush.   I have used their service department, their auto repair shop (for my wife's accident) and now their new car sales and all are top notch.   Rob the sales manager and Ken the salesman were both smart, courteous and honest.    They gave me a great deal on a great car in a tight market.   I recommend them to anyone. read more

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Lee Cohen and have been happy with the experience both times. I have read other positive reviews about Lee and completely agree. On the day we signed the papers, we got the hard push from the finance person to buy extra coverage. He tries to make you feel bad if you turn it down. Not something that makes you drive home happy. The service department is the worst part. Like a lot of the other reviews here, each time I go to schedule maintenance, it takes weeks to get an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, especially on a Saturday, there be a long line just to pull your car into the check-in garage. I waited a half hour one time. When you pull in, no one greets you and you stand around watching a bunch of employees talking to each other. None of them are service advisors. I am not sure what they do. It seems disorganized. They could benefit from reassessing their workflow. When you finally get an advisor, they quote you a wait time of 2 hours for a simple oil change - even when you tell them you are waiting for the car. The dealer employs separate technicians just for oil changes. The wait should never be this long and isn't if you go anywhere else. Luckily, the appointment only turned out to be 50 minutes. The waiting area has seating, TVs with no volume, and snack machines. I have been to other dealers that provided complementary snack food. read more

My experience with Roush was really good. I'm from SC and was driving up to see family when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I had to buy a car in two days, and these guys were ready to help me. It was an extremely stressful situation but their demeanor and willingness to do whatever I needed from them was really comforting. Mr. Brady was very patient, understanding, and helpful. I only give 4 stars because I wish there had been some willingness to budge on the price.. but business is business! I've been coming back to a Roush Honda for regular maintenance in the past 7 years and recently visited again for the same reason and experienced irreversible incident. On January 24, 2020, I received a call from the service, saying that the service technician found that the brake pad thickness has reduced to 2.5mm and needed to be replaced and the cost was $371.95. It was out of my budget, so I declined the repair offer. Then I found that Honda Dealer in Marysville was running the brake special service and the cost was less than $250, so I brought my car for the brake pad replacement. Only less than 1 hour after I've left there, they called me and asked me "why did you think the pad needed to be replaced??" They said the pad thickness was gauged at 6mm!!! It did not need to be replaced at all!! I was devastated and called Roush Honda. One of the service managers reached the technician who had diagnosed my car and said "I'm sorry, it was just a mistake." If it's just 0.5 or 1mm difference, I would have understood, but 2.5 and 6mm is a big difference and I don't believe the EXPERT technician could misread the measurement!! The manager didn't even explain the recurrence prevention possibility, so I'm sure the technician would make the same mistakes again and again, and take advantage of someone like me who doesn't seem to understand anything about car mechanics. I'm deeply disappointment and I would not intend to comeback to Roush Honda to encounter another distrust. I was planning to replace my old Fit, but I certainly would go to Marysville to buy a new car. The Roush Honda rep. replied to me today and offered me to discuss the issue. Most of the time, it would not be discussions, but keep explaining excuses one after another. Buying a car is always kind of sucky because you have to put your negotiator hat on, and mine kind of clashes with my hair, but when it came down to dollars and cents I was pretty pleased that I was able to just make my offer, wait for the return offer, and back and forth until I was satisfied, rather than pulling sales manipulaions . So, buying the car was good! And I love my new Civic. I was extra pleased when, a week after buying the car my dumb ass left the lights on, and I got to experience Roush's free roadside assistance within 50 miles of the dealership, and got a jump start with a smile within 20 minutes of me placing the call. read more
