    Hours!

My very good friend and I were talking about how much we love this place so we stopped in for a quick bite and to visit our friend James, who works there! We had the most delicious breakfast! He had once, bacon, French toast and toast for less than $5.95I had the healthy choice turkey bacon, two eggs, tomatoes, and toast! $7.05! Everything was cooked to perfection! We enjoyed our meal and conversation together. The coffee was to die for! We will be back soon! This is one of our new favorite places for an inexpensive meal! Thank you for serving our community with delicious food and a kind heart

Five stars because we had great service when we were there, the food was also very good, and the prices were right on point. It is a small hometown diner and appeared to be popular with the locals. This wasn't my first time there - I was there years ago at least once or twice and I would definitely go again. The servers/bussers we encountered were really friendly and pleasant. The home fries, which are one of the most important components of a breakfast meal, were better than most other places. Our server recommended adding peppers and onions so I went with it and really enjoyed them.. My daughter's eggs weren't cooked through quite enough and our server had that fixed quickly. Other than that, we had no issues. Overall, it was a really good, quick and affordable meal.

Went for breakfast this AM. Very good food. Very, very poor service. Waitresses have an attitude! Won't be returning. Back to TJ's

Solid diner. Great prices and service. Some food we ate was better than others but I would definitely go back. I wish it was my local diner.

I placed my order, got my silverware and table number and sat down to wait for them to bring it out, very efficient way to do things. When my food arrived, an omelet with mushrooms, onions, sweet Italian sausage, and cheddar cheese, my eyes grew wide. Before digging in I popped a stray mushroom that was sitting on top of omelette before taking the photo. Immediately noticed the amount of flavor of the mushroom alone, it prompted me to ask if they were marinated, the chef/owner came out after I was done and said she takes baby bella mushrooms, cuts them up and sautees them in salt pepper garlic, "no cans here' she said and you can tell. Upon digging into the omelette I found it to be loaded with the ingredients I had chosen, even distribution, I mean just look at that cross section! The potatoes were seasoned well and delightfully crispy. Prices were more than fair for the quality. They definitely care, they definitely put out excellent food, and I think they'll definitely succeed, even with being in a tough spot parking wise...I'm local to Norwood but I'll gladly pay the meter every time if it means I get to enjoy more of the Good Vibes Only!

The staff is always friendly, and it's quickly become my new go-to spot for breakfast. The inside is warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. I also love seeing the birds when they're around--it adds such a nice touch to the experience!"

I love the Omelettes, they're definitely above average, they come with fried potatoes and perfectly toasted/buttered bread. I love putting the omelette on top of the bread, so good! The perfect amount of food and I clean my plate everytime. Although, not enough for leftovers. I've gotten the 14 Hour Pork Butt Omelette and the Kennett Square Omelette. Both were delicious! My boyfriend and family have had the Huevos Rancheros--which looked amazing and I was told it was delicious. Looked like a lot of food too, so if you want something more filling and hearty, I'd get that over the omelettes. They've also had the breakfast sandwiches, which looked like a steal for the price and very good as well. The coffee, hot chocolate and tea is great too, and fairly priced! I get a drink every time, and they make sure you have refills, sugar, honey, whatever you want with it. Overall I recommend this place as a pretty good option if you're in Media!

It was a bustling yet comfortable little restaurant, split into two separate rooms. My daughter and I sat on the side with the grill, which had extra windows since it's on "The Corner" and some nice green plants that brightened things up a little more. The Huevos Rancheros didn't disappoint - I ordered mine with the coffee rubbed short rib. It really was good and it was cooked perfectly. The crispy potatoes were so good and actually crispy, unlike most other places that just have a little crisp to them. I adore home fries, and they can be hard to cook just right, so I really enjoyed these. The service was great and the waitress was so friendly. Oh, and there was an earthquake while we were there - and my daughter was the only one who even felt it LOL Overall, it was a yummy and fun visit. I'm glad I finally got to try it out, and I will definitely go again sometime.

The highlight for me is always the fact that I can get a fresh French press of various different coffees with my breakfast, often sharing these with my friend. When we originally started coming to Turning Point everything was outstanding and fresh and new which may have been part of why I feel there has been a decline in the quality of experience here, while I may just be wrong. However, I feel that over time and several management changes, the feeling of quality has dissipated from the restaurant compared to the first year that it was open. It feels much more chain restaurant-y now and the seasonal food offerings are as exciting and everything seems to be made with zero effort and no zest for cooking. Whereas before, everything was served very fresh, bright, and hot, it simply doesn't have that feeling any longer. The coffee is still great, and the food is still good, but it's lacking a certain something. Coming here for the first time was actually what started me on my French press journey, and I actually enjoy a small personal size French press coffee every morning at home now ever since. If you haven't tried Turning Point yet, I definitely think you should. In the scheme of places that are similar, like First Watch and Nudy's, in my opinion this is the best. But I would prefer to go to a small family-owned place. That said, I still LOVE the fireplace in the winter!
