Pleasant environment, I especially loved the decor on the walls. The food was delicious, I had a chorizo breakfast burrito stuffed with has browns and scrambled with eggs. The burrito was smothered with my choice of green chile sauce, not spicy, however it was delicious. The whole beans served were flavorful. The other plate was the huevos rancheros with red sauce that was amazingly delicious, the kind of sauce you can eat Camarones (shrimp) à la Diabla, and the spice was just right! Coffee was delicious, not too strong or watered down, just right! I would come back to this place if I wasn't just passing thru.

I ordered the two eggs scrambled with bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. Well done. I appreciate that they did toast the sourdough nicely. Everything was tasty and the prices were reasonable. We can see how this is a popular spot for the locals.

One taco was seriously the size of a medium pizza and somehow we still finished it. If you're taking it to go like we did, eat it within 5 to 10 minutes so it doesn't get soggy. They also have free broth and honey inside which was such a nice touch and made it even better. Dipping the fry bread in the broth was a nice touch. Like a lighter consomé. Try it with the honey, too! We did with the remaining fry bread as a bit of a dessert. The best part though was the woman working there. She was so kind, answered all my questions, explained everything, and even gave me a magazine about Gallup. If you want something authentic and filling, definitely stop here.

The restaurant opened its doors in December of 2024. We really enjoyed the following pizzas and recommend trying: *Hot Honey Pizza with plum tomatoes, pepperoni, Kalamata olives and their sweet and spicy 305 hot honey glaze. *Pepperoni cheese pizza (be sure to drizzle their 305 hot honey glaze). We had excellent customer service by our waitress Naomi. Jenny the owner, came over to check on our table and was very friendly and welcoming.
