I tried the Oyster Orleans, seafood gumbo, jalapeño hush puppies, and the fried green tomatoes with crab cakes. It was a great mix of Gulf-style favorites, and the hush puppies with a jalapeño kick were a standout. Service was great, even with the crowd. They also have a rewards program: I got $5 off my bill just for joining, you get a free appetizer on your birthday, and you earn coupons each time you dine in. Definitely worth signing up! The staff were very friendly and cheerful - mostly teenagers working but all were chatty and willing to help. The menu is larger than I would expect. This presents a problem because it's difficult to choose what to eat -and- it means I'll have to go back to try something else. We both got vegetable plates so we could sample as many of the veggies/sides as possible. Everything was tasty and very nicely done. Some dishes were a little salty but nothing inedible.
