I have to say if you want a good waxing service this is NOT the place. On top of not having my reservation when I came in. I book full leg and a Brazilian wax, the result : I left with legs not really perfect and no bikini wax as the lady remind that she had an appointment at 6:00pm. I came here last month with a groupon for shellac mani and normal pedicure, but realized when looking at their price list that their normal prices are virtually the same as the Groupon deal which seems like false advertising. Worst of all, I realized after removing my pedicure polish recently that multiple nails are infected after going there. $25 for a mani/pedi is a great deal and overall they did a good job and you can't beat the price. The reason for my low rating is because of he actual customer service. My sister had gone previously to get a facial and a mani/pedi in early July and said they did a great job. Unfortunately, my mom and I had the same nail technician, Bonila, who I would not recommend. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and there was an older woman who arrived after me but was paired with a younger technician who seemed great and super nice and attentive (btw this lady started before me and ended after me so clearly shows the time and attention for the same services). I got paired with Bonila, she was pretty cold and wasn't super friendly or responsive, she only opened up towards the end. I wasn't paying attention to my pedicure so towards the end I asked her if she put 2 costs and the top coat but she waved it off and said "yea, it's fine." My mom arrived for an appointment later in the same day and she said Bonila kept pulling and jerking her feet and hands while doing the mani/pedi (my mom is pretty sensitive to touching on both areas) so finally Bonila huffed and said, "You don't relax!" My Mom apologized but she wasn't doing it on purpose. Finally, towards the end of my mom's appointment she asked to enter my sister's # for their new rewards program that my sister signed up for already but since no one was at the front desk my mom told Bonila to which she got frustrated and said, "No when you call for appointment that's when you give the #!" She was pretty aggressive so my mom left it but we definitely got 3 mani/pedis and a facial under this new rewards loyalty system and now we have no idea if any are accounted for! My sister plans on calling them tomorrow but pretty bad customer service that my mom and I experienced. There were definitely a few other technicians who seemed much nicer and more attentive. I will go back only if I get paired with someone else aside from Bonila sorry to say. read more

I went to get lash extensions (Full set and a fill 3 weeks later) and while they looked fabulous, a week after my first fill I noticed significant fall out. I woke up one morning and washed my face (without getting the lashes wet) to notice that not only were the extensions falling out but they were taking my REAL lashes with them. I got them professionally removed and ALL of my real lashes were gone. My eyes are completely bare; I cannot wear mascara because there is nothing for them to hold on to. I had a horrible experience at Kamilas. I planned a nice spa day for my 2 daughters to celebrate one of their birthdays. We had booked 2 facials, one reflexology session and a manicure combined with a 10 minute massage. When I got there, the person at the desk said they didn't offer reflexology!! I had to open their website on my phone to show them what I was talking about. The employees don't even know what services they offer. Unbelievable. I was very upset by this point. Then it took about 10 minutes for them to understand what other sevices we wanted. I kept telling them WE HAD BOOKED s manicure and 10 minute massave. The emoloyee kept asking mani/pedi?? I had been really looking forward to this experience since I booked it 2 months ago. Tbe whole thing was ruined. They did finally do reflexology on my feet but she did it so hard I kept telling her it hurt. They knew I was so upset and finally gave me a collagen facial. My daughters really loved their facials but this huge mess ruined for me what was supposed a great mother/daughter spa day for my daughter's 25th birthday. The chair/bed was uncomfortable and my shoulders/upper back feel odd now. It felt like the bed did not lay flat, but I was propped up. Which was awkward when laying on my stomach. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came here for a Gel Manicure before my bday and traveling. I ended up paying an extra $4 to get the new hybrid gel which is supposed to last 3 weeks, longer then regular gel. One nail chipped after 2 days, by day 4 half my nails were chipped or peeling off like tape. Cleary a horrible product. I went back today, day 5, to show them how bad they were and get them redone. They said I MUST pay $10 to get them redone. I argued and argued and the snooty manager said she has to pay her workers for the hour of getting it redone so it was non-negotiable. So I paid for a 3 week manicure, got a 4 day one, then had to pay AGAIN to fix it. Horrible people who don't care at all about their customers. I will NEVER be back. GO ELSEWHERE! read more

First time going to Kamila's Skin Care, I had bought a groupon for a Shellac manicure and regular pedicure. Overall the experience was good, the lady i had was very sweet and took her time with me. However, i do not think buying the groupon is necessary, regularly, the price for a gel manicure and regular pedicure is $43.00 and i paid $41.00 for the groupon. There isn't much of a difference in price. But, i can def see myself going back- as its not too expensive. read more

If I could give 0 star I would, came in with my boyfriend and they wouldn't see us without an appointment. They told us to write a name and phone number down. On the day of our appointment, they rescheduled us to a later time, then when we finally got there they wouldn't see us both, claiming that only one person made an appointment. We were both in the store the first time they rejected us, so I don't understand how they can claim only one person made the appointment. Then my manicurist happened to have amazing eyelashes so I asked if they were real or extension. She said extension and that she got them done at Kamila's. So I was sold, and it turned out so good that my mom did hers right after she saw mine. Bella is your eyelash girl let me tell you! I've never gotten so many compliments in my life and it still looks very natural. After three weeks I decided to get them touched-up, something that probably could have waited another week but I had a busy week coming up. So they seem to last very well too. I had a 3 o'clock appointment here to get eyelashes put on. I paid 20$ extra for an uber to get there on time. I got there at 3:01 and was told that a girl walked in 5 minutes before me and she said she had an appointment (when she didnt) and took mine. How does that happen?? They asked me if I could come back at 6 but I couldnt because I scheduled it at 3 for a reason. They told me the girl didnt want to get up and so they continued putting the eyelashes on her instead. So wildly unprofessional I've never seen anything like it. It's super simple- she didnt have an appointment! So stop putting them on her! Not that hard! However, the Groupon deal could not be beat and BEST of all I live in the neighborhood. There was some slight confusion on what I was looking for (due to language barrier issues with my first technician- not sure what his name was), but about halfway through my technician switched to Bella who did a fantastic job. The lashes look amazing, even if they are insanely dramatic (I wanted the natural look). I have been stopped on the street five times by people wanting to know more about my extensions. DON'T GO!! I got the worst nails service ever! I don't know if was because I got a coupon in Groupon or if the service is always like that. Water extremely hot when I put my feet inside, the color don't look like the one that I asked for, there's little bubbles in the nail polish, my nails to short... Used way too much rubbing action over my face which didn't feel very relaxing. She would go soft and gently then real fast and harder. All in all wasn't very relaxing. This place is amazing. I have had my share of facials done in some of the expensive spas and some that were not that expensive. At this I have had the best facial in my life. I waited a couple of weeks before I wrote my review to make sure that all went well and I can not be happier. Janna has the hands made from gold and is a real angel to work with. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I came out feeling so refreshed and rested. On my way out I asked if they were available for a mani pedi and they had one opening. Two weeks later my gel manicure still looks great and I was very happy with a pedicure. The coziest spa I have been to, nicest people I met and they have gained a customer for life.
