Great price for the portion of food! Pulled pork had a great smoke flavor, French fries are as fresh as you can get them. Smokers were going in the back always a good sign. Will definitely be back when in the area! Thanks

I've had Rowdy twice before today. Never ordered a sandwich, we did catering before. So first impressions, odd looking place along 51 with all kinds of things painted on it, oh any several smokers. I parked and was immediately greeted with a heavenly smell of meat smoking. It smelled amazing. I've been told they have an amazing cheesesteak, so I decided I need to try it. As I was ordering I saw a sign out front stating they had brisket chili today too. So I wanted to try that as well. I ordered and was told it would be 5 minutes. It was only about 3 minutes later and my food was ready. I was handed an extremely heavy bag of goodness. I drive back to work and cracked the chili open first. I am very critical of chili, so I wasn't sure. I didn't think I would like the corn added but I can tell you the chili was really good. I asked for the cheese and onions on the side. Next I cracked open the cheesesteak. While it's not a long cheesesteak, it's absolutely crammed full of meat. I was amazed how heavy it was. I had to use a fork to eat until it was safe to actually pick it up. It was one of the better cheesesteaks in this area that I've had. And at $8.50, it's a bargain. On the catering side I've had the pulled pork and brisket which I really like. I wasn't a fan of the pulled chicken. We also had some good macaroni and cheese from here, decent potato salad and beans.

Place is right across from where Mcginnis used to be and about caddy corner from the getgo. It has been here for years and often services community events. I never reviewed them which is surprising as this is my neighborhood and I'm 3 mins drive away. Today I had the pulled pork sandwich only $6 with overloaded pork! My friend had the whole hog sandwich (only $9 even in inflation!!!) this photo especially for the whole hog does not do it justice. This sandwich is big enough for 3 meals for me, 2 for anyone else probably. You cannot even pick it up it's so full (toppings cheddar cheese, mushrooms, onions), need fork to eat it probably knife too. Everything on their menu is incredible, probably best bbq in Pittsburgh. Staff very efficient and friendly, took less than 10 mins. It is more or less a stand to order from and there are picnic tables outside but most just take and go. Very good and also popular in the area over many years!

Dang, good BBQ. Reasonable prices, large portions, great quality and flavor. The most "fall off the bone" ribs I've ever had. COVID = "masks required" right on the window where you order... no exceptions. Employees also had masks on.

We tried this bbq for the first time for dinner tonight. I ordered the half rack of ribs with potato salad. The ribs were very tasty just a little to thick for my liking. The potato salad was good too just not my favorite as it had green peppers. The hot pepper cheese balls were really good and so was the dipping sauce that came with it. My boyfriend ordered the steak and potato hoagie and really enjoyed it. I had a taste of it as well and it was really delicious! The fries were fresh cut and cooked just right. We'll definitely be back to try out more things from their menu.

I ordered 100 dollars of BBQ food and they charged me 5 dollars for 8 paper plates. Really disappointing after spending that much money on street food

BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, half rack of ribs, and fries.

Decided to try this place out tonight after driving by it for years and always saying we want to stop. So happy we did! We got the bbq pulled pork sandwiches, a half rack of ribs, and a side of fries. It is decently priced for the amount of food you get. They don't short you in the amount of food. The meats are amazing and really meaty (not fatty at all). It was ready within 10 minutes. We took it home to eat and everything tasted amazing!! Really good sauce and smoked flavor. We can't wait to come back.

Tremendous value! Split a variety of sandwiches since we couldnt decide. Went with the whole hog (pulled pork cheddar and toppings), the cajun cheesesteak, and the buffalo chicken. The horsey sauce on the cheesesteak was the star...needs to be on the pork! Everything was great except the bbq sauce of the pork lacked a little flavor. Ill just ask for a side of horsey next time and a win win! Quick and easy takeout stand. Will definitely be back and surprised i havent tried prior

I greatly regret having to write this review. I contacted Two Brothers Barbeque some time ago to…read morecater my wedding. Initially, I had a wonderful experience. The individual I worked with, Terri, was initially responsive and accommodating and made me feel at ease about booking this business. I put down a deposit in early November. Later in November I reached out for some more information to aid in the planning of my wedding reception. However, I never heard back. I was not unduly concerned because this is a barbeque business and I thought this might be their "off-season". I assumed they would get back to me when they were able. I did not hear back from Two Bothers Barbeque, even when springtime rolled around, so I called them a couple of times. I did not hear back. At this point, I got concerned because our wedding was in only three months. I was eager to speak to them to have some questions answered. My fiancé suggested we drive to the business, so we could connect with them. When we drove to the business, we were rather dismayed to see many signs stating "Business for Sale." There was a phone number on one of the "For Sale" signs, so I called it and said that I had seen their "For Sale" signs and was interested in talking about this. At this time, I did not tell them my name or state that I was a client. I got a return call pretty immediately. When I received the call-back, I explained that I had emailed and called the business without hearing back, and that I was concerned that the business was for sale, as we were counting on them catering our wedding. The gentleman on the phone (the owner, I believe) said they were retiring and were winding down the business, but that they planned to honor all scheduled events. He said he would have Terri call me. I was extremely relieved - but only for a short while. Terri called after several minutes. I explained the situation to her. I told her that I was concerned because I hadn't received a response to my email or phone calls and then saw that the business was for sale. She said that the catering part of the business was for sale, as well as their food trucks, but they would still honor their contracts for the summer. However, she then said she would just refund my money if I was uncomfortable. I was taken aback - I had said nothing about cancelling the contract and was really just nervous about the prospect of the business being sold. I received no kind of apology for the lack of communication. Terri said that she hadn't responded to my email in November because I sent it too close to Thanksgiving and that she never received my phone calls. At some point during this conversation, Terri became quite hostile, raising her voice and becoming accusatory. She blamed me for the lack of contact and did not take responsibility for failing to respond. The situation became truly unsettling; in fact, may I say, deeply shocking. Terri did say that she had some medical concerns, which I do sympathize with. However, I have had a number of medical issues, some of them quite serious, and I have never treated a client this way. Ultimately, I stated that she could cancel the booking and send the refund, which was what she appeared to want to do in the first place. It really seemed like she did not care too much about the business or leaving us in a precarious position of having no caterer for our wedding. I left the phone call truly bewildered and told my fiancé I was sorry and that I had lost the caterer for our wedding. He said, "You shouldn't be sorry. You did absolutely nothing wrong." (He had been listening to this conversation.) We went home and brainstormed new possibilities, and, luckily, found another local business that was more than willing to cater for us. They have been a dream to work with. I know this review probably does not matter because Two Brothers is retiring from catering, but it is important that people be careful when dealing with this company. If you have a current date booked with them, please considering making a back-up plan. I'm not sure this business cares to uphold its promises, nor does it take responsibility for its own actions. Please be prepared for the worst-case scenario.

The guy who worked for 2 brothers started an argument with me, cause he thought I said it. This place is a low class bbq place, I cannot speak to ownership. But, the way the situation was handled is completely unacceptable. I do not care if they are now a catering business alone. The way they acted is ridiculous and you should hire another bbq catering company. Btw, why would anyone say . Best of luck to you, hope a girl doesn't beat your A**" How dumb.... Their menu includes entrees such as ribs, brisket, and pulled pork as well as appetizers such as nachos, fries, and macaroni that are topped with the meats. An employee immediately greeted us and gave us menus to look at. She told us that we could sit at any table of our liking. Many tables were available inside and outside, and I appreciated that the walls were open for fresh ventilation. We ordered our appetizers, and the employee told us that ribs would not be available to order for another half hour, so we waited for them. Our loaded nachos and loaded fries were topped with similar ingredients of shredded meat, jalapeno peppers, gooey cheese, and a sauce. The ingredients were fresh, and we enjoyed the flavors. Our half rack of ribs were tender, and they had a tasty seasoning that my husband wanted a little more of.

Instead, this was hands down the fastest large-group dinner I've ever had. Orders moved quickly, food came out hot, and nothing felt chaotic. For a group this size, that level of execution is genuinely impressive. Let's be clear: this is not Texas-style, 18-hour, smoke-ring BBQ--and it's not trying to be. What they do well is consistency and customization. You get six different sauces, and they actually ask whether you want your meat lean and dry or juicy. I went juicy, and my portions were flavorful, tender, and satisfying. I ordered the beef brisket and pulled pork, and also tried the pulled pork sandwich. Solid across the board. They were out of the cream corn (bummer), the mac and cheese was fine and comforting, and the cornbread was excellent--classic, slightly sweet, and the clear standout. This is BBQ built for scale: fast, reliable, and crowd-friendly. If you're feeding a large group and want everyone served quickly, with options and no drama, Mission BBQ absolutely delivers--even if it's not chasing smoke-ring perfection.
