This was not happening for me, so I knew it was the fuel pump. After two hours the two truck came to my rescue in the cold and darkness. I brought the car to my home. Then on Monday, I called John's and asked if they could fix my car. I had several friends recommend them. I am so happy that I went there. They have a new customer for life! Pros: Very fair prices on parts and R&R. Nice and trustworthy Owners and Mechanics. Cons:very limited parking space. I let them know when the tow truck was in the way. I'm furious with the work they did. It looks like something I could've slapped together in my…read moredriveway. They yanked my tire jack out from under the seat just to cram the amp in there, then dumped the jack in the truck bed like it was trash. The amp under the driver's seat has a DSP sitting loosely on top of it, sliding around every time the seat moves, and they actually hot glued the amp to the DSP. Who does that? They mounted fuses directly to the battery -- so what am I supposed to do when the battery needs replacing? The wiring is a complete disaster, a tangled mess with zero zip ties, and one tweeter is missing. I expected real professionals, not this careless, half baked nonsense. I'll take the blame for not spelling out every tiny detail, but that doesn't excuse the sheer indifference and laziness these guys showed. It's unbelievable. On top of all this, it took three weeks and cost over $3000. Also, I had to spend an additional $3500 to have it done properly.
