The cashier asks a woman (the owner?) if she pressed the correct button. She says yes and tells me the register is correct and the board hasn't been changed. When did it go up $3, a 30% increase? How long has it been wrong? I was really hungry and reluctantly paid. The pizza was decent but I will never go back. By the way $12.95 is way too much for a 10" cheese pizza! read more

They have the best pizza in Rowley by far, worth paying extra (I'm unaware if the other pizza places are cheaper or not but I've tried them all!) the family who runs the place are also extremely nice as well as the delivery man! Everything they serve is the best version of that thing. If you like a North Shore Greek pizza joint experience, they have perfected it. Of the 3-4 pizza places in this area, none have stepped up to do something better. Like a wood-fired oven, or serve Detroit or Chicago-style pizza. I don't know who the frozen vender is who seems to deliver to all the North Shore pizza places, but they are raking it in. In conclusion, they are good, better than most, but I wish for a bit more. This place sucks! The pizza is Greek style, which I hate. Too much grease and not enough taste. I ordered a super Beef with extra sauce, mayo and cheese. Also a pizza roll. The onion roll the roast beef sandwich came on was definitely not fresh and it was lukewarm. Not only did they not provide extra sauce but I couldn't detect any sauce on the roast beef sandwich. At all. The pizza roll was burnt on the outside a undercooked on the inside. How often does this place change its fryolator oil? I'm guessing once a week. Overall, this place is eh. I would like to thank the Rowley Pizza Factory for ruining my dinner not once, but twice. Tonight, I ordered the Chicken Parm with Linguini, and arrived home with my takeout dinner with a completely different meal. I checked the receipt to make sure i had the correct meal, and everything was in order. However, instead of a Chicken Parm meal, I received a Chicken Catchatori. This is grilled chicken with peppers, and onions. Let me note that they put the wrong pasta in as well, with Ziti. My comrade's Honey BBQ Steak Tip Salad had cold steak tips, and there were only threee pieces of steak in the salad. Overall, I would not go to the Rowley Pizza Factory. It is an absolute disgrace to the food in Rowley, and it is the last place I would go. read more

Food is always great ever since the family bought it from the original owners. Some of the negative reviews are laughable - someone really complained that a family-run business closes for Christmas to spend time with family??? Some folks are so selfish and misguided. I had a Chicken Kabob (no. 1) which was absolutely delicious. Chix Kablob (no. 2) has grilled veggies. Both include home-made greek dressing on the side-very large portions. I am a local resident and can tell you after years as a patron the food here is good but the service one of the worst I have experienced, anywhere. The staff taking orders seem harried and short-tempered. Just tonight I ordered a spinach-feta calzone and was given a small cheese pizza. The food is not that much better than Pomodoris or other similar establishments to tolerate the constant errors and poor service. I have decided to give this place a miss.... Very good place. I had the chicken kabob w/ feta salad and it was excellent. I did not use the dressing that comes with it because it was way too sweet with a strange pinkish color (got it to go, so I did the old fashion olive oil and balsamic vinegar). Well, we get delivery from them roughly once a week and don't have any complaints yet. The pizza is above average, but they have a pretty varied menu for a countertop joint and it's all pretty good. The turkey bacon wrap is great, and a regular order of ours. The dinner plates are good (cheeseburger club) and generally come with a mountain of fries. Salads are fresh and well sized. And maybe best of all, the delivery zone is generous and the driver is always timely and polite. Just make sure you're reading about the one you want, because neighbors claim there are a few of these around (we found the Rowley one first and stuck with it), and imply that they are not all created equal. read more

Good pizza, but that's it! Whatever you do, don't order a dinner. Actually gave it 3 chances. First time, it was the chicken kabob. It was so dry it was almost inedible. Second time I ordered a meal with rice. Was told they were out and they substituted French fries, I said okay but it was just a soggy nasty mess. I ordered again tonight, steak tip dinner med rare, with RICE. No problem. Or so I thought. A friend picked up the order, I got my dinner, and because they were out of rice again, they just went ahead and substituted French fries. Although they had my number and could have called back to say they could not provide what was ordered, they did not. Again, it was a horrible box of fatty fried garbage. First I have to say, due to the kitchen design/lay-out you can see the entire cooking area which I really like, especially when it is as immaculate as it is here. It has a casual laid back atmosphere with free WiFi. The prices are great, orders come out quickly and the portions are heaping! I haven't had everything on the menu but I liked everything I've had, especially the chicken kabob. I'm not sure what they put in their house dressing but it is phenomenal. These people are never opened when they should be. They're always closing for long periods of time. The food is good when they get it right. The past 2 times when I called for delivery, the orders were wrong and they were simple orders. They also have a off putting delivery guy who constantly wears a kilt, very creepy and weird. I ordered a large pasta dish and a cold cut plate for a party I was having on Christmas Eve. When I arrived to pick it up, it appeared to be closed. It wasn't, a family member was there waiting for me. The owner had had a death in the family, and someone else came in to make sure my food was ready. He didn't know how to use the credit card machine, so just told me to come back in a week or so to pay for it. I did of course, and they were very happy for my business.
