I asked if I could get the chicken filet with french fries and I asked her to confirm that it comes with french fries. She said that it doesn't and began to lose patience. She clarified again that the sandwich comes alone and you have to order the fry separate. I was okay with that, however, I was confused because it is listed as "Chicken filet w/ french fries" on the website.
