This is my 3rd time going back here. The prices are a bit expensive but I love how the young guy, I don't remember his name, does my pedicure and nails. He is amazing. Such a sweetheart & makes sure to remove clean out your nails perfect. He takes his time & he is friendly. Honestly the only reason that I keep coming here is for his service. I did get a girl last time & I didn't like it. Bur ask for him!

So, I decided to try this nail salon out since it was close by and I was familiar with the area. It's in a mini plaza so if you're speeding you will easily pass it. Once you pull in there's plenty of parking for customers which is always a plus in my book. As soon I walked in I was immediately acknowledged and I told her what I wanted and it went downhill from there. Once I sat down in the pedicure chair the girl began to remove my polish, she ask me was it gel polish on my toes and I told her yea. She proceeded to remove the polish. The whole time they had no music playing, the TV was on but it was on mute so it was dead quiet in there, quiet is good sometimes but not when you have a loud mouth girl sitting next to you on the phone the whole time, so I pretty much had to listen to her whole conversation while I got my pedicure. #PlaySomeDamnMusic While the girl starts on my pedicure she never once asked what type of pedicure I wanted, nor did she ever go over all the different types of pedicures they offered. With me be a first time customer that would have been nice of her to do, but oh well more coins for me! After she got done I wasn't pleased with my toenails at all. The polish was extremely bumpy, not sure if it was old or if she just didn't care. I didn't say anything because I figure "If you knew better you would do better." So I made a mental note to myself (Never Again) After she was done she told me just sit in the pedicure chair and let them air dry since the ceiling fans were on... Never in my life have I ever had a nail tech tell me to let my nails dry via ceiling fan, but ok! After my toes finally dried I went to go pay for my (Basic Pedicure) #21Dollars he tells me my total is $26. I ask how? He says oh we charge $5 to take gel polish off. Reallllyyyyy??? She could have told me that before she started, I would have ripped the damn nail polish off myself. I won't be returning!

Best nails I have ever (did you hear me) EVER had! I came in as a walk in during a busy time and the whole staff (6 techs) were busy but they sat me at a station and I waited for 30minutes for someone to get free....but after I saw how detailed and how much they took their time I UNDERSTOOD. I'm very impatient but it was well worth the wait (I recommend making a appointment if you come during the rush hours to prevent this) Lena was my nail tech -They have the Georgia Cosmetology licenses displayed at their station (Plus) -I watched each tech fully clean their station with each coming person (Plus) -They have a ton of colors in the Regular formula and Gel, even the muted pinks and mauves that are really trendy (SuperPlus) -They use plastic bags to cover their Pedicure stations for sanitation (Plus) -cleaning brushes stored in clear/clean Blue disinfectant (pluuuus) They were all very friendly. I only had to show Lena a photo once for her to get me exactly what I wanted. I also have very thin fragile natural nails and this did not burn or hurt AT ALL which has never happened. Needless to say I am a new regular....my nail shop home has been found

My nails weren't done well, they need another coat on them and some gloss. When I left they were not shiny and had a rough texture. In less than a week the polish started cracking and flying, taking parts of my nails with it. Won't be going back.

This nail salon is pretty clean compared to other places I have visited. My nail tech was very nice, her name was Lisa. I am usually particular of how my gel nails are done, she even fixed my nails that was ruined from another nail place before I found this nail salon. Overall, service was great.

Dip powder bumpy on top and layered on super thick. Edges aren't even coated.

The only reason I tried this spot was because a friend said they were really good and she never had a bad experience. So all 4 of us tried it out. I got a pedi and a "mani" and the only reason I put mani in parentheses is because she didn't even file my nails, she only shaved them down because I got dip powder polish (it was my first time getting that and I picked a terrible salon to experience that with). I stopped her and asked if she was going to do anything else other than just dip my fingers in powder and she had some young guy just lounging in the salon to tell me that I didn't need a manicure because my nails are fine... What? Ok. At that point I was just like, finish doing my nails so I can say good bye to my girls and GTFO of there. At the end she checked my nails and said I was fine to go. I made sure to tell the man who was running my card that she didn't give me a manicure, only the dip power so he wouldn't charge me for it. The top of my nails are bumpy and layered on so thick, I'm sick of them already. Waste of money. And the reason I didn't go back and ask to get them fixed is because they honestly rushed through my nails and my friend's nails to get to the next customer without any regards to how their work looks. Honestly, I'm not taking anyone's word for a nail salon anymore and just sticking with what I know. I got this dip power on Saturday after thanksgiving and they're already looking like I've been through it all in these nails. Disgusting. Save your money people. Check the next spot and avoid this one.

I got the dip. I wanted the color 32 which was a nude pink. The color came out neon which looks good. The over all manicure was great tho. The people were very nice

He tried to rush through services and the frustration was evident everytime I asked him to slow down and complete my pedicure properly. He skipped over the cuticle softener and went straight to push down the cuticle, while trying to upsell me on other services. I asked for the deep callus remover with a pumice stone as I don't want my feet grated. That seemed to upset him even more where he took the pumice stone and swish-swashed across the bottom top portion of my feet splashing water everywhere like see I did it. I shouldn't have to fight with my nail tech about the services I'm paying to receive

I was extremely dissatisfied. Let's start off with me. The technician seemed to get annoyed every I requested for him to scrub a little more. He completely forgot to do my whole left foot with the grater and when I asked him to do it he got upset and only did it for not even a minute. I also asked him repeatedly to remove a hangnail that I have bothering me and he never did after telling him multiple times. Over all he did polish my toes nicely but my feet are still so dry even tho I asked to get Aloe for rehydration. Now to my daughter. She enjoyed her pedicure in the beginning. The technician drilled her nails even tho her nails were bare leaving a bit of a painful mark on her big toe. When it was time for the polishing The technician who did her feet didn't file her nails or even put a base coat on them before polishing. He left polish all over her toes and when she told him about it he tried using his thumb nail to scrape it off (keep in mind this was regular polish). Overall we both felt like everything was rushed and was disappointed with the results. My daughter ended up repolishing her nails her self at home because of how much she disliked it.
