I ordered half pepperoni half cheese thru grubhub arrived 10 minutes late and it was unedile and under cooked. I called the restaurant and the guy answered and said hello not even royal pizza how may I help you so rude. Anyways, the pizza guy as he called himself told me I suck and that the pizza was very cooked and that it was brown it was not brown it was super doughy. But the pizza guy told me I was lying 3 times and that I sucked and hung up the phone. I did get a refund thru grubhub. read more

Ordered on yelp as a new experience. Ordered the all meat pizza and it wasn't what I expected personally. I ordered a grandma pizza and was sent a regular one. Ordered pizza from here last night: A cheese Sicilian and a pepperoni pizza. Both could have used a lot more herbs/spices as they didn't have much flavor. Unless you consider copious amounts of grease delectable. Both pizzas seemed to almost fall apart when lifted from the box, as they were a little soggy. The pick up was quick and easy. My review is on their Grandma pie and garlic knots only, with just one take-out experience, but I can say that it was one of the best pies for the style and their garlic knots were the best I have ever tried, so there's that :) Less expensive than the "others" in the area. First time trying this place out and it happened to be on thanksgiving which made this place already in a good place because most places don't deliver on thanksgiving and aren't even open on thanksgiving to begin with. I ordered through uber eats and I was overall pretty satisfied with my whole order with some things here and there. I really do like how this is a family run business I feel like I'm actually helping someone when I buy from businesses like this! I ordered the meatball hero, chicken tenders platter, penne alla vodka, fried Oreos and cannolis. I was looking forward to the dessert the most since it just sounded amazing. I liked the chicken tenders and don't really have any complains and the fries were really good I just don't like how they got soggy from the condensation. The penne alla vodka came with the choice of a side and breadsticks so I got the side salad which was great! I had dressing at home so I just used the one at home! The breadsticks weren't anything special but they were decent and a nice accessory with the pasta! The past overall was good. I'm always skeptical about getting penne because I feel no place makes it like how I like it but you guys made it pretty good. One thing I will say I wish could be different is that there are too many small things I feel I'm eating with my pasta which isn't pleasant. I will deff be back to try more from here! I didn't try the Cannoli yet but they look super good! As for the Oreos they weren't what I was expecting they were okay though! Just got from Royal Pizza for the first time after moving to Ronkonkoma , Aside from the halfway flipped pizza .... The person on the phone was very nice and delivery was quick . Got the "pick you own" combo and got 1 reg pie , 6 knots and I chose the 8 wings as my choice Pizza was delivered still pretty hot and was good compared to more local places , the wings are delicious as well as the garlic knots ( a little too oily). But I'll be ordering again for sure read more

Rarely do cheap and quality go hand in hand, but they do at Royal. Every Wednesday the pies are $10 (only 12 normally I believe) and the quality is excellent and always tastes fresh. When it comes to food I never buy something simply because it's cheap, it just so happens that it is as well. For what it's worth, it seems to be completely family run, which doesn't add to my rating, but I do like supporting small businesses like this. Little Vincent's is better, but much more expensive and they treat you like you owe them something (plus cash only is obnoxious in 2017). I'm walking distance from them, yet I drive all the way to Royal instead, that should tell you something. Give Royal a shot, pizza snobs as frugal people will both be happy. read more

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and some of their medium buffalo wings off of GrubHub - the delivery time was half an hour (I ordered at 1pm on a Sunday) and the delivery person was friendly. The wings were delicious - a little greasy but they are fried chicken wings so that can be expected. They were not too hot either, I would get the hotter ones next time because I did add my own hot sauce to them. The pizza was awesome - if you are a ranch lover you would love this pizza! After having patronized this place for a few years. I just had the worst experience I've ever had with any pizza place. I ordered a white pizza through grub hub. What was delivered was dough with ricotta cheese. No mozzarella, no garlic. I called the restaurant to complain, figuring maybe it was rushed out and they would make it right. After blatantly lying and saying this was how it was always made ( yet not the dozen other times I've had it from their restaurant) they refused to send a replacement correct pizza or issue a refund. The owner/manager (Italian accent) even had the nerve to tell me to go away and bring it up with grub hub. Luckily grub hub actually cares about their customers and they issued me a refund. I could not believe how bad Royal was this time around, how they refused to make a corrected pizza, lied about it, and then was extremely rude. I may never go there again. read more

Owners were rude to their staff and the back seemed very dirty from what I could see up front.The place looks like it hasn't been swept in years! Worst Food I Had In A Long Time! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Me and my boyfriend order food from here for the 1st time today, and would never waste our money there again. We wanted to try a bunch of different thing to see how they would be. So we got a Med. pizza, Honey BBQ wings, Famous Garlic knots, Penne Ala Vodka & Eggplant parm hero. The Honey BBQ wings were barely dressed in sauce that tasted like just canned BBQ . The wings were also way too over cooked & fried to death... The Penne Ala Vodka was disgusting, overcooked pasta & the sauce tasted like straight Heavy cream NO FLAVOR at all, it was sickening we couldn't even eat it... The eggplant Parm Was clearly frozen eggplant with no flavor, The hero bread was so soggy not even edible. What I really cant understand is how they could call there garlic knots "Famous" when they were just as bad as the rest of there food & extremely disappointing. In this time, where we can't even go out to a restaurants and dine after a long day, I Have to spend $ 60 on a disgusting meal; that I'm forced to eat at home and I can't even enjoy it.
