My wedding dress ended up coming months late so I only had 2 weeks until my wedding to have it altered because they sent a size 10 instead of the size 2 I had ordered. The shop owner is so skilled she knew exactly what to do I can't praise her enough!! Clearly a very talented and experienced woman. And let me tell you, it was what I would think a complicated piece in the sense that there were geometric lines which would have been off , had it been done carelessly. Unfortunately last 4 work pants I gave her to shorten the hem she ruined them. I gave her a pair of pants of the same brand, style and length and she still got them all wrong. All four pants have different lengths. And she did not even hem them straight. She charges 10.00 for each... its a rip off for the worst workmanship I ever experienced. Unfortunately my mother who always fixed my clothes is now ill and I have noone who has the expert and pride in doing an excellent job. People do not go to her... she is a nice lady but is not experienced. And she does not even have an actual place for you to try on your clothes. Is a very tiny little area with a shower curtain and rod that makes up the changing room. Place is located in the corner to Beverly and New Hampshire. read more
