He also gave me piece of mind when handing over the reins of two buildings that they would be run as close to how my dad had run them for years. He is trustworthy, collaborative, fiscally minded and when the time came to sell the properties he was able to broker us a great deal with minimal stress. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. V mentioned that the scent of cleaning products was too strong, but we explained that we prioritize sanitization between each guest to ensure a safe and clean environment. This has never been an issue for previous guests. Additionally, she mentioned construction next door. We personally checked the property earlier in the day, and there was no active construction at the time. While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. Despite our best efforts to accommodate V and address her concerns, she continued to insist on a full refund and threatened a bad review. We ultimately had to reach out to Airbnb for assistance due to the ongoing threats. We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and are sorry that this stay did not meet her expectations.
