    Pie & baked sweets selection

Quaint shop offering a variety of pie selections. They have more pies than the menu shown at Royers so definitely stop in if you didn't see one you fancied at the restaurant. Pie shakes, pies (sweet & savory) coffees, non coffee drinks options, & some memorabilia. I ordered a dirty chai latte with oat milk (7.80, milk alternative .78). Great tasting drink. Staff were super friendly.

Wow! What a fun stop! An absolute must if you're in the area. My husband and I both got a slice of pie (I added ice cream to mine!) and we shared a lemonade. The sizes were large and mine came with a very generous portion of ice cream. The pies themselves were delicious. There was a line when we arrived, but the staff moved through it quickly and efficiently and were super kind! In addition to these delicious desserts, they also have coffee and plenty of drink options. Highly recommend!!

Royers Pie is a must when spending a day (or just a few hours) in Round Top. Buy a whole pie, slice of pie, or mini pies. They even have milkshakes with an entire slice of pie added in. Like, whoa. In past years, I've snagged some pies from their restaurant down the street. This time around, we dropped into this pie + coffee house for a Junk Berry pie to go, along with some iced coffees. Line was out the door, but it moves kinda fast.

Cute little house with some amazing pecan pie! That was our favorite and we tried apple, junk berry and Texas trash pie. There is a small little dirt parking lot behind the house which made it easy for a quick run in and out experience. Granted, we went on Thursday during lunch time and not over the weekend.

    Amazing warm strawberry rhubarb pie

I'm a pie person. It's my favorite dessert! And that means I've eaten an awful lot of them. This place takes the pie haha for best ones! I was pleasantly surprised at how many flavors they had available. I almost didn't get the junk berry but was glad I did as it was the least sweet tasting to me and my favorite. Loved the granola topping on both the rhubarb and the lemon blueberry. I wish the weather had been conducive to getting a pie shake. Next time! And there will be a next time. I've got to try more flavors as well as the milk shake! A must stop if you're traveling between Austin and Houston and worth the trip from anywhere even if you're not!

OK, these pies are seriously awesomesauce. There's no other single word I could use to describe them. They are everything you want a pie to be and more. Or at least that was my experience with the blueberry lemon one. It's got a blueberry filling sandwiching a cream cheese and lemon zest layer of yumminess. And it's topped with granola. Every bite gave you elements of each layer and flavor - and that to me is the sign of a solid piece of pie. We took a full pie home ($32/pie) and were so glad we did! The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful - the service was quick and the packaging exudes personality. My tastebuds are sad I don't live closer (although they do mail orders!), but if I'm back in the area (or maybe en route to/from Houston), I would definitely stop by for more!

We always stop by Royers for pie when we're in Round Top. They're a staple of classic Round Top charm with whimsical decor and comfort food. My family members love the pies (as a home baker I'm very picky), but last time I tried "Bobbi's biscuits" and was blown away! Packed with so much flavor I had to come back for another before we left town. My chai was yummy, too. Especially fun place to bring the kids.

Cute little shop. We stopped in for coffee and tea. Ended up leaving with books and pie plus our coffee and tea. Service is excellent, pie is tasty, drinks are made to order and the decor is cute. They have spiritual inspired gifts including shirts, magnets, tableware and much more. The lady in line with us drove 45 minutes for pies. That say a lot!

The food at the restaurant was so amazing that I was disappointed that the pies here were just meh. Not good enough for me to recommend or go back for a visit myself.

Delicious oat milk lattes, a plethora of homemade pies to choose from, and delightful bookshop to peruse though. Highly recommend stopping by!

Royers Pie Haven, wow, you have made me fat, why, because the pies are so good!! Not My Mom's pie is my favorite. I got 2 full pies (which were the hit of the party) and a number of slices. And no, I did not eat them all!! Royers Pie Haven, you haven't seen the last of me!

Wonderful selection of pies including gluten-free options. Coffee machine is unreliable but stop in for pie!

We had a group of 8 adults who had just completed touring 2 of the Painted Churches, in and around Schulenburg. While our tour guide greeted several servers as we entered like old friends, I don't think that was the cause of their friendliness to our group as a whole, I saw them happily greeting everyone and providing excellent service. Our happy server quickly took drink orders, you can tell when a server is confident in her job and knows the routines as she never wrote anything down but when she returned with drinks, the orders were all correct. She then took orders for lunch, we had a variety of offerings from the menu. I decided on the Tzatziki Salad, a nicely presented Greek style salad with grilled chicken breast slices and some tzatziki with pita points. Others around me had the Rueben and the grilled chicken salad and said everything was perfect. I also heard great things about the home made chicken salad and their hamburgers. And if you feel like your garden needs a bit more color, just step into the garden center after lunch and pick out some lovely plants to take home!

I was pleasantly surprised at the absolutely amazing freshness and quality of the food and modern/light atmosphere of this place (a bit unexpected after a few lackluster food experiences in Schulenberg leading up to our lunch here). It was every bit at good as some of the cafes I've eaten in major cities (where there is heavy dining competition). Mom and I both ordered their delicious chicken salad sandwich, piled high (but not too thickly) with shredded chicken on perfectly baked, flaky (but not too flaky) croissant bread. The chicken salad was a perfect blend of seasonings with a few cranberries for a little sweetness. Divine! Each sandwich came with a side of crispy/perfect (seemingly handmade) chips. Our tour guide ordered a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich which she seemed to really enjoy as well, complete with perfectly buttered and crisp grilled sourdough bread. The atmosphere was very modern and new yet warm and dotted with beautiful antique pieces (be sure to check out the old buffet across from the bathroom doors, gorgeous!). And this place seemed packed with many locals in their brunch attire to enjoy the great food and great hospitality of the wait staff. Behind the restaurant, they also host a beautiful nursery where you can browse under the trees through their fairly extensive collection of plants (flowering and non flowering - we saw some variations of native flowering plants we've either never seen before or don't see often so my mom purchased a few for her garden!), chat with the very knowledgeable and friendly owner of the nursery, browse the little nursery gift shop full of unique and beautiful items, and even visit with the sweet "shop" kitties (who seem to like to hang out near the nursery gift shop entrance) if you wish. All in all, a very special experience at this gem in Schulenberg. We will definitely make this our number one stop for meals (and to buy more plants) in Schulenberg when we return!
