Roy's towing is contracted with AAA. I'm in Thousand Oaks California. I called AAA four times because I know Roy's towing. Does the AAA here . I called Roys towing my ETA was six hours for a tow. AAA said Roy's towing has 12 calls ahead of u So I Called Eddie's Towing formally known as Sierra Towing Thousand Oaks Ca They take AAA and are so professional kind and speedy tow truck was there in 15 minutes. I guess my complaint is about Roy's towing and AAA. Roy's towing and Fernando V. saved me tonight! For some reason, my really nice jaguar did not alert me that I was putting my keys in the trunk. Maybe my key fob battery is low. I called via AAA and I had the privilege of having them come out a few times. Both of the technicians I had went above and beyond in terms of the service they provided. They were polite, courteous, and willing to help me figure out the solution to my issue. I have a prius prime and needed a new battery and while they couldn't accommodate me the first time they gave me viable solutions. Nagif and Kowrush in particular were helpful. When I called during the day they also called and gave a status update. Kowrush even went back to the towing company to get the battery they had in stock to switch out when i needed it because they don't carry it on hand. Highly recommend AAA or not. read more

Needed a battery replacement for my daughter's Ford Escape and Roy's Towing had a Service Technician at my home in less than thirty minutes. Thankfully, Warner Simon (the technician) was familiar with the install on the Ford Escape, as the battery sits under a shelf that had to be dismantled to gain access to the battery. This included taking off the windshield wipers to expose the wiper motor shaft(s) so as to lift off the shelf. This was a difficult install but Warner was calm, focused and efficient. He used the tools that he had available and was able to accomplish the task in an hour. Adding to this mini drama was the 90 degree + weather. Warner Simon is a great asset to the Roy's Towing family. I'm very pleased with this experience. read more

One of the things that happen in seconds my car key dropped in my trunk..my trunk release button in my car does not work. I had just got off work at Costco in Westlake I lived in Ventura. I called AAA and they sent Roy's towing out. The tec Juan Lopez did everything he could possible do to try and get the trunk to open, no alas so he towed me and my car to my home in Ventura. Okay, so listen up, I am SO IMPRESSED with Roy's Towing and here's why..... Today happens to be a very rainy day in Thousand Oaks. The roads are slick. My tire blew out. Roy's towing came to my rescue within 30 minutes. The two guys who came were extremely helpful and nice. They truly cared for me and made sure I was staying warm and comfortable while they put my spare on. After they left, I realized I was missing something.- some kind of a special lock that I need for my wheel. I contacted Roys Towing - again, so nice, so caring. Randy at dispatch reached out to the two men who helped me and sure enough, they were able to guide me over the phone and to where this "thing" I needed was. We called them 2 days ago through AAA. They came with a wrong truck to pick up our car, did not secure the car properly before pulling and car fell down off the tow truck while towing. My husband was in a car and now Roys company says that we are lying and that never happend. It did happen. Very shady people work there. They pretty much told us to go to f... ourselves and deal with AAA. Such a disrespect to people and what they do. Fernando was amazing!!!! He helped me out after I got stuck in the middle of a freeway off ramp. He rushed to get me and stayed in contact with me the whole time while I waited. He was able to get my car to start and then followed me to the dealership to make sure I got there safe. Once I was there since it was late in the evening and the dealer was closed he offered to stay with me till me my husband came to get me.
