I seriously thought I was in the wrong area, since the shop is actually someone's apartment and the technician will meet you at the front of the entrance. I handed him the phone and he ran off. No joking when I say he RAN OFF!! He was booking like he stole something or was running away from the cops. It was hilarious. We started joking around and saying, there goes your phone, never to return. Trust me we thought this company was sketchy and the phone would not come back to us or it would even be worse. After 10-15 minutes. The technician came back with a brand new battery and added a screen protector at no extra charge. I am proud to say the phone is working great now. OMS was the perfect fit. Cheryl answered the phone and after confirming they could service my specific models, she said they could send a technician to my home and told me the hourly rate and also that they didn't have a 2-hr service minimum or anything like that (which other places I called did have). I'm a mobile notary so even though these printers are for my business, it's not like I have an office with enough printer problems for two hours of work. I do print around 1,000 pages/day, so they're definitely work horses and I need them running at their best or I can't get work.
